Shabbat Shalom Loved One!

Again, some have asked why we are on a different schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox. I always answer that question at the end of this Study. Reminder: Last week I called dear friends to visit briefly who have a radio program (Jerusalem Broadcasting- Two Faithful Beach Bums). The phone was answered like this- Hey Thurston—great to hear from you—we are LIVE in 45 seconds—30 seconds—15 seconds…What would you like to share on your heart today Thurston? Ha, hmm… well; we remember the word declares for us to be ready in season and out of season—when loved ones tug on the Tzitzit;  we are commanded to stop and give reason for the hope within us! I truly trust and love these two so you can go and listen to 2 ½ hours of our Midrash—and what Yahweh is revealing to us about these days and days upon us…they are both Ruach filled with Love for Torah and Ruach of His presence. If you really want to know what we are being shown—this is excellent Midrash and you will glean some insight to what YHWH is showing us. Then you take it to YHWH in prayer and spit out what you want to, and digest the rest. This way YHWH can build on what we have been shown for you. PLEASE LOVED ONES- I WANT YOUR FEEDBACK- remember the body of Messiah ministers to each other and we ALL have a part to play.

This year is very special loved one.  I believe this is the year we have allotted by our Heavenly Father to draw very near and seek the presence of the Father- before the Day of Vengeance of our Elohim. His face or presence; not so much just His hands- our names cannot be Jimmie—Gimme Gimme Gimme. We need to seek His face and know His heart on matters—then when we seek Him He may be found and His answers spring forth quickly! It is the year of determining the wise virgins from those who are foolish. We need His presence- His Ruach HaKodesh to overflow in us that we may become rivers of living water! The Holy Spirit is likened to oil for provision and light and also as life giving presence of water going downstream and healing all the death and destruction of the schemes of hasatan and a fallen rebellious people.

OUR RELATIONSHIPS

I want us to recognize that our Creator wants today and wanted then an intimate relationship with each and all of us; but in our fear we rejected His presence at Mt Sinai (still works that way today for the most part). Today, we must be careful to not be desiring acceptance from our family and friends as priority and denying our own responsibilities to our Creator first and foremost. Yep our ancestors of the faith asked YHWH to let Moses talk to us only- keep Elohim away- and later we relegated Him to a box! Guard against FEAR! The fearful are thrown into hell’s flames with the drunks, whores and sorcerers! He wants us to trust Him who has power to both kill the body and throw us into hell fires! Hasatan is only a created being allowed only to test the bride to see who she is- really- yes even in the fiery furnace- we can trust our mighty Elohim who sent Yahshua to pay the price of bitter waters and death of the whoring, adulterous bride that He may come again for a bride who makes herself READY and without spot or blemish! Hallelu-YAH!

Isaiah 1:16 "Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before my eyes. Cease to do evil, Isaiah 1:17 Learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:18  "Come now, and let us reason together," says Yahweh, "though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isaiah 1:19 If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land; Isaiah 1:20 But if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword"; for the mouth of Yahweh has spoken.

He still desires intimacy and that comes from WILLING obedience as that is the only sacrifice that is acceptable to Him! A heart to obey will always receive more instructions whereas a heart in rebellion will be cut off and allowed to stumble until REPENTANCE comes!

Our results are guaranteed for obedience in doing and guarding His commands- not man made ones we may have inherited in Church or Judaism! Note guaranteed Generational Curses or Blessings based on our response to His WORDS (Instructions-Torah)! Some think they are “hiding” their sin-  there is no hidden sin from our Creator; as He will always deliver the JUST results- yes even to our children’s grandchildren if need be! Flee sin and FEAR NOT! Remember; everything done in darkness will be brought into the light and those words whispered in secret will be shouted from the rooftops! We should recognize Jeremiah’s words as we are the last days body of believers; Jeremiah 16:14 “Therefore see, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when it is no longer said, ‘יהוה lives who brought up the children of Yisra’ĕl from the land of Mitsrayim,’ Jeremiah 16:15 but, ‘יהוה lives who brought up the children of Yisra’ĕl from the land of the north and from all the lands where He had driven them.’ For I shall bring them back into their land I gave to their fathers. Jeremiah 16:16 “See, I am sending for many fishermen,” declares יהוה, “and they shall fish them. And after that I shall send for many hunters, and they shall hunt them from every mountain and every hill, and out of the holes of the rocks. Jeremiah 16:17 “For My eyes are on all their ways; they have not been hidden from my face, nor has their crookedness been hidden from My eyes. Jeremiah 16:18  “And first I shall repay double for their crookedness and their sin, because they have defiled My land with the dead bodies of their disgusting matters, and have filled My inheritance with their abominations.”  Jeremiah 16:19 O יהוה, my strength and my stronghold and my refuge, in the day of distress the gentiles shall come to you from the ends of the earth and say, “Our fathers have inherited only falsehood (lies-traditions), futility, and there is no value in them.” 1 Footnote: 1 See Psalms 147:19, Isaiah 2:3, Isaiah 60:2-3, John 4:22, Romans 2:20, Romans 3:2, Romans 9:4.

