Shabbat Shalom
Loved One!
Let’s continue
to be aware of leaven (sin) to remove from our walk as we observe the Feast of
Unleavened Bread!
Here’s
a quick review from last week: Have you noticed loved one? There is a great shaking
going on, not only in our countries but in our families…friends and
relationships. Some are forever being molded and some are departing. The very
fabric of our cultures…everything that can be shaken and removed—will be. Yes-
even the sheep and goats are being divided. No more religious games, these are
serious days and most on Planet Earth see that. Goats are independent- will not
follow as they think and do for themselves; that is they really have no master-
except their own desires. They do what they want, and even if they have “toed
the line” with religion and played the game---the heat
has now been turned up by Yahweh who is a Consuming
Fire—and they must now be shown for where their hearts are. It has to be
this
way, so we will know who to pray for them with fervent and diligent
prayer like
Elijah did! They are not sheep- sheep hear and follow in obedience their
Master! The shaking will be personal, relationships, even the earth and
heaven
will be shaken—and what can be removed – will be removed! We are not to
JUDGE the goats- we ARE TO LOVE THEM INTO THE KINGDOM! Tell them the
truth- rebuke and uncover sin, but LOVE THEM!
The blood moons—what are they
telling us? They are foretelling impending change by JUDGMENT. Where are they
seen from? WHERE the judgment is coming? I suspect to the degree you could see them-
is the degree of judgment decreed. Take
a look and consider when and where to see the blood moon info:
Note that it is not decreed for Israel. WHY you may
ask. I suspect they have chosen wisely for Netanyahu and determined no more land
given up and no Palestine capitol at the expense of Israel sovereignty. Think
Psalm 83 war- where Yahweh destroys all the enemies that attack—such as parts of
Iran and Iraq, Syria, Jordan –etc. those that border Israel. Judgment falls on
those nations who are FOR parting His land.
Yesterday, I called dear friends to
visit briefly who have a radio program (Jerusalem
Broadcasting- Two Faithful Beach Bums). The phone was answered like this-
Hey Thurston—great to hear from you—we are LIVE in 45 seconds—30 seconds—15 seconds…What
would you like to share on your heart today Thurston? Ha ha, hmm… well; we
remember the word declares for us to be ready in season and out of season—when loved
ones tug on the Tzitzit tzitzit we are commanded to stop and give reason for
the hope within us! I truly trust and love these two so you can go and listen
to 2 ½ hours of our Midrash—and what Yahweh is revealing to us about these days
and days upon us…they are both Ruach filled with Love for Torah and Ruach of
His presence. If you really want to know what we are being shown—this is
excellent Midrash and you will glean some insight to what YHWH is showing us.
Then you take it to YHWH in prayer and spit out what you want to, and digest
the rest. This way YHWH can build on what we have been shown for you.

but still live…
Yep. I want to remind us all WHO
WE ARE LOVED ONE! We are being manifested sons and daughters of Yahweh! The
whole earth is groaning for us to come forth! We are being asked to circumcise
our hearts and become without spot or blemish as His bride. We MUST make
ourselves ready loved one! He (Yahshua) will come looking
for those who love one another- offering mercy and love and NOT
condemnation- especially on the matters drawing men to Him and squabbling over
when and how others try and practice obedience to His Moedim (Appointments- FEASTS). Let’s
be careful we ourselves aren’t found “pointing
the finger in judgment”. Look at His instruction regarding Yom
Kippur aka Day of Atonement or JUDGMENT DAY for you and me. Because of the shed blood of the Lamb of Yahuah (Yahweh-YHWH)
we are to walk JUDGING OURSELVES NOT OTHERS:
Isaiah
58:1
“Cry aloud, do not spare. Lift up your voice like a ram’s horn. Declare to My
people their transgression and the house of Yaʽaqoḇ
their sins. Isaiah 58:2 “Yet they seek me day
by day, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and
did not forsake the right-ruling of their Elohim. They ask of me rulings of righteousness;
they delight in drawing near to Elohim. Isaiah 58:3
They say, ‘Why have we fasted, and you have not seen? Why have we
afflicted our beings, and you took no note?’ “Look, in the day of your fasting
you find pleasure, and drive on all your laborers. Isaiah
58:4“Look, you fast for strife and contention, and to strike with the
fist of wrongness. You do not fast as you do this day, to make your voice heard
on high. Isaiah 58:5 “Is it a fast that I have
chosen, a day for a man to afflict his being? Is it to bow down his head like a
bulrush, and to spread out sackcloth and ashes? Do you call this a fast, and an
acceptable day to יהוה? Isaiah 58:6 “Is this not the
fast that I have chosen: to loosen the tight cords of wrongness, to undo the
bands of the yoke, to exempt the oppressed, and to break off every yoke? Isaiah 58:7
“Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, and that you bring to
your house the poor who are cast out; when you see the naked, and cover him,
and not hide yourself from your own flesh? Isaiah 58:8
“Then your light would break forth like the morning, your healing spring forth
speedily. And your righteousness shall go before you; the esteem of יהוה would be your rear guard. Isaiah 58:9 “Then, when you call, יהוה would answer; when you cry, He would say, ‘Here I am.’ “If you take away the yoke from
your midst, the pointing of the
finger, (Blaming or judging
others for all our problems) and the speaking of unrighteousness, Isaiah 58:10
if you extend your being to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted being,
then your light shall dawn in the darkness, and your darkness be as noon. Isaiah 58:11“Then יהוה
would guide you continually, and satisfy your being in drought, and strengthen
your bones. And you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water,
whose waters do not fail. Isaiah 58:12 “And
those from among you shall build the old waste places. You shall rise up the
foundations of many generations. And you would be called the Repairer of the
Breach, the Restorer of Streets to Dwell In. Isaiah
58:13 “If you do turn back your
foot from the Sabbath, from doing your pleasure on My set-apart day, and
shall call the Sabbath ‘a delight,’ the set-apart day of יהוה
‘esteemed,’ and shall esteem it, not doing your own ways, nor finding your own
pleasure, nor speaking your own words, Isaiah 58:14 then you shall delight yourself in יהוה. And I shall cause you to ride on the
heights of the earth, and feed you with the inheritance of Yaʽaqoḇ your
father. For the mouth of יהוה has spoken!”