      He promises us:

For I, יהוה your Elohim am a jealous Ěl, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, (Yahweh does not judge us for the sins of our parents, grandparents, great grandparents etc., however; Like Esau was hated by YHWH- He considers those that disobey Him to hate Him and those that willingly obey Him to love Him—See John 14:21… this desire to disobey Him allows a generational curse of iniquity- or better said an open door and opportunity for hastan to tempt children, grandchildren etc. with like mannered sins) (Exodus 20:6) but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love me and guard my commands. (Exodus 20:7)  “You do not bring1 the Name of יהוה your Elohim to naught, for יהוה does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught. Footnote: 1Or lift up, or take. (Exodus 20:8)  “Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart. (Exodus 20:9)  “Six days you labor, and shall do all your work, (Exodus 20:10) but the seventh day is a Sabbath1 of יהוה your Elohim. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. Footnote: 1 There are other Sabbaths, but this is the weekly Sabbath. (Exodus 20:11)  “For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore יהוה blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart.

We are being manifested sons and daughters of Yahweh! The whole earth is groaning for us to come forth! This is our year to MAKE OURSELVES READY BY DESIRING AND MAKING PROVISION TO RECEIVE HIS PRESENCE! We are being asked to circumcise our hearts and become without spot or blemish as His bride. We MUST make ourselves ready loved one! He (Yahshua) will come looking for those who love one another- offering mercy and love and NOT condemnation- (We are required to JUDGE OURSELVES- NOT OTHERS) especially on the matters drawing men to Him and squabbling over when and how others try and practice obedience to His Moedim (Appointments- FEASTS).  Let’s be careful we ourselves aren’t found “pointing the finger in judgment”.  Look at His instruction regarding Yom Kippur aka Day of Atonement or JUDGMENT DAY for you and me.  Because of the shed blood of the Lamb of Yahuah (Yahweh-YHWH) again-we are to walk JUDGING OURSELVES NOT OTHERS:

We should fast and pray to rid ourselves of UNBELIEF in ourselves- dealing with ourselves and not pointing the finger at others for all our problems and shortcomings!

Isaiah 58:1 “Cry aloud, do not spare. Lift up your voice like a ram’s horn. Declare to My people their transgression and the house of Yaʽaqoḇ their sins. Isaiah 58:2 “Yet they seek me day by day, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and did not forsake the right-ruling of their Elohim. They ask of me rulings of righteousness; they delight in drawing near to Elohim. Isaiah 58:3 they say, ‘Why have we fasted, and you have not seen? Why have we afflicted our beings, and you took no note?’ “Look, in the day of your fasting you find pleasure, and drive on all your laborers. Isaiah 58:4 Look, you fast for strife and contention, and to strike with the fist of wrongness. You do not fast as you do this day, to make your voice heard on high. Isaiah 58:5 “Is it a fast that I have chosen, a day for a man to afflict his being? Is it to bow down his head like a bulrush, and to spread out sackcloth and ashes? Do you call this a fast, and an acceptable day to יהוה? Isaiah 58:6 “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loosen the tight cords of wrongness, to undo the bands of the yoke, to exempt the oppressed, and to break off every yoke? Isaiah 58:7  “Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, and cover him, and not hide yourself from your own flesh? Isaiah 58:8 “Then your light would break forth like the morning, your healing spring forth speedily. And your righteousness shall go before you; the esteem of יהוה would be your rear guard. Isaiah 58:9 “Then, when you call, יהוה would answer; when you cry, He would say, ‘Here I am.’ “If you take away the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, (Blaming or judging others for all our problems) and the speaking of unrighteousness,  (Words that disagree with YHWH’S words or Scripture) Isaiah 58:10  if you extend your being to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted being, then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness be as noon. Isaiah 58:11“Then יהוה would guide you continually, and satisfy your being in drought, and strengthen your bones. And you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:12 “And those from among you shall build the old waste places. You shall rise up the foundations of many generations. And you would be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In. Isaiah 58:13  “If you do turn back your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on My set-apart day, and shall call the Sabbath ‘a delight,’ the set-apart day of יהוה ‘esteemed,’ and shall esteem it, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure, nor speaking your own words, Isaiah 58:14  then you shall delight yourself in יהוה. And I shall cause you to ride on the heights of the earth, and feed you with the inheritance of Yaʽaqoḇ your father. For the mouth of יהוה has spoken!”

We are those that DO the will of our Father in Heaven!

(Matthew 12:49)  And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, behold my mother and my brothers! (Matthew 12:50)  For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Are you and I those who is doing the will of the Father? His word and His will are the same.  Remember we are told by Yahshua (John 17:17) sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.  (John 14:6)  Yahshua said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me.  What or whose will was Yahshua doing? (John 5:30)  I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which has sent me.

As we die to our own will, we become more like Him, we will walk like He walked and do even greater works because He has gone to the Father

VAIN WORSHIP - I don’t think this can be overstated; Here’s why we MUST forsake traditions that are not lined up with His Torah - (Instructions Word-Law): Our doctrines (DOINGS) MUST line up with the word forever established in Heaven if we expect our Creator to confirm His word with signs and wonders following as also He told Jeremiah- “I am watching over my word to perform it!”— (Jeremiah 1:11) And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, “What do you see, Yirmeyahu?” And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” (Jeremiah 1:12)  And יהוה said to me, You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to do it.”

(Matthew 15:8) ‘This people draw near to me with their mouth, and respect me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. (Matthew 15:9)  ‘But in vain do they worship me, teaching as teachings the commands of men.’ ”1 Footnote: 1 Isaiah 29:13, Mark 7:7, 2 Kings 17:19.

And the King James: (Mat 15:8) this people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. (Mat 15:9)  But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines (doings) the commandments of men.