We are those that
DO the will of our Father in Heaven!
(Matthew 12:49) And he stretched forth his hand toward his
disciples, and said, behold my mother and my brothers! (Matthew 12:50) For whosoever
shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.
Are you and I those who is doing
the will of the Father? His word and His
will are the same. Remember we are
told by Yahshua (John 17:17) sanctify them through thy truth: thy word
is truth. (John 14:6) Yahshua said to him, I
am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me. What or whose will was Yahshua doing? (John 5:30) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which has sent me.
As we die to our own will, we become
more like Him, we will walk like He
walked and do even greater works because He has gone to the Father.
Together, let’s look closely at this thought of walking like He walked. Hebraic
thought on this is called Halacha, but Judaism has totally rerouted the
meanings. They have added takanot or added rules they say supersede the word of
YHWH. In other words they have added to and taken away from the Scriptures
which according to Deuteronomy 4:2 is an absolute No, No, No by our
Father. (Deuteronomy
4:2) "You shall not add to the word which I am
commanding you, nor take away from it, that you may keep the commandments of
YHWH your Elohim which I command you.
They have created their own
religion and would have you obey them much like we in the Christian world have
inherited added feasts and subtracted His commanded Feasts. This is NOT what
the Scriptures command in any way! (1 John 2:1) My little children, I write this to
you, so that you do not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an
Intercessor with the Father, יהושע Messiah, a righteous One. (1 John 2:2) And He Himself is an atoning offering for our
sins, and not for ours only but also for the entire world. (1 John 2:3)
And by this we know that we know Him, if we guard His commands.1
Footnote: 1 See 3:6. (1 John 2:4)
The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a
liar, and the truth is not in him. (1 John 2:5)
But whoever guards His Word, truly the
love of Elohim has been perfected 1 in him. By this we know that we
are in Him.2 Footnotes: 1 Genesis. 17:1, Psalms 119:1,
Matthew 5:48. 2 See 3:24. (1 John 2:6) The one who says
he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked.
Understand, Loved One that our goal is to learn to walk like He walked. This
requires us by our choice to become obedient! You are family if you are humble enough
to be a truth searcher. One who desires truth and obedience to your Creator-
more than you want acceptance from men and their traditions. This group would
include us who are willing to pick up our burial stake and follow Him. Why do I
use burial stake? Because you and I must be willing to decrease as He increases in us. ARE WE WILLING TO HUMBLE
OURSELVES AND SUBMIT TO HIS WORDS AND COMMANDS? He changes not and that
only leaves you and I to do the changing, Yahshua put it like this: (Matthew 16:24) Then said Yahshua to his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. (Matthew 16:25) For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. (Matthew 16:26) For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
We must be willing to humble
ourselves and accept the engrafted word when we discover truth. This losing our life for Him is not just physical.
As we are changed into His image we are losing our old person (ality) and
gaining HIM! Remember to the degree
we are hungry for Him (desire Him) we will be changed or filled with Him- no more or less. (Matthew 5:6)
Blessed are
they which do hunger and
thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
(James 4:7) So
then subject (submit/humble)
yourselves
to Elohim. Resist the devil 1
and he shall
flee from you.
Footnote: 1 Or adversary. (James 4:8)
Draw near to Elohim and He shall draw near to you. Cleanse hands,
sinners. And cleanse the hearts, you double-minded! (James
4:9) Lament and mourn and weep!
Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection. (James 4:10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Master,
and He shall lift you up.
Here’s a quick summary reminder of who we are becoming Loved One- WE ARE
the dry bones coming together that we may live! Hallelu-YAH!
(Ezekiel 37:1) The hand of יהוה was upon me and took me out by the Spirit of יהוה, and set me down in the midst of the valley. And it was filled
with bones. (Ezekiel 37:2) And He made me pass among them, all around,
and see, there were very many on the surface of the valley, and see, they were
very dry. (Ezekiel 37:3) And He said to me, “Son of man, would these
bones live?” And I said, “O Master יהוה,
you know.” (Ezekiel 37:4) Again He said to me, “Prophesy to these bones
and you shall say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of יהוה! (Ezekiel 37:5) ‘Thus said the Master יהוה
to these bones, “See, I am bringing into you a spirit, and you shall live. (Ezekiel 37:6)
“And I shall put sinews on you and bring flesh upon you, and cover you
with skin and put a spirit in you, and you shall live. And you shall know that
I am יהוה.” ’ ” (Ezekiel
37:7) and I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I prophesied, there was
a noise, and there was a rattling. And the bones came together, bone to bone. (Ezekiel 37:8)
And I looked and saw sinews and flesh came upon them, and skin covered
them, but there was no spirit in them. (Ezekiel 37:9) He then said to me, “Prophesy to the spirit,
prophesy, son of man, and you shall say to the spirit, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “Come from the four winds, O spirit, and
breathe on these slain, so that they live.” ’ ” (Ezekiel
37:10) and I prophesied as He commanded me, and the spirit came into
them, and they lived, and stood upon their feet, a very great army. (Ezekiel 37:11)
And He said to me, “Son of man, these bones are all the house of
Yisra’ĕl. See, they say, ‘Our bones are dry, our expectancy has perished, and
we ourselves have been cut off!’ (Ezekiel 37:12) “Therefore prophesy, and you shall say to
them, ‘Thus said the Master יהוה, “See, O my people, I
am opening your graves, and shall bring you up from your graves, and shall
bring you into the land of Yisra’ĕl. (Ezekiel 37:13) “And you shall know that I am יהוה, when I open your graves, O My people, and bring you up from
your graves. (Ezekiel 37:14) “And I shall put My Spirit in you, and you
shall live, and I shall settle you in your own land. And you shall know that I יהוה have spoken, and I have done it,” declares
יהוה.’ ”
Here are this week’s Torah
Scriptures: Lehk L ‘kha- “GO
OUT”
Genesis 12:1-17:27; Isaiah 40:27-41:16;
Romans 4:1- 5:13 (Extended)
Note the reason for coming out of the land where paganism reigns is to
become a blessing! Note also that verse 12:3 is not just for Judah like so
often misquoted- it is from the Father of our faith-Abraham, and therefore ALL
ISRAEL (Whosever will)! Some of us think we are too old to ever leave our
country…but Abraham was 75 when he left!
(Genesis 12:1) And יהוה said to Aḇram, “Go yourself out of your
land, from your relatives and from your father’s house, to a land which I show
you. (Genesis 12:2) “And
I shall make you a great nation, and bless you and make your name great, and
you shall be a blessing!
(Genesis 12:3)
“And I shall bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you.
And in you all the clans of the earth shall be blessed.”
(Romans 4:16) Therefore it is
of faith, that it might be by grace; to
the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of
the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father
of us all, (Romans 4:17) (As it is written, I have made thee a father
of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even
YHWH, who quickens the dead, and calls those things which be not as though they
were. (Romans 4:18) Who against hope believed in hope, that he
might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, so
shall your seed be. (Romans 4:19) And being not weak in faith, he considered
not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet
the deadness of Sara's womb: (Romans 4:20) He staggered not at the promise
of YHWH through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to YHWH;
(Genesis 12:4) So Aḇram left, as יהוה
had commanded him, and Lot went with him. And Aḇram was seventy-five years old when he set out from Ḥaran. (Genesis 12:5)
And Aḇram took Sarai his wife and Lot his brother’s son, and all their
possessions that they had gathered, and the beings that they had acquired in
Ḥaran, and they set out for the land of Kenaʽan. And they came to the land of
Kenaʽan. (Genesis 12:6) And Aḇram passed
through the land to the place of Sheḵem, as far as the terebinth tree of
Moreh. At that time the Kenaʽanites were in the land.
If we will walk in Shema O Israel- (HEAR and OBEY) we too
will be blessed by His presence and gain an ear to hear YHWH!
(Genesis 12:7)
And יהוה appeared to Aḇram and said, “To your seed
I give this land.” And he built there an altar to יהוה,
who had appeared to him. (Genesis 12:8) And from there he moved to the mountain east
of Bĕyth Ěl, and he pitched his tent, with Bĕyth Ěl on the west and Ai on the
east. And he built there an altar to יהוה,
and called on the Name of יהוה. (Genesis 12:9)
And Aḇram set out, continuing toward the South. (Genesis 12:10) And a
scarcity of food came to be in the land, and Aḇram went down to Mitsrayim
(Egypt) to dwell there, for the scarcity of food was severe in the land.
Fear even got Abraham motivated. YHWH does not give us a
spirit of fear. We fear YHWH and YHWH alone!
(Genesis 12:11) And it came to
be, when he was close to entering Mitsrayim, that he said to Sarai his wife,
“See, I know that you are a fair woman to look at. (Genesis
12:12) “And it shall be, when the
Mitsrites see you, that they shall say, ‘This is his wife.’ And they shall kill
me, but let you live. (Genesis 12:13) “Please say you are my sister, so that it
shall be well with me for your sake, and my life be spared because of you.” (Genesis 12:14)
And it came to be, when Aḇram came into Mitsrayim, that the Mitsrites
saw the woman, that she was very fair. (Genesis 12:15) And Pharaoh’s officials saw her and praised
her before Pharaoh, and the woman was taken to Pharaoh’s house. (Genesis 12:16)
And he treated Aḇram well for her sake, and he had sheep, and
cattle, and male donkeys, and male and female servants, and female donkeys, and
camels.
Touch not YHWH’s anointed- (Those who seek Him with all their heart and
are “Doers” of His word) YHWH is
in charge of blessings- not Pharaoh, the U.N. or the One World Order.
(Genesis 12:17) But יהוה plagued Pharaoh and his house with great
plagues because of Sarai, Aḇram’s wife. (Genesis
12:18) And Pharaoh called Aḇram
and said, “What is this you have done to me? Why did you not inform me that she
was your wife? (Genesis 12:19) “Why did you say, ‘She is my sister’? And so
I was going to take her for my wife. Look, here is your wife, take her and go.”