(Mar 7:6)  He answered and said unto them, well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, this people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. (Mar 7:7)  Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Mar 7:8)  For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do (Mar 7:9) and he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

Would you and I really sacrifice a potential intimate relationship with our Creator to keep our church, family and friends happy with us? YIKES! This is a question that demands a verdict as YHWH will hold us accountable for our loving obedience or what He considers (Such as Esau’s record) hate in rebellion and disobedience.

Loved One; today we start our study at week 4 of the “beginning of months” which was 2 weeks before Passover.

Here are this Week’s Torah Scriptures:  Vayera “And he appeared”
Genesis 18:1-22:24; 2 Kings 4:1-37; 2 Peter 2:4-11

Should we not also fellowship with our Elohim and make Him welcome by obedience and set-apart living? Do we also laugh at YHWH’s promises thinking our needs are too vast? Perhaps we should consider that YHWH could have delivered even 1 that is righteous- as nothing is too hard for Him and truly He can deliver us also. Note also that YHWH does not hide His plans from those who walk in humble obedience and relationship.

(Genesis 18:1)  And יהוה appeared to him by the terebinth trees of Mamrĕ, while he was sitting in the tent door in the heat of the day. (Genesis 18:2)  So he lifted his eyes and looked, and saw three men standing opposite him. And when he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them, and bowed himself to the ground, (Genesis 18:3) and said, “יהוה, if I have now found favor in your eyes, please do not pass your servant by. (Genesis 18:4)  “Please let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree. (Genesis 18:5)  “And let me bring a piece of bread and refresh your hearts, and then go on, for this is why you have come to your servant.” And they said, “Do as you have said.” (Genesis 18:6)  So Aḇraham ran into the tent to Sarah and said, “Hurry, make ready three measures of fine flour, knead it and make cakes.” (Genesis 18:7)  And Aḇraham ran to the herd, took a tender and good calf, gave it to a young man, and he hurried to prepare it. (Genesis 18:8)  And he took curds and milk and the calf which he had prepared, and set it before them, and he stood by them under the tree as they ate. (Genesis 18:9)  And they said to him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” And he said, “See, in the tent.” (Genesis 18:10)  And He said, “I shall certainly return to you according to the time of life, and see, Sarah your wife is to have a son!” And Sarah was listening in the tent door which was behind him. (Genesis 18:11)  Now Aḇraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age, and Sarah was past the way of women. (Genesis 18:12)  And Sarah laughed within herself, saying, “After I have grown old, shall I have pleasure, my master being old too?” (Genesis 18:13)  And יהוה said to Aḇraham, “Why did Sarah laugh, saying, ‘Shall I truly have a child, since I am old?’ (Genesis 18:14)  Is any matter too hard for יהוה? At the appointed time I am going to return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah is to have a son.” (Genesis 18:15)  But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh,” for she was afraid. And He said, “No, but you did laugh!” (Genesis 18:16)  And the men rose up from there and looked toward Seḏom, and Aḇraham went with them to send them away. (Genesis 18:17)  And יהוה said, “Shall I hide from Aḇraham what I am doing, (Genesis 18:18) since Aḇraham is certainly going to become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? (Genesis 18:19)  “For I have known him, so that he commands his children and his household after him, to guard the way of יהוה, to do righteousness and right-ruling, so that יהוה brings to Aḇraham what He has spoken to him.” (Genesis 18:20)  And יהוה said, “Because the outcry against Seḏom and Amorah is great, and because their sin is very heavy, (Genesis 18:21)  “I am going down now to see whether they have done altogether according to the outcry against it that has come to me, and if not, I know.” (Genesis 18:22)  So the men turned away from there and went toward Seḏom, but יהוה still stood before Aḇraham. (Genesis 18:23)  And Aḇraham drew near and said, “Would you also destroy the righteous with the wrong? (Genesis 18:24)  “Suppose there are fifty righteous within the city, would you also destroy the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous that were in it? (Genesis 18:25)  “Far be it from you to act in this way, to slay the righteous with the wrong, so that the righteous should be as the wrong. Far be it from you! Does the Judge of all the Earth not do right?” (Genesis 18:26)  And יהוה said, “If I find in Seḏom fifty righteous within the city, then I shall spare the entire place for their sakes.” (Genesis 18:27)  And Aḇraham answered and said, “Look, please, I who am but dust and ashes have taken it upon myself to speak to יהוה, (Genesis 18:28) “Suppose there are five less than the fifty righteous, would you destroy the entire city for lack of five?” And He said, “If I find there forty-five, I do not destroy it.” (Genesis 18:29)  And he spoke to Him yet again and said, “Suppose there are found forty?” And He said, “I would not do it for the sake of forty.” (Genesis 18:30)  And he said, “Let not יהוה be displeased, and let me speak: Suppose there are found thirty?” And He said, “I would not do it if I find thirty there.” (Genesis 18:31)  And he said, “Look, please, I have taken it upon myself to speak to יהוה: Suppose there are found twenty?” And He said, “I would not destroy it for the sake of twenty.” (Genesis 18:32)  And he said, “Let not יהוה be displeased, and let me speak only this time: Suppose there are found ten?” And He said, “I would not destroy it for the sake of ten.” (Genesis 18:33)  Then יהוה went away as soon as He had ended speaking to Aḇraham. And Aḇraham returned to his place.

Angels sent to clean things up and bring YHWH’s righteous judgment… many of us know that Sodom has been located and is peppered with “brimstone” (encapsulated sulfur) tested and found to burn at 5000 degrees Fahrenheit and produce poison gas. This is so hot the human body burned at this temperature is reduced to SALT! Note Lot and how when we associate with ungodly we think ungodly living is okay and natural and we are vexed in the spirit also…but there remains a judgment by fire loved one.