(Genesis 12:20) And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him,
and they sent him away, with his wife and all that he had. (Genesis
13:1) And Aḇram
went up from Mitsrayim into the South, he and his wife and all that he had, and
Lot with him. (Genesis 13:2) And
Aḇram was very rich in livestock, in silver, and in gold. (Genesis 13:3) And he went on his journey from the South as
far as Bĕyth Ěl, to the place where his tent had been at the beginning, between
Bĕyth Ěl and Ai, (Genesis 13:4) to the place of
the altar which he had made there at first. And there Aḇram called on the Name
of יהוה. (Genesis 13:5)
Now Lot, who went with Aḇram, also had flocks and herds and tents. (Genesis 13:6)
And the land was not able to bear them that they might dwell together,
for their possessions were great, so that they could not dwell together. (Genesis 13:7) And there was strife between the herdsmen of
Aḇram’s livestock and the herdsmen of Lot’s livestock. And at that time the
Kenaʽanites and the Perizzites dwelt in the land. (Genesis
13:8) Then Aḇram said to Lot,
“Please let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and
your herdsmen, for we are brothers.
Conventional wisdom is never best! Hear
and Obey- Come out of disobedience (Apart from them) and receive your
covenant!
(Genesis 13:9) “Is not all the
land before you? Please separate from me. If you take the left, then I go to
the right; or, if you go to the right, then I go to the left.” (Genesis 13:10)
And Lot lifted his eyes and saw all the plain of the Yardĕn, that it was
well watered everywhere – before יהוה
destroyed Seḏom and Amorah – like
the garden of יהוה, like the land of
Mitsrayim as you go toward Tsoʽar. (Genesis 13:11) So Lot chose for himself all the plain of the
Yardĕn, and Lot moved east. Thus they separated from each other, (Genesis 13:12) Aḇram dwelling in the land of
Kenaʽan, and Lot dwelling in the cities of the plain and pitched his tent as
far as Seḏom. (Genesis 13:13) But the men of Seḏom were evil and sinned
before יהוה, exceedingly so. (Genesis 13:14)
And after Lot had separated from him, יהוה said to Aḇram, “Now lift up your eyes and look from the place
where you are, northward and southward and eastward and westward, (Genesis 13:15) for all the land which you see I
shall give to you and your seed forever.
(Genesis 13:16) “And I shall make your seed as the dust
of the earth, so that, if a man could count the dust of the earth, then your
seed also could be counted.
(Genesis 13:17) “Arise, walk in
the land through its length and its width, for I give it to you.”
(Genesis 13:18) So Aḇram moved
his tent, and went and dwelt by the terebinth trees of Mamrĕ, which are in
Ḥeḇron, and built an altar there to יהוה.
(Genesis 14:1) And it came
to be in the days of Amraphel sovereign of Shinʽar,
Aryoḵ sovereign of Ellasar, Keḏorla’omer sovereign of Ěylam, and Tiḏʽal
sovereign of Goyim, (Genesis 14:2) that they
fought against Bera sovereign of Seḏom, Birsha sovereign of Amorah, Shinaḇ
sovereign of Aḏmah, Shem’ĕḇer sovereign of Tseḇoyim, and the sovereign of
Bela, that is Tsoʽar. (Genesis 14:3) All these
joined together in the Valley of Siddim, which is the Salt Sea. (Genesis 14:4)
Twelve years they served Keḏorlaʽomer, and in the thirteenth year they
rebelled. (Genesis 14:5) And in the fourteenth year Keḏorlaʽomer and
the sovereigns that were with him came and smote the Repha’im in Ashteroth
Qarnayim, and the Zuzim in Ḥam, and the Ěmites in Shawĕh Qiryathayim, (Genesis 14:6)
and the Ḥorites in their mountain of Sĕʽir, as far as Ěl Paran, which
is by the wilderness. (Genesis 14:7) And they turned back and came to Ěn Mishpat
that is Qaḏĕsh, and smote all the country of the Amalĕqites, and also the
Amorites who dwelt in Ḥatsetson Tamar. (Genesis 14:8) And the sovereign of Seḏom, and the
sovereign of Amorah, and the sovereign of Aḏmah, and the sovereign of
Tseḇoyim, and the sovereign of Bela, that is Tsoʽar, went out and joined
together in battle in the Valley of Siddim, (Genesis
14:9) against Keḏorlaʽomer sovereign of Ěylam, and Tiḏʽal sovereign of
Goyim, and Amraphel sovereign of Shinʽar, and Aryoḵ sovereign of Ellasar –
four sovereigns against five.
Choosing what looks best but filled with SIN (transgression against the Torah) brings destruction and imprisonment and those involved in sin have
their courage removed!
(Genesis 14:10) And the Valley of Siddim had many tar pits.
And the sovereigns of Seḏom and Amorah fled and fell there, and the
remainder fled to the mountains. (Genesis 14:11) And they took all the goods of Seḏom and
Amorah, and all their food, and went away. (Genesis
14:12) And they took Lot, Aḇram’s
brother’s son who dwelt in Seḏom, and his goods, and left. (Genesis 14:13)
And one who had escaped came and informed Aḇram the Heḇrew, for he
dwelt by the terebinth trees of Mamrĕ the Amorite, brother of Eshkol and
brother of Anĕr, and they had a covenant with Aḇram. (Genesis
14:14) And when Aḇram heard that
his brother was taken captive, he armed his three hundred and eighteen trained
servants who were born in his own house, and went in pursuit as far as Dan. (Genesis 14:15)
And he and his servants divided against them by night, and smote them
and pursued them as far as Ḥoḇah, which is on the left of Damascus. (Genesis 14:16)
So he brought back all the goods, and also brought back his brother Lot and
his goods, as well as the women and the people. (Genesis
14:17) And after his return from
the defeat of Keḏorlaʽomer and the sovereigns who were with him, the sovereign
of Seḏom came out to meet him at the Valley of Shawĕh, that is, the
Sovereign’s Valley.