(Genesis 19:1)  And the two messengers (Angels) came to Seḏom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Seḏom. And when Lot saw them, he rose up to meet them, and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground, (Genesis 19:2)  and he said, “Look, please my masters, please turn in to your servant’s house and spend the night, and wash your feet, and rise early and go your way.” And they said, “No, but let us spend the night in the open square.” (Genesis 19:3)  But he urged them strongly, and they turned in to him and came into his house. And he made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate. (Genesis 19:4)  Before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Seḏom, both old and young, all the people from every part surrounded the house. (Genesis 19:5)  And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us, and let us ‘know’ them.” (Genesis 19:6)  So Lot went out to them through the doorway, and shut the door behind him, (Genesis 19:7) and said, “Please, my brothers, do not do evil! (Genesis 19:8)  “Look, please, I have two daughters who have not known a man. Please, let me bring them out to you, and do to them as you wish, only do no deed to these men, because they have come under the shadow of my roof.” (Genesis 19:9)  But they said, “Stand back!” And they said, “This one came in to sojourn, and should he always judge? Now we are going to treat you worse than them.” So they pressed hard against the man Lot, and came near to break down the door. (Genesis 19:10)  But the men reached out their hands and pulled Lot into the house with them, and shut the door. (Genesis 19:11)  Then they struck the men who were at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great, and they wearied themselves to find the door. (Genesis 19:12)  And the men said to Lot, “Have you anyone else here? A son-in-law, and your sons, and your daughters, and whomever you have in the city – bring them out of this place! (Genesis 19:13)  “We are going to destroy this place, because the cry against them has grown great before the face of יהוה, and יהוה has sent us to destroy it.” (Genesis 19:14)  And Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who had married his daughters, and said, “Get up, get out of this place, for יהוה is going to destroy this city!” But to his sons-in-law he seemed to be as one joking. (Genesis 19:15)  And when morning dawned, the messengers urged Lot to hurry, saying, “Get up, and take your wife and your two daughters who are here, lest you be consumed in the punishment of the city.” (Genesis 19:16)  And while he loitered, the men took hold of his hand, and his wife’s hand, and the hands of his two daughters, יהוה having compassion on him, and they brought him out and set him outside the city. (Genesis 19:17)  And it came to be, when they had brought them outside, that he said, “Escape for your life! Do not look behind  (I have heard that “looking behind” is a Hebrew idiom for going back- which apparently Lot’s wife did- that test will be for us also in the days of great trials ahead) you nor stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be consumed.” (Genesis 19:18)  And Lot said to them, “Oh no, יהוה! (Genesis 19:19)  “Look, please, your servant has found favor in your eyes, and you have increased your kindness which you have shown me by saving my life, but I am unable to escape to the mountains, lest calamities overtake me and I die. (Genesis 19:20)  “Look, please, this city is near enough to flee to, and it is small. Please let me escape there – is it not a small matter – and let my life be saved?” (Genesis 19:21)  And He said to him, “Look, I have favored you concerning this matter also, without overthrowing this city for which you have spoken. (Genesis 19:22)  “Hurry and escape there.  I am not able to do any deed until you arrive there.” So the name of the city was called Tsoʽar. (Genesis 19:23) the sun had risen upon the earth when Lot entered Tsoʽar. (Genesis 19:24) and יהוה rained sulphur and fire on Seḏom and Amorah, from יהוה out of the heavens. (Genesis 19:25)  So He overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground. (Genesis 19:26)  But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a post of salt. (Genesis 19:27)  And Aḇraham arose early in the morning and went to the place where he had stood before יהוה, (Genesis 19:28) and he looked toward Seḏom and Amorah, and toward all the land of the plain. And he looked and saw the smoke of the land which went up like the smoke of a furnace. (Genesis 19:29)  Thus it came to be, when Elohim destroyed the cities of the plain, that Elohim remembered Aḇraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot had dwelt. (Genesis 19:30)  And Lot went up out of Tsoʽar and dwelt in the mountains, and his two daughters were with him, for he was afraid to dwell in Tsoʽar. And he and his two daughters dwelt in a cave. (Genesis 19:31)  And the first-born said to the younger, “Our father is old, and there is no man on the earth to come in to us, as is the way of all the earth. (Genesis 19:32)  “Come, let us make our father drink wine and lie with him, so that we preserve the seed of our father.” (Comment: seems we create our own Ishmael’s when we take YHWH’s promises and try and help Him!) (Genesis 19:33)  So they made their father drink wine that night. And the first-born went in and lay with her father, and he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she arose. (Genesis 19:34)  And it came to be on the next day that the first-born said to the younger, “See, I lay with my father last night. Let us make him drink wine tonight as well, and you go in and lie with him, so that we keep the seed of our father.” (Genesis 19:35)  So they made their father drink wine that night as well. And the younger arose and lay with him, and he was not aware of it when she lay down or when she arose. (Genesis 19:36)  Thus both the daughters of Lot became pregnant by their father. (Genesis 19:37)  And the first-born bore a son and called his name Mo’aḇ, he is the father of the Mo’aḇites to this day. (Genesis 19:38)  And the younger, she also bore a son and called his name Ben-Ammi, he is the father of the children of Ammon to this day.

YHWH watches over His TREASURE- He told me one time that- “you are my treasure because you obey me- and those that will not obey me cannot keep and control my treasure” Later, I found a scripture that said He calls His own who are obedient to His commands (Torah) -- His treasure!

(Genesis 20:1)  And Aḇraham set out from there to the land of the South, and dwelt between Qaḏĕsh and Shur, and stayed in Gerar. (Genesis 20:2)  And Aḇraham said concerning Sarah his wife, “She is my sister.” And Aḇimeleḵ sovereign of Gerar sent and took Sarah. (Genesis 20:3)  But Elohim came to Aḇimeleḵ in a dream by night, and said to him, “See, you are a dead man because of the woman whom you have taken, for she is a man’s wife.” (Genesis 20:4)  However, Aḇimeleḵ had not come near her, and he said, “יהוה, would you slay a righteous nation also? (Genesis 20:5)  “Did he not say to me, ‘She is my sister’? And she, even she herself said, ‘He is my brother.’ In the integrity of my heart and in the innocence of my hands I have done this.” (Genesis 20:6)  And Elohim said to him in a dream, “Yea, I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart, and so I kept you from sinning against me. For this reason I did not let you touch her. (Genesis 20:7)  “And now, return the man’s wife, for he is a prophet, and let him pray for you and you live. But if you do not return her, know that you shall certainly die you and all that are yours.” (Genesis 20:8)  So Aḇimeleḵ rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and spoke all these words in their hearing. And the men were greatly frightened. (Genesis 20:9)  And Aḇimeleḵ called Aḇraham and said to him, “What have you done to us? In what have I sinned against you that you have brought on me and on my reign a great sin? You have done matters to me that should not be done.” (Genesis 20:10)  And Aḇimeleḵ said to Aḇraham, “What did you have in view, that you have done this matter?” (Genesis 20:11)  And Aḇraham said, “Only because I said to myself, the fear of Elohim is not in this place, and they shall kill me for the sake of my wife. (Genesis 20:12)  “And yet, she is truly my sister. She is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother, and she became my wife. (Genesis 20:13)  “And it came to be, when Elohim caused me to wander from my father’s house that I said to her ‘this is your kindness that you should do for me: in every place, wherever we go, say of me, “He is my brother.” ’ ” (Genesis 20:14) Then Aḇimeleḵ took sheep, and cattle, and male and female servants, and gave them to Aḇraham. And he returned Sarah his wife to him. (Genesis 20:15)  And Aḇimeleḵ said, “See, my land is before you, dwell wherever it is good in your eyes.” (Genesis 20:16)  And to Sarah he said, “See, I have given your brother a thousand pieces of silver. See, it is to you a covering of eyes before all who are with you and before all others, and you are cleared before everyone.” (Genesis 20:17)  And Aḇraham prayed to Elohim, and Elohim healed Aḇimeleḵ, and his wife, and his female servants, so they bore children, (Genesis 20:18) for יהוה had closed up all the wombs of the house of Aḇimeleḵ because of Sarah, Aḇraham’s wife. (Genesis 21:1) And יהוה visited Sarah as He had said, and יהוה did for Sarah as He had spoken.

Here we see the Father of our faith- having produced fruit of his own and now bearing the troubles and heartaches that helping YHWH produces-

(Genesis 21:2)  So Sarah conceived and bore Aḇraham a son in his old age, at the appointed time of which Elohim had spoken to him. (Genesis 21:3)  And Aḇraham called the name of his son who was born to him, whom Sarah bore to him; Yitsḥaq. (Genesis 21:4) And Aḇraham circumcised his son Yitsḥaq when he was eight days old, as Elohim had commanded him. (Genesis 21:5)  And Aḇraham was one hundred years old when his son Yitsḥaq was born to him. (Genesis 21:6)  And Sarah said, “Elohim has made me laugh, and everyone who hears of it laughs with me.” (Genesis 21:7)  And she said, “Who would have said to Aḇraham that Sarah would nurse children? I have borne him a son in his old age.” (Genesis 21:8)  And the child grew and was weaned, and Aḇraham made a great feast on the day that Yitsḥaq was weaned. (Genesis 21:9)  And Sarah saw the son of Haḡar the Mitsrite, whom she had borne to Aḇraham, mocking. (Genesis 21:10)  So she said to Aḇraham, “Drive out this female servant and her son, for the son of this female servant shall not inherit with my son, with Yitsḥaq.” (Genesis 21:11)  And the matter was very evil in the eyes of Aḇraham because of his son. (Genesis 21:12)  But Elohim said to Aḇraham, “Let it not be evil in your eyes because of the boy and because of your female servant. Whatever Sarah has said to you, listen to her voice, for in Yitsḥaq your seed is called. (Genesis 21:13)  “And of the son of the female servant I also make a nation, because he is your seed.” (Genesis 21:14)  And Aḇraham rose early in the morning, and took bread and a skin of water, which he gave to Haḡar, putting it on her shoulder, also the boy, and sent her away. And she left and wandered in the Wilderness of Be’ĕrsheḇa. (Genesis 21:15) and the water in the skin was used up, and she placed the boy under one of the shrubs. (Genesis 21:16)  And she went and sat down about a bowshot away, for she said, “Let me not see the death of the boy.” And she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept. (Genesis 21:17)  And Elohim heard the voice of the boy, and the messenger of Elohim called to Haḡar from the heavens, and said to her, “What is the matter with you, Haḡar? Do not fear, for Elohim has heard the voice of the boy where he is. (Genesis 21:18)  “Arise, lift up the boy and hold him with your hand, for I make a great nation of him.” (Genesis 21:19)  And Elohim opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. And she went and filled the skin with water, and gave the boy a drink. (Genesis 21:20)  And Elohim was with the boy, and he grew and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer. (Genesis 21:21)  And he dwelt in the Wilderness of Paran, and his mother took a wife for him from the land of Mitsrayim. (Genesis 21:22)  And it came to be at that time that Aḇimeleḵ and Piḵol, the commander of his army, spoke to Aḇraham, saying, “Elohim is with you in all that you do. (Genesis 21:23)  “And now, swear to me by Elohim, not to be untrue to me, to my offspring, or to my descendants. Do to me according to the kindness that I have done to you and to the land in which you have dwelt.” (Genesis 21:24)  And Aḇraham said, “I swear.” (Genesis 21:25)  And Aḇraham reproved Aḇimeleḵ because of a well of water which Aḇimeleḵ’s servants had seized. (Genesis 21:26)  And Aḇimeleḵ said, “I do not know who has done this deed. Neither did you inform me, nor did I hear until today.” (Genesis 21:27)  So Aḇraham took sheep and cattle and gave them to Aḇimeleḵ, and the two of them made a covenant. (Genesis 21:28)  And Aḇraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves. (Genesis 21:29)  And Aḇimeleḵ asked Aḇraham, “What are these seven ewe lambs which you have set by them?” (Genesis 21:30)  And he said, “Take these seven ewe lambs from my hand, to be my witness that I have dug this well.” (Genesis 21:31)  So he called that place Be’ĕrsheḇa, because the two of them swore an oath there. (Genesis 21:32)  Thus they made a covenant at Be’ĕrsheḇa. And Aḇimeleḵ raised with Piḵol, the commander of his army, and they returned to the land of the Philistines. (Genesis 21:33)  And he planted a tamarisk tree in Be’ĕrsheḇa, and there called on the Name of יהוה, the Everlasting Ěl. (Genesis 21:34) And Aḇraham sojourned in the land of the Philistines many days.