Here is the order of Yahshua’s Kingdom!
(Genesis 14:18) And Malkitseḏeq sovereign of Shalĕm brought
out bread and wine. Now he was the priest of the Most High Ěl. (Genesis 14:19) and he blessed him and said, “Blessed be Aḇram of the
Most High Ěl, Possessor of the heavens and earth. (Genesis
14:20) “And blessed be the Most
High Ěl who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” And he gave him a tenth
of all. (Genesis 14:21) And the sovereign of Seḏom said to Aḇram,
“Give me the people, and take the goods for you.” (Genesis
14:22) But Aḇram said to the
sovereign of Seḏom, “I have lifted my hand to יהוה, the Most High Ěl, the Possessor of the
heavens and earth, (Genesis 14:23) not to take
a thread or a sandal strap or whatever is yours, lest you should say, ‘I have
made Aḇram rich,’ (Genesis 14:24) except only
what the young men have eaten, and the portion of the men who went with me:
Anĕr, Eshkol, and Mamrĕ. Let them take their portion.”
Obedience brings request time for our lack
or needs!
(Genesis 15:1) After these events the word of יהוה came to Aḇram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Aḇram.
I am your shield; your reward is exceedingly great.” (Genesis 15:2) And Aḇram
said, “Master יהוה, what would you give
me, seeing I go childless, and the
heir of my house is Eliʽezer of Damascus?”
Covenant Promise Time!
(Genesis 15:3) And Aḇram said,
“See, You have given me no seed, and see, one born in my house is my heir!” (Genesis 15:4)
And see, the word of יהוה came to him, saying, “This one is not your heir, but he who
comes from your own body is your heir.” (Genesis 15:5) And He brought him outside and said, “Look
now toward the heavens, and count the stars if you are able to count them.” And
He said to him, “So are your seed.”
Believe and Receive (Faith gives thanks BEFORE you can see the
promise as it requires no faith after you can see it)
(Genesis 15:6) And he believed in יהוה, and He reckoned it to him for righteousness. (Genesis
15:7) And He said to him, “I
am יהוה, who brought you out of Ur of the
Chaldeans, to give you this land to inherit it.” (Genesis
15:8) And he said, “Master יהוה, whereby do I know that I possess it?”
This covenant was guaranteed by YHWH who
completed the covenant by Himself in V 17 (No man could now mess it up)
(Genesis 15:9) And He said to
him, “Bring Me a three-year-old heifer, and a three-year-old female goat, and a
three-year-old ram, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.” (Genesis 15:10)
And he took all these to Him and cut them in the middle, and placed each
half opposite the other, but he did not cut the birds. (Genesis
15:11) And the birds of prey came
down on the carcasses, and Aḇram drove them away. (Genesis
15:12) And it came to be, when
the sun was going down, and a deep sleep fell upon Aḇram, that see, a
frightening great darkness fell upon him. (Genesis
15:13) And He said to Aḇram,
“Know for certain that your seed are to be sojourners in a land that is not
theirs, and shall serve them, and they shall afflict those four hundred years. (Genesis 15:14)
“But the nation whom they serve I am going to judge, and afterward let
them come out with great possessions. (Genesis 15:15) “Now as for you, you are to go to your
fathers in peace, you are to be buried at a good old age. (Genesis 15:16)
“Then, in the fourth generation they shall return here, for the
crookedness of the Amorites is not yet complete.”
(Genesis 15:17) And it came to be, when the sun went
down and it was dark that see, a smoking oven and a burning torch passing
between those pieces.
(Genesis 15:18) On the same day יהוה made a covenant with Aḇram, saying, “I
have given this land to your seed, from the river of Mitsrayim to the great
river, the River Euphrates, (Genesis 15:19) with
the Qĕynite, and the Qenizzite, and the Qaḏmonite, (Genesis
15:20) and the Ḥittite, and the Perizzite, and the Repha’im, (Genesis 15:21) and the Amorite, and the Kenaʽanite,
and the Girgashite, and the Yeḇusite.” (Genesis 16:1) And Sarai, Aḇram’s
wife, had borne him no child. And she had a Mitsrite female servant whose name
was Haḡar.
Trouble is always next when we don’t hang on and rest in YHWH’s
promises and instead choose to “help Him out some”
(Genesis 16:2) And Sarai said to Aḇram, “See, יהוה has kept me
from bearing children. Please, go in to my female servant. It might be that I
am built up by her.” And Aḇram listened to the voice of Sarai. (Genesis 16:3)
And Sarai, Aḇram’s wife, took Haḡar her female servant, the Mitsrite,
and gave her to her husband Aḇram to be his wife, after Aḇram had dwelt ten
years in the land of Kenaʽan. (Genesis 16:4) And he went in to Haḡar, and she conceived.
And when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes. (Genesis 16:5) And Sarai said to Aḇram, “My wrong is upon
you! I gave my female servant into your bosom. And when she saw that she had
conceived, I was despised in her eyes. Let יהוה
judge between you and me.” (Genesis 16:6) And Aḇram said to Sarai, “See, your female
servant is in your hand, do to her what is good in your eyes.” And Sarai
treated her harshly, and she fled from her presence. (Genesis
16:7) And the Messenger of יהוה found her by a spring of water in the
wilderness, by the spring on the way to Shur, (Genesis
16:8) and He said, “Haḡar, Sarai’s female servant, where have you come
from, and where are you going?” And she said, “I am fleeing from the presence
of Sarai, my mistress.” (Genesis 16:9) And the Messenger (Angel) of יהוה said to her, “Return to your mistress, and humble yourself
under her hand.”
(Genesis 16:10) And the Messenger
(Angel-Yahshua?) of יהוה said to her, “I am
going to increase your seed greatly, too numerous to be counted.” (Genesis 16:11)
And the Messenger of יהוה said to her, “See,
you are conceiving and bearing a son, and shall call his name Yishmaʽĕl,
because יהוה has heard your affliction. (Genesis 16:12)
“And he is to be a wild man, his hand against every one and every one’s
hand against him, and dwell over against all his brothers.” (Genesis 16:13)
And she called the Name of יהוה
who spoke to her, “You are the Ěl who sees,” for she said, “Even here have I
seen after Him who sees me?” (Genesis 16:14) That is why the well was called be’ĕr Laḥai
Ro’i, see, it is between Qaḏĕsh and Bereḏ. (Genesis 16:15) And Haḡar bore Aḇram a son, and Aḇram
called the name of his son, whom Haḡar bore, Yishmaʽĕl. (Genesis 16:16)
And Aḇram was eighty-six
years old when Haḡar bore Yishmaʽĕl to Aḇram.
This means that Ishmael was 15 years old
when Isaac was born!
(Genesis 17:1) And it came to be when Aḇram was ninety-nine years old, that יהוה appeared to
Aḇram and said to him, “I am Ěl Shaddai – walk before me and be perfect 1. Footnote:
1 Messiah gives the same command in Mt. 5:48. (Genesis 17:2)
“And I give my covenant between me and you, and shall greatly increase
you.” (Genesis 17:3) And Aḇram fell on his face, and Elohim spoke
with him, saying, (Genesis 17:4) “As for Me,
look, My covenant is with you, and you shall become a father of many nations.
Notice how important words are and what we
speak…YHWH renamed Abram to Father of many nations, that faith might develop since
faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of YHWH (Romans 10:17)
(Genesis 17:5) “And no longer
is your name called Aḇram, but your name shall be Aḇraham, because I shall
make you a father of many nations. (Genesis 17:6) “And I shall make you bear fruit exceedingly,
and make nations of you, and sovereigns shall come from you. (Genesis 17:7)
“And I shall establish my covenant between me and you and your seed
after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be Elohim to
you and your seed after you. (Genesis 17:8) “And I shall give to you and your seed after
you the land of your sojourning, all the land of Kenaʽan, as an everlasting
possession. And I shall be their Elohim.” (Genesis
17:9) And Elohim said to Aḇraham,
“As for you, guard my covenant, you and your seed after you throughout their
generations. (Genesis 17:10) “This is my covenant which you guard between
me and you, and your seed after you: Every male child among you is to be
circumcised. (Genesis 17:11) “And you shall circumcise the flesh of your
foreskin, and it shall become a sign of the covenant between me and you. (Genesis 17:12)
“And a son of eight days is circumcised by you, every male child in your
generations, he who is born in your house or bought with silver from any
foreigner who is not of your seed. (Genesis 17:13) “He who is born in your house, and he who is
bought with your silver, has to be circumcised. So shall my covenant be in your flesh, for an everlasting covenant. (Genesis 17:14)
“And an uncircumcised male child, who is not circumcised in the flesh of
his foreskin, his life shall be cut off from his people – he has broken my covenant.”
(Genesis 17:15)
And Elohim said to Aḇraham, “As for Sarai your wife, do not call her
name Sarai, for Sarah is her name. (Genesis
17:16) “And I shall bless her and
also give you a son by her. And I shall bless her, and she shall become
nations – sovereigns of peoples are to be from her.”
We will always be tested by what we
believe…Is anything too hard for YHWH?
(Genesis 17:17) And Aḇraham fell
on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, “Is a child born to a man who is a hundred years old? Or is Sarah,
who is ninety years old, to bear a child?” (Genesis
17:18) And Aḇraham said to
Elohim, “Oh, let Yishmaʽĕl live before you!” (Genesis
17:19) And Elohim said, “No,
Sarah your wife is truly bearing a son to you, and you shall call his name
Yitsḥaq. And I shall establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant
and with his seed after him. (Genesis 17:20) “And as for Yishmaʽĕl, I have heard you. See,
I shall bless him, and shall make him bear fruit, and greatly increase him. He
is to bring forth twelve princes, and I shall make him a great nation. (Genesis 17:21)
“But
My covenant I establish with Yitsḥaq, whom Sarah is to bear to you at this set
time next year.” (Genesis 17:22)
And when He had ended speaking with him, Elohim went up from Aḇraham. (Genesis 17:23)
And Aḇraham took Yishmaʽĕl his son, and all those born in his house and
all those bought with his silver, every male among the men of Aḇraham’s house,
and circumcised the flesh of their foreskins that same day, as Elohim told him.