Here I am Yah! Can we also say? I will obey even unto death- knowing that you YHWH can keep your promises in spite of me and that OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN SACRIFICE! Hallelu-YAH! Note that most extra biblical text or should I say what was once considered biblical before recent changes- showed that Isaac was not a little boy but a grown man who also trusted YHWH to provide the provision of sacrifice… YHWH YIREH means YHWH’s provision seen…… Hallelu-YAH!

(Genesis 22:1)  And it came to be after these events that Elohim tried Aḇraham, and said to him, “Aḇraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” (Genesis 22:2)  And He said, “Take your son, now, your only son Yitsḥaq, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriyah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains which I command you.” (Genesis 22:3)  And Aḇraham rose early in the morning and saddled his donkey, and took two of his young men with him, and Yitsḥaq his son. And he split the wood for the burnt offering, and arose and went to the place which Elohim had commanded him. (Genesis 22:4)  And on the third day Aḇraham lifted his eyes and saw the place from a distance. (Genesis 22:5)  So Aḇraham said to his young men, “Stay here with the donkey while the boy and I go over there and worship, and come back to you.” (Genesis 22:6)  And Aḇraham took the wood of the burnt offering and laid it on Yitsḥaq his son. And he took the fire in his hand, and a knife, and the two of them went together. (Genesis 22:7)  And Yitsḥaq spoke to Aḇraham his father and said, “My father!” And he said, “Here I am, my son.” And he said, “See, the fire and the wood! But where is the lamb for a burnt offering?” (Genesis 22:8)  And Aḇraham said, “My son, Elohim does provide for Himself the lamb for a burnt offering.” And the two of them went together. (Genesis 22:9)  And they came to the place which Elohim had commanded him, and Aḇraham built an altar there and placed the wood in order. And he bound Yitsḥaq his son and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. (Genesis 22:10)  And Aḇraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son, (Genesis 22:11) but the Messenger of יהוה called to him from the heavens and said, “Aḇraham, Aḇraham!” And he said, “Here I am.” (Genesis 22:12)  And He said, “Do not lay your hand on the boy, nor touch him. For now I know that you fear Elohim, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son, from me.” (Genesis 22:13)  And Aḇraham lifted his eyes and looked and saw behind him a ram caught in a bush by its horns, and Aḇraham went and took the ram and offered it up for a burnt offering instead of his son. (Genesis 22:14)  And Aḇraham called the name of the place, יהוה Yireh,’ as it is said to this day, “On the mountain יהוה provides.” (Genesis 22:15)  And the Messenger of יהוה called to Aḇraham a second time from the heavens, (Genesis 22:16)  and said, “By Myself I have sworn, declares יהוה, because you have done this, and have not withheld your son, your only son, (Genesis 22:17)  that I shall certainly bless you, and I shall certainly increase your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore, and let your seed possess the gate of their enemies. (Genesis 22:18)  “And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice.” (Genesis 22:19)  Then Aḇraham returned to his young men, and they rose up and went together to Be’ĕrsheḇa. And Aḇraham dwelt at Be’ĕrsheḇa. (Genesis 22:20) and it came to be after these events that it was reported to Aḇraham, saying, “See, Milkah too has borne children to your brother Naḥor: (Genesis 22:21) “Uts his first-born, and Buz his brother, and Qemu’ĕl the father of Aram, (Genesis 22:22) and Keseḏ, and Ḥazo, and Pildash, and Yiḏlaph, and Bethu’ĕl.” (Genesis 22:23)  And Bethu’ĕl brought forth Riḇqah. These eight Milkah bore to Naḥor, Aḇraham’s brother. (Genesis 22:24)  His concubine, whose name was Re’uwmah, also bore Teḇaḥ, and Gaḥam, and Taḥash, and Maʽaḵah.