(Genesis 17:24)
And Aḇraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised in the
flesh of his foreskin. (Genesis 17:25) And Yishmaʽĕl his son was thirteen years old
when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin. (Genesis
17:26) Aḇraham and his son
Yishmaʽĕl were circumcised that same day. (Genesis
17:27) And all the men of his
house, born in the house or bought with silver from a foreigner, were
circumcised with him.
RENEW OUR STRENGTH
(Isaiah 40:27) Why do you say, O Yaʽaqoḇ, and speak, O Yisra’ĕl, “My way is hidden from יהוה, and my rights
are overlooked by my Elohim”? (Isaiah 40:28) Did you not know? Have you not heard? The
everlasting Elohim, יהוה, the Creator of the
ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is
unsearchable. (Isaiah 40:29) He gives power to the faint, and to those who
have no might He increases strength. (Isaiah 40:30) Even youths shall faint and be weary, and
young men stumble and fall, (Isaiah 40:31) but
those who wait on יהוה renew their strength, they
raise up the wing like eagles, they run and are not weary, they walk and do not
faint. (Isaiah 41:1)
“Be silent before me, you coastlands, and let peoples renew their power!
Let them
come near, and then let them speak. Let us come together for right-ruling. (Isaiah 41:2)
“Who rose up the righteous one from the east, called him to His foot,
gave the nations before him, and made sovereigns submit to him? He gave them as
the dust to his sword, as driven stubble to his bow. (Isaiah
41:3) “He pursued them, passed
over in safety, by a path that he had not gone with his feet. (Isaiah 41:4)
“Who has performed and done it, calling the generations from the
beginning? ‘I, יהוה, am the first,
and with the last I am He.’ ” (Isaiah 41:5)
Coastlands see it and fear, the ends of the earth are afraid – they draw near
and come.
(Isaiah 41:6) Everyone helps
his neighbor, and says to his brother, “Be strong!” (Isaiah
41:7) And the craftsman
encourages the goldsmith. He who smoothes with the hammer inspires him who
strikes the anvil, saying of the joining, “It is good.” And he fastens it with
nails, so it does not totter.
Our righteousness is by faith as we
Abraham’s covenant is ours!
(Isaiah 41:8) “But you, Yisra’ĕl, are My servant, Yaʽaqoḇ, whom I have
chosen, the descendants of Aḇraham My friend, (Isaiah
41:9) whom I have taken from the ends of the
earth, and called from its farthest parts, and said to You, ‘You are My
servant, I have chosen you and have not rejected you. (Isaiah 41:10) ‘Do not
fear, for I am with you. Do not look around, for I am your Elohim. I shall
strengthen you, I shall also help you, I shall also uphold you with the right
hand of my righteousness.’
(Isaiah 41:11) “See, all those
who raged against you are ashamed and blush, they are as non-existent. And the
men who strive with you perish. (Isaiah 41:12) “You seek them but do not find them, those
who struggle with you. Those who fight you are as non-existent, as naught. (Isaiah 41:13)
“For I, יהוה am your Elohim, I am
holding your right hand, saying to you, ‘Do not
fear, I shall help you.’ (Isaiah 41:14) “Do not fear, you worm Yaʽaqoḇ, you
men of Yisra’ĕl! I shall help you,” declares יהוה
and your Redeemer, the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl. (Isaiah
41:15) “See, I shall make you
into a new threshing sledge with sharp teeth, let you thresh mountains and beat
them small, and make hills like chaff. (Isaiah 41:16) “You winnow them, the wind lifts them up, and
the whirlwind scatters them; but you, you rejoice in יהוה,
and boast in the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl.
Believing is
ACTION or doing---that is faith/believing without action is useless or dead. It
is not our DOING or works that brings us into the Kingdom it is by belief or
faith. However, understand that once we are FAMILY we desire to please our
Father with honoring Him in humbled, submitted, obedience. We are being asked
to CIRCUMCISE OUR HEARTS!
Romans
4:1
What then, shall we say Aḇraham
our father, to have found, according to the flesh? Romans
4:2 For if Aḇraham was declared right by works, he has ground for
boasting, but not before Elohim. Romans 4:3 For
what does the Scripture say? “Aḇraham believed
Elohim, and it was reckoned to him for righteousness.”1 Footnote: 1 Genesis 15:6, Genesis 17:1 and 26:5.
Romans 4:4 And to him who is working, the reward
is not reckoned as a favor but as a debt. Romans 4:5
And to him who is not working but believes on Him who is declaring right the
wicked, his belief is reckoned for righteousness, Romans
4:6 even as Dawiḏ also says of the blessedness of the man to whom
Elohim reckons righteousness without works: Romans 4:7
“Blessed are those whose lawlessnesses are forgiven, and whose sins are
covered, Romans 4:8 blessed is the man to whom יהוה shall by no
means reckon sin.” Romans 4:9 Is this blessing
then upon the circumcised only, or also upon the uncircumcised? For we
affirm: Belief was reckoned unto Aḇraham for righteousness. Romans 4:10 How then was it reckoned? Being in
circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.