Trusting YHWH when it seems only more lack will come from this giving thing- Obedience always brings blessings- even life from the dead!

(2 Kings 4:1)  And a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, “Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared יהוה. And the lender has come to take my two sons to be his slaves.” (2 Kings 4:2)  And Elisha said to her, “What should I do for you? Inform me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your female servant has none at all in the house except a pot of oil.” (2 Kings 4:3)  And he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors, empty vessels, do not get a few. (2 Kings 4:4)  “And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons. Then pour it into all those vessels, and set aside the filled ones.” (2 Kings 4:5)  So she went from him and shut the door behind her and her sons, who brought the vessels to her, and she poured it out. (2 Kings 4:6)  And it came to be, when the vessels were filled, that she said to her son, “Bring me another vessel.” But he said to her, “There is not another vessel.” And the oil ceased. (2 Kings 4:7)  So she went and informed the man of Elohim, and he said, “Go, sell the oil and pay your debt. And you and your sons live on the rest.” (2 Kings 4:8)  And it came to be on a day that Elisha went to Shunĕm, where there was a prominent woman, and she urged him to eat some food. And it came to be, as often as he passed by, that he turned in there to eat some food. (2 Kings 4:9)  And she said to her husband, “Look, I know that this is a set-apart man of Elohim, who passes by us continually. (2 Kings 4:10)  “Please, let us make a small upper room on the wall, and let us put a bed for him there, and a table and a chair and a lampstand. And it shall be, whenever he comes to us, let him turn in there.” (2 Kings 4:11)  And it came to be on a day that he came there, and he turned in to the upper room and lay down there. (2 Kings 4:12)  And he said to Gĕḥazi his servant, “Call this Shunammite woman.” So he called her, and she stood before him. (2 Kings 4:13)  And he said to him, “Please say to her, ‘Look, you have gone to all this trouble for us. What is there to be done for you? Should I speak on your behalf to the sovereign or to the commander of the army?’ ” And she answered, “I am dwelling among my own people.” (2 Kings 4:14)  And he said, “What then is to be done for her?” And Gĕḥazi answered, “Well, she has no son, and her husband is old.” (2 Kings 4:15)  And he said, “Call her.” So he called her, and she stood in the doorway. (2 Kings 4:16)  And he said, “About this time next year you shall embrace a son.” And she said, “No, my master, man of Elohim, do not lie to your female servant!” (2 Kings 4:17)  And the woman conceived, and bore a son when the appointed time had come, of which Elisha had spoken to her. (2 Kings 4:18)  And the child grew. And it came to be on a day that he went out to his father, to the reapers, (2 Kings 4:19) and he said to his father, “My head, my head!” And he said to a servant, “Take him to his mother.” (2 Kings 4:20)  So he took him and brought him to his mother, and he sat on her knees till noon, and died. (2 Kings 4:21)  And she went up and laid him on the bed of the man of Elohim, and shut the door on him, and went out. (2 Kings 4:22)  And she called to her husband, and said, “Please send me one of the young men and one of the donkeys, so that I hurry to the man of Elohim and return.” (2 Kings 4:23)  And he said, “Why are you going to him today? It is neither the New Moon nor the Sabbath.” And she said, “It is well!” (2 Kings 4:24)  And she saddled the donkey and said to her servant, “Drive and go, do not slow down, except I speak to you.” (2 Kings 4:25)  And she went, and came to the man of Elohim at Mount Karmel. And it came to be, when the man of Elohim saw her at a distance that he said to his servant Gĕḥazi, “See, the Shunammite woman. (2 Kings 4:26)  “Please run now to meet her, and say to her, ‘Is it well with you? Is it well with your husband? Is it well with the child?’ ” And she answered, “It is well.” (2 Kings 4:27)  And she came to the man of Elohim at the hill, and she caught him by the feet, but Gĕḥazi came near to push her away. But the man of Elohim said, “Leave her alone, for her being is bitter in her, and יהוה has hidden it from me, and has not revealed it to me.” (2 Kings 4:28)  And she said, “Did I ask a son of my master? Did I not say, ‘Do not deceive me’?” (2 Kings 4:29)  And he said to Gĕḥazi, “Gird up your loins, and take my staff in your hand, and go. When you meet anyone, do not greet him, and when anyone greets you, do not answer him. And you shall lay my staff on the face of the child.” (2 Kings 4:30)  And the mother of the child said, “As יהוה lives, and as your being lives, I do not leave you.” And he rose and followed her. (2 Kings 4:31)  And Gĕḥazi went on ahead of them, and laid the staff on the face of the child. But there was no voice and there was no hearing, so he went back to meet him, and reported to him, saying, “The child has not awakened.” (2 Kings 4:32)  And Elisha came into the house and saw the child was dead, lying on his bed, (2 Kings 4:33) and he went in, and shut the door behind the two of them, and prayed to יהוה. (2 Kings 4:34)  And he went up and lie on the child, and put his mouth on his mouth, and his eyes on his eyes, and his hands on his hands, and stretched himself out on the child, and the flesh of the child became warm. (2 Kings 4:35)  And he returned and walked back and forth in the house, then went up and stretched himself out on him. And the child sneezed seven times, and the child opened his eyes. (2 Kings 4:36)  And he called Gĕḥazi and said, “Call this Shunammite.” So he called her. And she came in to him, and he said, “Pick up your son.” (2 Kings 4:37)  Then she went in and fell at his feet, and bowed herself to the ground, and picked up her son and went out. (2 Kings 4:38)  And Elisha returned to Gilgal. And the scarcity of food was in the land, and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him. And he said to his servant, “Put on the large pot, and cook stew for the sons of the prophets.” (2 Kings 4:39)  And one went out to the field to gather plants, and found a wild vine, and gathered wild cucumbers from it, filling the skirt of his garment, and came and sliced them into the pot of stew, though they did not know what they were. (2 Kings 4:40)  They then served it to the men to eat. And it came to be, as they were eating the stew, that they cried out and said, “O man of Elohim, there is death in the pot!” And they were unable to eat it. (2 Kings 4:41)  And he said, “Then bring some flour.” And he put it into the pot, and said, “Serve it to the people to eat.” And there was no evil matter in the pot. (2 Kings 4:42)  Now a man came from Baʽal Shalishah, and brought the man of Elohim bread of the first-fruits, twenty loaves of barley bread, and newly ripened grain in his knapsack. And he said, “Give it to the people to eat.” (2 Kings 4:43)  And his servant said, “What? Do I set this before one hundred men?” And he said, “Give it to the people to eat. For thus said יהוה, ‘Eat and have some left over.’ ” (2 Kings 4:44) and he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of יהוה.

We must STOP transgressing His Torah (Instructions-Law) or EXPECT and prepare for His righteous judgments!

(2 Peter 2:4)  For if Elohim did not spare the messengers who sinned, but sent them to Tartaros, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be kept for judgment, (2 Peter 2:5)  and did not spare the world of old, but preserved Noaḥ, a proclaimer of righteousness, and seven others, bringing in the flood on the world of the wicked, (2 Peter 2:6)  and having reduced to ashes the cities of Seḏom and Amorah condemned them to destruction – having made them an example to those who afterward would live wickedly, (2 Peter 2:7)  and rescued righteous Lot, who was oppressed with the indecent behavior of the lawless1 Footnote: 1The Greek word here, and in 3:17, is athesmos (not the usual one, anomos) but it also means “lawless.” (2 Peter 2:8)  (for day after day that righteous man, dwelling among them, tortured his righteous being by seeing and hearing their lawless works), (2 Peter 2:9)  then יהוה knows how to rescue the reverent ones from trial and to keep the unrighteous unto the day of judgment, to be punished, (2 Peter 2:10)  and most of all those walking after the flesh in filthy lust and despising authority – bold, headstrong, speaking evil of esteemed ones, (2 Peter 2:11)  whereas messengers who are greater in strength and power do not bring a slanderous accusation against them before the Master.

Loved One, we need to remember this warning about the days we live in and turn and walk by His Word (Spirit and not fact or flesh realm): (2 Timothy 3:1) But know this, that in the last days hard (Perilous) times shall come. (2 Timothy 3:2)  For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, thankless, wrong-doers, (2 Timothy 3:3)  unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, haters of good, (2 Timothy 3:4)  betrayers, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of Elohim, (2 Timothy 3:5)  having a form of reverence 1 but denying its power (A FORM of reverence: Religion without relationship- be it the church system or Judaism) And turn away from these! Footnote: 1 See v. 13, Isaiah 24:5-6, Matthew 24:12, Romans 1:30-31, 2 Thessalonians 2:3-11. (2 Timothy 3:6)  For among them are those who creep into households and captivate silly women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, (2 Timothy 3:7) always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

I pray you and I learn to walk in the spirit and not according to the lusts and directions of the flesh or facts. (Yahshua said my words are SPIRIT!”) That we may each repent quickly wherever we miss and stumble, and the snares all miss us. I further pray we ALWAYS forgive and speak forgiveness and blessings on those who do and have done evil against us. They need our love that comes from the Father (Due to obedience and building our relationship by us getting in His presence as we are becoming His TREASURE) to break forth and come to our King! This is how they will recognize us; that we have love for one another and our King! It is the LOVE of YHWH that draws men to repentance- not our knowledge! Thanks for your continued prayers for us- they are cherished- You are much loved!

Shalom to your heart and home!

About the Torah Cycle and how we follow it; for me it is about restoration of all things- which sometimes means walking alone. We start our study cycle over annually when YHWH’s year starts over; this is not to say that we are correct and others are wrong, we just happen to believe we will never challenge our older brother Judah by following his traditions. I expect Judah will be moved by our obedience to His Torah (Words of Scripture) and seeing YHWH’s signs and wonders following our obedience- Does the statement above mean we are not to grab the tzitzit of Yehuda and take hold and learn from them? Of course not, we absolutely should learn of them and from them- just not ingest and keep that which is traditions that go against His words! Especially since we are the ten (Ten scattered northern tribes scattered for Easter and sun god day worship which parallels closely as a pig slop eating prodigal brother)

Let’s look; (Zechariah 8:22) ‘And many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek יהוה of hosts in Yerushalayim, and to pray before יהוה.’ (Zechariah 8:23)  “Thus said יהוה of hosts, ‘In those days (Now? YES and in the future also!) Ten men from all languages of the nations take hold, yea; they shall take hold of the edge of the garment of a man, a Yehuḏite 1, saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” ’ ” Footnote: 1John 4:22.