Romans 4:11 And he received the sign of
circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the belief while in uncircumcision,
for him to be a father of all those believing through uncircumcision, for
righteousness to be reckoned to them also, Romans 4:12
and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision,
but who also walk in the steps of the belief which our father Aḇraham had in
uncircumcision. Romans 4:13 For the promise
that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Aḇraham or to his seed
through the Torah, but through a righteousness of belief. Romans 4:14 For if those who are of the Torah are
heirs, belief has been made useless, and the promise has been nullified, Romans 4:15 for the Torah works out wrath, for where
there is no Torah there is no transgression. Romans
4:16 On account of this it is of
belief, that it be according to favor, for the promise to be made certain to
all the seed, not only to those who are of the Torah, but also to those who are
of the belief of Aḇraham, who is father of us all – Romans
4:17 as it has been written, “I
have made you a father of many nations” – in the presence of Him whom he
believed, even Elohim, who gives life to the dead and calls that which does not
exist as existing, Romans 4:18 who against all expectation did
believe, in expectation, so that he should become father of many nations,
according to what was said, “So shall your seed be.” Romans
4:19 And not having grown weak in belief, he did not consider his own
body, already dead, being about a hundred years old, and the deadness of
Sarah’s womb, Romans 4:20 he did not hesitate
about the promise of Elohim through unbelief, but was strengthened in belief,
giving esteem to Elohim, Romans 4:21 and being
completely persuaded that what He had promised He was also able to do. Romans 4:22 Therefore also “it was reckoned to him
for righteousness.” Romans 4:23 And not because
of him alone was it written that it was reckoned to him, Romans 4:24 but also because of us, to whom it shall
be reckoned, to us who believe in Him who raised up יהושע
our Master from the dead, Romans 4:25 who was
delivered up because of our trespasses, and was raised for us to be declared
right.
Remember- sin IS
lawlessness or Torahlessness. It is what shows us what SIN is. Faith and belief
leads to fiery trials as we engage the enemy---which fiery furnace endurance produces-
hope in His promise- and the love of Yahweh is poured out in our spirits by the
Ruach HaKodesh! (It is the LOVE OF YAHWEH that never fails
and brings sinners to repentance from dead works!)
Romans
5:1
Therefore, having been declared right by belief, we have
peace with Elohim through our Master יהושע Messiah, Romans 5:2 through whom also we have access
by belief into this favor in which we stand, and we exult in the expectation of
the esteem of Elohim. Romans 5:3 And
not only this, but we also exult in pressures, knowing that pressure works
endurance; Romans 5:4 and endurance,
approvedness; and approvedness, expectation. Romans
5:5 and expectation does not disappoint, because the love of Elohim has
been poured out in our hearts by the Set-apart Spirit which was given to us. Romans 5:6 For when we were still weak, Messiah in
due time died for the wicked. Romans 5:7 For
one shall hardly die for a righteous one, though possibly for a good one
someone would even have the courage to die. Romans 5:8
But Elohim proves His own love for us, in that while we were still sinners,
Messiah died for us. Romans 5:9 Much more then,
having now been declared right by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath
through Him. Romans 5:10 for if, being enemies,
we were restored to favor with Elohim through the death of His Son, much more,
having been restored to favor, we shall be saved by His life. Romans 5:11 And not only this, but we also exult in
Elohim through our Master יהושע Messiah, through whom
we have now received the restoration to favor. Romans
5:12 For this reason, even as
through one man sin did enter into the world, and death through sin, and thus
death spread to all men, because all sinned – Romans
5:13 for until the Torah, sin was
in the world, but sin is not reckoned when there is no Torah.
May YHWH
bless you Loved Ones. Truth seekers like you are the best brothers and sisters
on the Planet Earth! Times of Jacob’s Trouble are approaching so let’s make
ourselves ready. Thanks for your heartfelt intercession for Billie and me and
we know it will be added back
to you and your loved ones 30, 60 and one hundred fold! May your seed be taught of YHWH as you obey through
the fiery trials we will face as this is guaranteed for obedience! (Just
as it was for Abraham) (Genesis 22:18) "In your seed all the nations
of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed my voice." (Isaiah 54:11) O thou afflicted, tossed with
tempest, (Fiery Trials and tests or
refining fires) and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones
with fair colors, and lay thy foundations with sapphires. (Isaiah 54:12) And I will make
thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of
pleasant stones. (Isaiah 54:13)
And all thy children shall be taught of
YHWH; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
So dear Loved One, FEAR
NOT about your children, just be
concerned about your own right standing (Come
apart from the lies we inherited in pagan traditions) and obey
the Father- and rest in Him concerning
your children…He is the one who
guarantees they’ll be taught of Him and have great peace! I have full confidence He will
do His part as He promised! So THANK HIM and PRAISE HIM!
Shalom to your home,
Thurston
About
our Torah Cycle start date…For me it is about restoration of all things- which
sometimes means walking alone. I start over annually when YHWH’s year starts
over; this is not to say that I am correct and others are wrong, I just happen
to believe we will never challenge our older brother Judah by following his
traditions. I expect Judah will be moved by our obedience to His Torah (Words
of Scripture) and seeing YHWH’s signs and wonders following our obedience-
Does the statement above mean we are not to grab
the tzitzit of Yehuda and take hold and learn from them? Of course not, we absolutely should learn of them and from
them- just not ingest and keep that which is traditions that go against His
words! Especially since we are the ten
(Ten scattered northern tribes scattered for Easter and sun god day worship
which parallels closely as a pig slop eating prodigal brother)
Let’s look; (Zechariah 8:22)
‘And many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek יהוה of hosts in Yerushalayim, and to pray before יהוה.’ (Zechariah 8:23) “Thus said יהוה
of hosts, ‘In those days (Now? YES
and in the future also!) ten men
from all languages of the nations take
hold, yea, they shall take hold of the edge of the garment of a man, a Yehuḏite 1, saying, “Let us go with you,
for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” ’ ” Footnote:
