Shabbat
Shalom Loved One!
Why are we on a
different schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox? For
me it is about restoration of all things- explanation continued at end of this
week’s study!
We have arrived Loved One- a new
Gregorian year- 2015! Attached to the arrival of year 2015 are the usual
antidotes and resolutions for making changes in our lives. Honestly, since we
live in this culture, it is a good time to take stock of our relationships;
first; our relationship with our Creator, and next our relationship with
people. Time to forgive and be forgiven whether people (Yes even us) deserve it or not. Remember with me and take some
action which is what gives our faith/belief LIFE- as likened to the body
without the spirit that YHWH breathed into it is dead and can produce nothing-
so is our belief/faith without action! Remember also that all the Torah and the
Prophets hang on these two commandments: Love YHWH with all your heart, soul,
and strength and love your neighbor as yourself! We need these relationships to
be pure and defiled because we need His presence if we are to become the
manifested sons and daughters of Elohim! Consider carefully and make yourself a
list and speak and do as Scripture guides you! We must change now for He
changes not! If He says we are to walk set apart (Holy) then we obviously are empowered to do just that, so for
starters- speak that over your life—SAY it; I am holy and set-apart because He says I am. I
am crucified in Messiah Yahshua, I no longer live but He dwells in me; the life
I live in this body I live by faith/belief in Him, I no longer live to myself but
Yahshua dwells in me! (Paraphrased Galatians 2:20)
Some of us in the past may have further
believed the lie from hell that assures we are UNPREPARED- that believers
get “raptured” before any trouble starts which is untrue- the changing in the twinkling of an eye happens at the LAST
TRUMP- and knowing the Moedim (Appointments
or Feasts- Holy Days set by YHWH) or shadow pictures of what is to come-
which are the very appointments YHWH has set; we know Hebraically that there
are only 10 days left in the Great Tribulation at the point of the Last Trump (Feast of Trumpets which is the Hebrew
idiom object of “no man knows the day or hour”) before Judgment Day or also
called the Day of Atonement for us who have repented and received atonement
from Yahshua. Some of us have also been taught that we are gone and that the
Great Tribulation is only for the Jews. Sorry, that’s untrue also; it is JACOB’S
TROUBLE; which if we are grafted in believers as followers of Messiah Yahshua (Jesus) then we are part of the heirs of
the promises of Abraham and are part of the 12 sons’ tribes called Israel or
Jacob.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 let no one deceive you in any way, because
the falling away is to come first, and the man of lawlessness 1
is to be revealed, the son of destruction, Footnote: 1 Some
texts read sin instead of lawlessness. This man might be the same one we read
of in the prophecy in Isaiah 14:12 – Hĕlĕl (“Heileil”),
meaning “the shining one,” the sovereign of Baḇel.
2 Thessalonians 2:4 who opposes and exalts himself
above all that is called Elohim or that is worshipped, so that he sits as
Elohim in the Dwelling Place of Elohim, showing himself that he is Elohim. 2 Thessalonians 2:5 Do you not remember that I told
you this while I was still with you? 2 Thessalonians
2:6 And now you know what restrains, for him to be revealed in his time. 2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the secret of lawlessness is
already at work – only until he who now restrains comes out of the midst. 2 Thessalonians 2:8
And then the lawless one shall be revealed, whom the Master shall
consume with the Spirit of His mouth and bring to naught with the manifestation
of His coming. 2 Thessalonians 2:9 the coming
of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power
and signs and wonders of falsehood, 2 Thessalonians
2:10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those perishing, because
they did not receive the love of the truth, in order for them to be saved. 2 Thessalonians 2:11 and for
this reason Elohim sends
them a working of delusion, for them
to believe the falsehood, 1 Footnote: 1 Ezekiel 20:25, John 9:39, John 12:40,
Acts 7:42, Romans 1:24-28. 2 Thessalonians 2:12
in order that all should be judged who did not believe
the truth, but have delighted in the unrighteousness.
Remember
with me that faith without action is dead and likened to the body without the
spirit man in it. It is still faith but can produce NOTHING as the body will
return to the dirt from which it came and also produce NOTHING! (James 2:23)
And the Scripture was filled which says, “Abraham believed Elohim, and it was reckoned to him for
righteousness.” And he was called, “Elohim’s friend.” (James
2:24) You see, then, that a man
is declared right by works, and not by belief alone. (James
2:25) In the same way, was not
Raḥaḇ the whore also declared right by works when she received the messengers
and sent them out another way? (James 2:26) For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief
(faith trust) is dead
without the works. (We also believe
and therefore SPEAK!)
If we claim to be
of Yahshua and heir to His promises to Abraham, then we MUST and WILL walk like
Yahshua did.
(1
John 2:4) The one who says,
“I know Him,” and does not guard His commands, is a liar, and the truth is
not in him. (1 John 2:5) But whoever
guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has been perfected1 in
him. By this we know that we are in Him.2
Footnotes: 1 Genesis 17:1, Psalms 119:1, and
Matthew 5:48. 2 See 3:24. (1 John 2:6) The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to
walk, even as He walked.
Let’s not OUR
customs be worthless before Yahshua!
How important is fleeing worthless traditions? Yahshua
(Jesus) answers in our face so to speak- He never
went against His Father- that would make Him disobedient and a sinner- He is
the word, was the word, and will forever be the word- (Yes even at Mt Sinai) Let’s not be
those who worship in VAIN!
Transgressing
the traditions we inherited…
(Matthew 15:2)
“Why do your taught ones transgress the tradition of the
elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.” (Matthew 15:3)
But He answering said to them, “Why do you also
transgress the command of Elohim1 because of your tradition? Footnote: 1 See Matthew.
5:20. (Matthew 15:4) “Elohim has commanded, saying, ‘Respect your father and your
mother,’ and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’
(Matthew 15:5)
“But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or
mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me has been dedicated,” (Matthew 15:6)
is certainly released from respecting his father
or mother.’ So you have nullified the command of Elohim by your tradition. (Matthew 15:7)
“Hypocrites; Yeshayahu rightly prophesied about you, saying, (Matthew 15:8) ‘This people draw near to me with their mouth, and respect me
with their lips, but their heart is far from me. (Matthew 15:9) ‘But in VAIN do they worship me, teaching as teachings (Doctrines) the commands of
men.’ ” 1 Footnote: 1 Isaiah
29:13, Mark 7:7, 2 Kings 17:19.
(Comment: vain definition is useless,
worthless, pointless, barren, fruitless- of NO value for those who believe the
“LAW” is done away with consider this warning from Proverbs: (Proverbs 28:9) He who turns away his ear from
hearing the Torah (Law), Even his
prayer is an abomination 1. Footnote: 1 See also 15:29, Isaiah 59:1-2, John
9:31, 1 John 3:22.)
(This is written to us- the scattered sheep of
Israel that Yahshua came to restore; US- you and I who are bought by the blood
of the LAMB!)
(Jeremiah 16:19)
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, (Day of the Lord or Judgment Day at a future day most likely in our day
and very soon) the Gentiles (Scattered
sheep of Israel as you could not distinguish us from the pagans and heathen)
shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, surely our fathers have inherited lies,
vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
Here is a foundation Scripture that Yahshua never went
against- He NEVER disobeyed His Father- He only did what He saw His Father do
and spoke what His Father spoke. That’s what mankind seems to do- get religion
and start changing what He said; by adding to and taking away from what He
said- this would include adding holidays (holy set apart days) that He never
commanded and refusing to keep those holidays- set apart days- He does command!
(Deuteronomy 4:1)
“And now, O Yisra’ĕl, listen to the laws and the right-rulings which I
am teaching you to do, so that you live, and shall go in and possess the land
which יהוה Elohim of your
fathers is giving you. (Deuteronomy 4:2) “Do not add to the Word
which I command you, and do not take away from it1, so as to
guard the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I am
commanding you. Footnote: 1 See also
12:32, Prov. 30:6, Revelation. 22:18-19. (Deuteronomy
4:3) “Your eyes have seen what יהוה
did at Baʽal Peʽor, for יהוה your Elohim has
destroyed from your midst all the men who followed Baʽal Peʽor. (Deuteronomy 4:4)
“But you who are clinging to יהוה
your Elohim are alive today, every one of you. (Deuteronomy
4:5) “See, I have taught you laws
and right-rulings, as יהוה my Elohim commanded
me, to do thus in the land which you go to possess. (Deuteronomy
4:6) “And you shall guard and do
them, for this is your wisdom and your understanding before the eyes of the
peoples who hear all these laws, and they shall say; ‘Only a wise and
understanding people are this great nation!’ (Deuteronomy
4:7) “For what great nation is
there which has Elohim so near to it, as יהוה
our Elohim is to us, whenever we call on Him? (Deuteronomy
4:8) “And what great nation is
there that has such laws and righteous right-rulings like all this Torah which
I set before you this day? (Deuteronomy 4:9) “Only, guard yourself, and guard your life
diligently, lest you forget the Words your eyes have seen, and lest they turn
aside from your heart all the days of your life. And you shall make them known
to your children and your grandchildren.
Our tongue will direct our lives; IF we remain stubborn and not allow Him to control
us- it will lead us to our guaranteed destruction! If we submit to His commands
and words- we gain His SHALOM as He directs us, protects us, and provides for
us!
What are we speaking? What we speak will determine our
results of our efforts. We must plant good seeds with our words; and guard
against speaking the facts. Facts may seem true, but they are not the TRUTH if
they disagree with what YHWH has spoken about us and His promises to us! (2 Co 4:18)
We are not looking on what is seen,
but on what is not seen. For what is seen passes away (temporary-temporal), but what is not seen (the promise of Scripture you are standing upon and SPEAKING!) is everlasting.1 Footnote: 1 See
5:7, and Rom. 8:24, Heb. 11:1 & 13. This agrees with what Yahshua
says; that our words are spirit- if we agree with Him our words bring - if we
agree with the facts and continue to speak our woes and dilemmas- we establish
them against ourselves to hasatan’s glee!
(John 6:63) It is the spirit that
gives life; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I have spoken to you are
spirit, and life. (John 6:64) But there are some of
you that believe not. For Yahshua (Jesus)
knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who it was that
should betray him.
Framing our world by HIS
spoken word! Betrayal seems to be guaranteed…we must ONLY BELIEVE in Him and
His promise!
Truth Searcher; why are these times so
perilous? Because there is a return of the wickedness as in the Days of Noah;
which Yahshua promised would return prior to His arrival as Judge and King-
this wickedness is all around us- government, culture, lack of morals, etc.
This means that the great delusion promised is at the door: 2 Thessalonians 2:9 the coming of the lawless one
is according to the working of Satan, with all power and signs and wonders of
falsehood, 2 Thessalonians 2:10 and with all deceit of unrighteousness in those perishing, because they
did not receive the love of the truth, in order for them to be
saved. 2 Thessalonians 2:11 and for this
reason Elohim sends them a working of
delusion,
for them to believe the falsehood,
1 Footnote: 1 Ezekiel 20:25, John
9:39, John 12:40, Acts 7:42, Rom. 1:24-28. 2
Thessalonians 2:12 in order that all should be
judged who did not believe the truth, but have delighted in the
unrighteousness.
It seems to me that we should be seeking TRUTH more than
ever as there is great danger and risk ahead; if it were possible, for even the
elect (You and me who are “born again and
know it”) to fall away.
Shouldn’t
we be taking the time and effort to draw near now to our eternal King? What
does it profit a man to gain the whole world only to have his soul taken and
cast into hell’s flames for eternity?
NOTE:
the MANY and the FEW. If we take
a hundred men and /or women representing 100% - how many is many- would you
agree over 50%? That would allow 50% for the few- but that’s not likely. Could
it possibly be 70% for the many, which allows 30% for the few? That’s possible.
How about 90% for the many and 10% for the few?
We have decisions to consider that we are making or have made that may
not be wisdom for these days are more perilous than most of us are aware.
(Matthew 7:12)
“Therefore, whatever you wish men to do to you,
do also to them, for this is the Torah and the Prophets. (Matthew 7:13)
“Enter in through the narrow gate! Because the
gate is wide – and the way is broad – that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter in through it. (Matthew 7:14)
“Because the gate is narrow and the way is hard
pressed1 which leads to life, and there are few
who find it. Footnote: 1 Or the
way is afflicted.
(Luke 12:15)
And He said to them, “Mind, and beware of greed, because one’s life does not consist
in the excess of his possessions.” (Luke
12:16) He then spoke a parable to
them, saying, “The land of a certain rich man yielded
well. (Luke 12:17) “And he was reasoning
within himself, saying, ‘What shall I do, because I have no room to store my
crops?’ (Luke 12:18) “And he said, ‘I am
going to do this: pull down my storehouses and build greater, and store all my
crops and my goods there, (Luke 12:19) then say to myself, “Life, you have many goods laid up for
many years, take your ease, eat, drink, rejoice.” ’ (Luke 12:20) “But Elohim said to
him, ‘you mindless one! This night your life shall be demanded from you. And
who shall own what you have prepared?’ (Luke 12:21) “So is he who is storing up treasure for himself, and is not
rich toward Elohim.” (Luke 12:22) And He said to His
taught ones, “For this reason I say to you, do not worry about your life, what
you shall eat; or about the body, what you shall put on. (Luke 12:23) “The life is more than the food, and the body is more than the
clothing. (Luke 12:24) “Look at the
ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor
granary, and Elohim feeds them. How much more valuable are you than the birds? (Luke 12:25) “And which of you by worrying is able to add one cubit to his
life’s span? (Luke 12:26) “If then you are
unable to do the least, why do you worry about the rest? (Luke 12:27) “Look at the lilies, how they grow. They neither toil nor
spin, and I say to you, even Shelomoh in all his esteem was not dressed like one
of these. (Luke 12:28) “And if Elohim so
clothes the grass, which today exists in the field and tomorrow is thrown into
the furnace, how much more you, O you of little belief (faith-trust)? (Luke 12:29) “And do not seek what you shall eat or what you shall drink,
and do not keep worrying. (Luke 12:30) “For the gentiles of
the world seek all these, and your Father knows that you need these. (Luke 12:31) “But seek the reign (kingdom) of Elohim, and all these shall be
added to you. (Luke 12:32) “Do not fear, little
flock, because your Father did delight to give you the reign (kingdom).
(Luke 12:33)
“Sell your possessions and give in kindness.
Make yourselves purses which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no
thief does come near nor moth destroys. (Luke 12:34) “For where your
treasure is, there your heart shall be also.
(Mark 8:34)
And calling near the crowd with His taught ones, He said to them, “Whoever desires to come after me let him deny himself, and
take up his stake, and follow me. (Mark
8:35) “For
whoever desires to save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for
the sake of me and the Good News, he shall save it. (Mark 8:36) “For what shall it profit a man if he gains the entire
world, and loses his own life? (Mark 8:37) “Or what shall a
man give in exchange for his life? (Mark 8:38) “For whoever is ashamed of me and my words in
this adulterous and sinning generation, of him the Son of Aḏam also shall be ashamed when He comes in the esteem
of His Father with the set-apart messengers (Angels).”
Perhaps
it is time to CONSIDER our treasures loved ones, perhaps we should consider
what VAIN things and goals and
passions we may have inherited.
(Jeremiah 16:19)
O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, (Day of the Lord or Judgment Day at a future day most likely in our day
and very soon) the Gentiles (Scattered
sheep of Israel as you could not distinguish us from the pagans and heathen
because we kept all the pagan feasts and just renamed them to say we are now
glorifying our Elohim with them) shall come unto thee from the ends of the
earth, and shall say, surely our fathers
have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no
profit.
Some of us have believed that going forward
once in a prayer line and “accepting Jesus” is our ticket into eternity. Not likely- we are expected to grow up and
walk by belief and faith or else why would Yahshua (Jesus) say we are required to OVERCOME:
(Revelation 3:2) “Wake
up, and strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have not found your
works complete before Elohim. (Revelation 3:3) “Remember, then, how
you have received, and heard. And watch and repent. If, then, you do not
wake up, I shall come upon you as a thief, and you shall not know at all what
hour I come upon you. (Revelation 3:4) Nevertheless, you
have a few names in Sardis who have not defiled their garments. And they shall
walk with me in white, because they are worthy. (Revelation
3:5) “He who overcomes shall be dressed in
white robes, and I shall by no means blot out his name from the Book of Life,
but I shall confess his name before My Father and before His messengers (Angels). Further we are
required to overcome by the blood of the Lamb AND the word of our testimonies. (What we speak and DO!) Further we are
required to ENDURE TO THE END! (Mark 13:12) “And brother shall
deliver up brother to death and a father his child. And children shall rise up
against parents and shall put them to death. (Mark
13:13) “And
you shall be hated by all because of My Name. But he who
shall have endured to the end, he shall be saved.1 Footnote: 1
Matthew 10:22, Matthew 24:13. (Mark
13:14) “And
when you see the ‘abomination that lays waste,’1
spoken of by Dani’ĕl the prophet, set up where it
should not be” – he who reads, let him understand – “then let those who are in
Yehuḏah flee to the
mountains. Footnote:
1 See Abomination that lays waste in Explanatory Notes. (Mark 13:15) “And he, who is on the house-top, let him not go down into
the house, nor come in to take whatever out of his house. (Mark 13:16) “And he who is in the field, let him not go back to get his
cloak. (Mark 13:17, “And woe to those who are pregnant and to those nursing
children in those days! (Mark 13:18) “And pray that your
flight does not take place in winter. (Mark
13:19) “For
in those days there shall be distress, such as has not been from the beginning
of creation which Elohim created until this time, nor ever shall be. (Mark 13:20) “And if the Master had not shortened those days, no flesh
would have been saved; but because of the chosen ones, whom He chose, He
shortened the days. (Mark 13:21) “If anyone then says
to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ do not believe it.
Psalm
119:89 LAMED. Forever, O LORD, thy word is
settled in heaven.
No one is arguing with YHWH in Heaven, the thing we (you and I) must enforce is His word by speaking agreement with His
promises in the earth; where hasatan is ruling the masses. We must focus our attention on Him and His promises- not
on the facts we may be experiencing. He has destroyed the works of hell and
therefore we can overcome the plans of hell!
(Luke 21:10)
Then He said to them, “Nation (race-ethnos) shall rise against nation
(race-ethnos), and reign against
reign. (Luke 21:11) “And there shall be
great earthquakes in various places, and scarcities of food and deadly
diseases. And there shall be horrors, and great signs from heaven. (Luke 21:12) “But before all this, they shall lay their hands on
you and persecute you, delivering you up to the congregations and
prisons, and be brought before sovereigns and rulers for My Name’s sake.
(Luke 21:13)
“And it shall turn out to you for a witness. (Luke 21:14) “Therefore,
resolve in your hearts not to premeditate on what to answer. (Luke 21:15) “I shall give you a
mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries shall not be able to refute or
resist. (Luke 21:16) “And you shall also be betrayed by parents and brothers and relatives
and friends. And some of you shall be put to death. (Luke 21:17) “And you shall be hated by all because of My Name. (Luke 21:18) “But not a hair
of your head shall be lost at all. (Luke
21:19) “Possess your lives by your endurance!
(Luke 21:20)
“And when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by
armies, and then know that it’s lying waste is near. (Luke 21:21) “Then let those in Yehuḏah flee to the mountains, and let those who are in the midst of her
go out, and let not those who are in the fields enter her. (This
“fleeing” is likely because of the cleansing of the land 2/3 will be cut off
and die and the women ravished-raped- this is probably in reference to
Zechariah war): (Zechariah 14:2) and I shall gather all the
gentiles to battle against Yerushalayim 1.
And the city shall be taken, the houses plundered, and the women ravished. Half
of the city shall go into exile, but the remnant of the people shall not be cut
off from the city. Footnote: 1 Joel 3:2,
Zephaniah 3:8, and Revelation. 16:14. (Zechariah
14:3) And יהוה shall go
forth, and He shall fight against those gentiles, as He fights in the day of
battle.
Let’s memorize
some Scriptures and speak them over ourselves and our loved ones! I encourage
you to do that as now is the time--- We need His Shalom (Peace) NOW! FEAR NOT!
You may ask why we are on a different
schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox. For me it is
about restoration of all things- which sometimes means walking alone. I start
over annually when YHWH’s year starts over; this is not to say that I am
correct and others are wrong at all, I just happen to believe we will never
challenge our older brother Judah by following his traditions. I expect he will
only be moved by our obedience to YHWH’S Torah (Words of Scripture) and seeing
YHWH’s signs and wonders that follow our obedience- as this week’s Torah
portion clearly portrays! HalleluYAH!
Here are this week’s Torah Scriptures: Balak
Numbers 22:2-25:9; Micah 5:6-6:8; 2 Peter 2:9-19;
1 Cor 1:20-31
False
Prophets (not sent by YHWH) are usually for Profit! (None
can curse what YHWH blesses; nor can one bless what YHWH has cursed
(Gen 12:1) and יהוה said to
Aḇram, “Go yourself out of your land, from your relatives and from your
father’s house, to a land which I show you. (Gen 12:2) “And I shall make you a great nation, and
bless you and make your name great, and you shall be a blessing! (Gen 12:3) “And I shall bless those who bless you, and
curse him who curses you. And in you all the clans of the earth shall be
blessed.” Additionally, even if these
disobedient prophets do curse it shall not land or have power to stay: (Pro
26:2)
Like a sparrow in its flitting, like a
swallow in its flying, so a curse
without cause does not alight.
(Numbers 22:2) And Balaq son of Tsippor saw all that
Yisra’ĕl had done to the Amorites. (Numbers 22:3) And Mo’aḇ
was exceedingly afraid of the people because they were many, and Mo’aḇ was in
dread because of the children of Yisra’ĕl. (Numbers
22:4) And Mo’aḇ said to the
elders of Miḏyan, “Now this company is licking up all that is around us, as an
ox licks up the grass of the field.” Now Balaq son of Tsippor was sovereign of
the Mo’aḇites at that time, (Numbers 22:5) and he sent messengers to Bilʽam son of
Beʽor at Pethor, which is near the River in the land of the sons of his
people, to call him, saying, “See, a people has come from Mitsrayim. See, they
have covered the surface of the land, and are settling next to me! (Numbers 22:6)
“And now, please come at once, curse this people for me, for they
are too strong for me. It might be that I smite them and drive them out of the
land, for I know that he whom you bless is blessed, and he whom you curse is
cursed.” (Numbers 22:7) And the elders of Mo’aḇ and the elders of
Miḏyan left with the fees for divination in their hand, and they came
to Bilʽam and spoke the words of Balaq to him. (Numbers
22:8) And he said to them, “Spend
the night here and I shall bring back word to you, as יהוה speaks to me.”
So the heads of Mo’aḇ stayed with Bilʽam. (Numbers
22:9) And Elohim came to Bilʽam
and said, “Who are these men with you?” (Numbers
22:10) And Bilʽam said to Elohim,
“Balaq, son of Tsippor, sovereign of Mo’aḇ, has sent to me, saying, (Numbers 22:11) ‘See, a people has come out of
Mitsrayim and cover the surface of the land. Come now, curse them for me. It
might be that I am able to fight against them and drive them out.’ ” (Numbers 22:12) And Elohim said to Bilʽam, “Do not go with them. You do not
curse the people, for they are blessed.” (Numbers
22:13) And Bilʽam rose in the
morning and said to the heads of Balaq, “Go back to your land, for יהוה has refused to allow me to go with you.” (Numbers 22:14)
And the heads of Mo’aḇ arose and went to Balaq, and said, “Bilʽam
refuses to come with us.”
The
wicked demand their way! (But if we walk righteously- it cannot land!)
(Numbers 22:15) Then Balaq again
sent heads, more numerous and more esteemed than they. Numbers
22:16) And they came to Bilʽam and said to him, “This is what Balaq son
of Tsippor said: ‘Do not be withheld from coming to me, please, (Numbers 22:17) for I esteem you very greatly, and
whatever you say to me, I do. Therefore please come, curse this people for
me.’ ” (Numbers 22:18) And Bilʽam answered and said to the servants
of Balaq, “Though Balaq were to give me his house filled with silver and gold,
I am unable to go beyond the word of יהוה
my Elohim, to do less or more. (Numbers 22:19) “And now, please, you also stay here tonight,
and let me find out what more יהוה says to me.” (Numbers 22:20)
And Elohim came to Bilʽam at night and said to him, “If the men come to
call you, rise and go with them, but only the word which I speak to you that
you do.” (Numbers 22:21) And Bilʽam rose in the morning and saddled
his donkey, and went with the heads of Mo’aḇ.
Those
who oppose YHWH might find themselves speaking donkey talk!
(Numbers 22:22) But the
displeasure of Elohim burned because he went, and the Messenger (Angel) of יהוה stationed Himself in the way as an
adversary against him. And he was riding on his donkey, and his two servants
were with him. (Numbers 22:23) And the donkey saw the Messenger (Angel) of יהוה standing in the way with His drawn sword
in His hand, and the donkey turned aside out of the way and went into the
field. So Bilʽam beat the donkey to turn her back onto the way. (Numbers 22:24)
Then the Messenger of יהוה stood in a narrow
passage between the vineyards, with a wall on this side and a wall on that
side. (Numbers 22:25) And when the donkey saw the Messenger of יהוה, she pushed herself against the wall and
crushed Bilʽam’s foot against the wall, so he beat her again. (Numbers 22:26)
And the Messenger of יהוה went further, and
stood in a narrow place where there was no way to turn aside, right or left. (Numbers 22:27)
And when the donkey saw the Messenger of יהוה,
she lay down under Bilʽam. So Bilʽam’s displeasure burned, and he beat the
donkey with his staff. (Numbers 22:28) Then יהוה opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Bilʽam, “What
have I done to you, that you have beaten me these three times?” (Numbers 22:29)
And Bilʽam said to the donkey, “Because you have mocked me. I wish
there were a sword in my hand, for I would have killed you by now!” (Numbers 22:30)
And the donkey said to Bilʽam, “Am I not your donkey on which you have
ridden, ever since I became yours, to this day? Was I ever known to do so to
you?” And he said, “No.” (Numbers 22:31) Then יהוה
opened Bilʽam’s eyes, and he saw the Messenger of יהוה
standing in the way with His drawn sword in His hand. And he bowed his head and
fell on his face.
Beating your donkey
(Numbers 22:32) And the Messenger
of יהוה said to him, “Why have you beaten your
donkey these three times? See, I have come out to stand against you, because
your way is reckless before me. (Numbers 22:33) “And the donkey saw me and turned aside from
Me these three times. If she had not turned aside from Me, I certainly would
have killed you by now, and let her live.” (Numbers
22:34) And Bilʽam said to the
Messenger of יהוה, “I have sinned, for
I did not know you stood in the way against me. And now, if evil is in Your
eyes, let me turn back.” (Numbers 22:35) And the Messenger of יהוה
said to Bilʽam, “Go with the men, but only the word that I speak to you, that
you speak.” Bilʽam then went with the heads of Balaq. (Numbers
22:36) And when Balaq heard that
Bilʽam was coming, he went out to meet him at the city of Mo’aḇ, which is on
the border at the Arnon, which was in the extremity of the border. (Numbers 22:37)
And Balaq said to Bilʽam, “Did I not urgently send to you, calling for
you? Why did you not come to me? Am I not able to esteem you?” (Numbers 22:38)
And Bilʽam said to Balaq, “See, I have come to you! Now, am I at all
able to say somewhat? Only the word Elohim puts in my mouth is what I speak.” (Numbers 22:39)
And Bilʽam went with Balaq, and they came to Qiryath Ḥutsoth. (Numbers 22:40)
And Balaq slaughtered cattle and sheep, and he sent some to Bilʽam and
to the heads who were with him. (Numbers 22:41) And it came to be the next day that Balaq
took Bilʽam and brought him up to the high places of Baʽal, and from there he
saw the extremity of the camp. (Numbers 23:1) And Bilʽam
said to Balaq, “Build seven altars for me here, and prepare seven bulls and
seven rams for me here.” (Numbers 23:2) And Balaq did as Bilʽam had spoken, and Balaq
and Bilʽam offered a bull and a ram on each altar. (Numbers
23:3) Bilʽam then said to Balaq,
“Stand by your burnt offering, and let me go on. It might be that יהוה does come to
meet me, and whatever He shows me I shall declare to you.” And he went to a
bare height. (Numbers 23:4) And Elohim came to Bilʽam, and he said to
Him, “I have prepared the seven altars, and I have offered on each altar a bull
and a ram.” (Numbers 23:5) And יהוה
put a word in the mouth of Bilʽam, and said, “Return to Balaq, and this is what
you say.” (Numbers 23:6) And he returned to him and saw him standing
by his burnt offering, he and all the heads of Mo’aḇ. (Numbers
23:7) And he took up his proverb
and said, “Balaq the sovereign of Mo’aḇ has brought me from Aram, from the
mountains of the east. ‘Come, curse Yaʽaqoḇ for me, and come, rage at
Yisra’ĕl!’
Great
question for all today! Maybe our governments should watch and learn!
What He has blessed no man can curse as He will perform
it! He does NOT lie!
(Numbers 23:8) “How do I curse whom Ěl has not cursed?
And how do I rage at whom יהוה has not raged? (Numbers 23:9)
“For from the top of the rocks I see him, and from the hills I observe
him. Look, a people dwelling alone, not reckoning it among the nations. (Numbers 23:10)
“Who shall count the dust of Yaʽaqoḇ, and the number of one-fourth of
Yisra’ĕl? Let me die the death of the upright, and let my end be like his!” (Numbers 23:11)
And Balaq said to Bilʽam, “What have you done to me? I took you to curse
my enemies, and look, you have kept on blessing!” (Numbers
23:12) And he answered and said,
“Should I not take heed to speak what יהוה
has put in my mouth?”
These
One World Governments are slow to understand….they are hell bent and directed
(Numbers 23:13) And Balaq said to
him, “Please come with me to another place from where you see them. You only
see the extremity but not all of them. Curse them for me from there.” (Numbers 23:14)
And he took him to the field of Tsophim, to the top of Pisgah, and built
seven altars, and offered a bull and a ram on each altar. (Numbers 23:15)
And he said to Balaq, “Stand here by your burnt offering while I meet
over there.” (Numbers 23:16) And יהוה
came to Bilʽam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, “Go back to Balaq, and
say this.” (Numbers 23:17) So he went to him and saw him standing by his
burnt offering, and the heads of Mo’aḇ with him. And Balaq asked him, “What
did יהוה say?” (Numbers
23:18) And he took up his proverb
and said, “Rise up, Balaq, and hear! Listen to me, son of Tsippor! (Numbers 23:19)
“Ěl is not a man, to lie; nor a son of
man, to repent! Has He said, and would He not do it; or spoken, and would not
confirm it? (Numbers 23:20) “See, I have received, to bless. And He has
blessed, and I do not reverse it. (Numbers 23:21) “He has not looked upon wickedness in
Yaʽaqoḇ, nor has He seen trouble in Yisra’ĕl. יהוה
his Elohim is with him, and the shout of a Sovereign is in him. (Numbers 23:22)
“Ěl who brought them out of Mitsrayim, is for them like the horns of a
wild ox. (Numbers 23:23) “There is no sorcery against Yaʽaqoḇ, nor is
there any divination against Yisra’ĕl. Now it is said to Yaʽaqoḇ and to
Yisra’ĕl, ‘What has Ěl done!’ (Numbers 23:24) “Look a people rises like a lioness, and
lifts itself up like a lion; it lies not down until it devours the prey, and
drinks the blood of the slain.” (Numbers 23:25) And Balaq said to Bilʽam, “Do not curse them
at all, nor bless them at all!” (Numbers 23:26) And Bilʽam answered and said to Balaq, “Have
I not spoken to you, saying, ‘All that יהוה
speaks, that I do’?” (Numbers 23:27) And Balaq said to Bilʽam, “Please come, let
me take you to another place. It might be right in the eyes of Elohim that you
curse them for me from there.” (Numbers 23:28) And Balaq took Bilʽam to the top of Peʽor
that overlooks the wasteland. (Numbers 23:29) And Bilʽam said to Balaq, “Build seven alters
for me here, and prepare seven bulls and seven rams for me here.” (Numbers 23:30)
And Balaq did as Bilʽam had said, and offered a bull and a ram on each
altar.
Note
what happens to Muslim brotherhood! Even false Prophets may repent and prophesy
truth!
(Numbers 24:1) And when Bilʽam
saw that it pleased יהוה to bless Yisra’ĕl, he did not go as at other times, to seek to
use sorcery, but he set his face toward the wilderness. (Numbers 24:2) And Bilʽam
lifted up his eyes and saw Yisra’ĕl encamped according to their tribes. And
the Spirit of Elohim came upon him. (Numbers 24:3) And he took up his proverb and said, “The
sayings of Bilʽam, son of Beʽor, and the saying of the man whose eyes are
opened, (Numbers 24:4) the sayings of him
who hears the words of Ěl, who sees the vision of the Almighty, who falls down,
with eyes opened wide: (Numbers 24:5) “How good are your tents, O Yaʽaqoḇ, your dwellings, O Yisra’ĕl!
(Numbers 24:6)
“Like wadis that stretch out, like gardens by a river, like aloes
planted by יהוה, like cedars beside waters. (Numbers 24:7)
“He makes water flow from his buckets, and his seed is in many waters.
His sovereign is higher than Aḡaḡ, and his reign is exalted. (Numbers 24:8)
“Ěl who brought him out of Mitsrayim is for them like the horns of a
wild ox; he devours nations, his enemies; and he breaks their bones, and with
his arrows he smites. (Numbers 24:9) “He bowed down; he lay down like a lion. And,
like a lion, who would rouse him? Blessed is he who blesses you, and cursed is he who curses you.”
(Numbers 24:10)
Then the displeasure of Balaq burned against Bilʽam, and he struck his
hands together. Balaq then said to Bilʽam, “I summoned you to curse my enemies,
and see; you have kept on blessing, these three times! (Numbers
24:11) “And now flee to your
place. I said I would greatly esteem you, and see, יהוה
has kept you back from esteem.” (Numbers 24:12) And Bilʽam said to Balaq, “Did I not also
speak to your messengers whom you sent to me, saying, (Numbers
24:13) ‘If Balaq should give me
his house filled with silver and gold, I am unable to go beyond the word of יהוה, to do either good or evil of my own
heart. What יהוה speaks, that I
speak’? (Numbers 24:14) “And now, see, I am going to my people. Come;
let me advise you what this people are going to do to your people in the latter
days.” (Numbers 24:15) And he took up his proverb and said, “The
sayings of Bilʽam, son of Beʽor, and the saying of the man whose eyes are
opened, (Numbers 24:16) the sayings of him who hears the words of Ěl,
and knows the knowledge of the Most High, who sees the vision of the Almighty,
who falls down, with eyes opened wide: (Numbers 24:17) “I see Him, but not now; I observe Him, but
not near. A Star shall come out of
Yaʽaqoḇ, and a Scepter shall rise out of Yisra’ĕl, and shall smite the corners
of Mo’aḇ, and shall destroy all the sons of Shĕth. (Numbers
24:18) “(Numbers 24:19) “And out of
Yaʽaqoḇ one shall rule
And Eḏom shall be a possession; and
Sĕʽir shall be a possession – enemies – and Yisra’ĕl is doing mightily.
And destroy the remnant from Ar.” (Numbers 24:20)
He then looked on Amalĕq, and he
took up his proverb and said, “Amalĕq was first among the nations, but his
latter end is to perish forever.” (Numbers
24:21) He then looked on the
Qĕynites, and he took up his proverb and said, “Firm is your dwelling place,
and your nest is set in the rock, (Numbers 24:22)
but Qayin is to be burned. Till when does
Asshur keep you captive?” (Numbers 24:23) And he took up his proverb and said, “Oh, who
does live when Ěl does this? (Numbers 24:24) And ships shall come from the coast of
Kittim, and they shall afflict Asshur and afflict Ěḇer, and so shall Amalĕq and he also perish.” (Numbers 24:25) And Bilʽam
arose and left, and returned to his place. And Balaq also went his way.
Harlotry
(Numbers 25:1) And Yisra’ĕl dwelt in Shittim, and the people
began to whore with the daughters of Mo’aḇ,
(Numbers 25:2) and they invited the people to
the slaughtering of their mighty ones, and the people ate and bowed down to
their mighty ones. (Numbers 25:3) Thus Yisra’ĕl was joined to Baʽal Peʽor, and the displeasure
of יהוה burned against Yisra’ĕl. (Numbers 25:4) And יהוה
said to Mosheh, “Take all the leaders of the people and hang them up before יהוה, before the sun, so that the burning
displeasure of יהוה turns away from
Yisra’ĕl.” (Numbers 25:5) And Mosheh said to the judges of Yisra’ĕl, “Each
one of you slay his men who were joined to Baʽal Peʽor.” (Numbers 25:6)
And see, one of the children of Yisra’ĕl came and brought to his
brothers a Miḏyanite woman before the eyes of Mosheh and before the eyes of
all the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl, who were weeping at the door
of the Tent of Meeting. (Numbers 25:7) And when Pineḥas, son of Elʽazar, son of
Aharon the priest, saw it, he rose up from among the congregation and took a
spear in his hand, (Numbers 25:8) and he went after the man of Yisra’ĕl into the tent and thrust both of
them through, the man of Yisra’ĕl, and the woman through her belly. Thus
the plague among the children of Yisra’ĕl came to a stop. (Numbers 25:9)
And those who died
in the plague were twenty-four thousand.
There
are wages (payments) for unrighteousness!
(2Pe 2:9) then יהוה knows how to
rescue the reverent ones from trial and to keep the unrighteous unto the day of
judgment, to be punished, (2Pe 2:10) and most of all those walking after the flesh
in filthy lust and despising authority – bold, headstrong, speaking evil of esteemed
ones. (2Pe 2:11) Whereas messengers (angels)
who are greater in strength and power; do not bring a slanderous accusation
against them before the Master. (2Pe 2:12) But these, like natural unreasoning beasts,
having been born to be caught and destroyed, blaspheme that, which they do not
know, shall be destroyed in their destruction, (2Pe
2:13) being about to receive the wages of unrighteousness, deeming
indulgence in the day of pleasure, spots and blemishes, reveling in their own
deceptions while they feast with you, (2Pe 2:14) having eyes filled with an adulteress, and
unable to cease from sin, enticing unstable beings, having a heart trained in
greed, children of a curse, (2Pe 2:15) having left the right way they went astray, having followed the way of Bilʽam the
son of Beʽor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness, (2Pe 2:16) but
he was rebuked for his transgression: a dumb donkey speaking with the voice of
a man restrained the madness of the prophet. (2Pe
2:17) These are fountains without
water, clouds driven by a storm, to which the blackest darkness is kept
forever. (2Pe 2:18) For speaking arrogant nonsense, they entice –
through the lusts of the flesh, through indecencies – the ones who have indeed
escaped from those living in delusion, (2Pe 2:19) promising them freedom, though themselves
being slaves of corruption – for one is a slave to whatever overcomes him.
Scattered
Tribes of Israel!
(Micah 5:6) And they shall shepherd the land of Ashshur
with the sword, and the land of Nimroḏ
at its entrances. And He shall deliver us from Ashshur, when he comes into our
land and when he treads within our borders. (Micah
5:7) And the remnant of
Yaʽaqoḇ shall be in the midst of many peoples, as dew from יהוה, as showers on
the grass, which do not wait for man nor delay for the sons of men. (Micah 5:8)
And the remnant of Yaʽaqoḇ shall be among the gentiles, in the midst of
many peoples, like a lion among the beasts of a forest, like a young lion among
flocks of sheep, who, if he passes through, shall both tread down and shall
tear, and there is no one to deliver. (Micah 5:9) Let your hand be lifted up against your
adversaries, and all your enemies be cut off. (Micah 5:10) “And it shall be in that day,” declares יהוה, “that I shall cut off your horses out of
your midst, and I shall destroy your chariots. (Micah

cities of your land, and I shall pull down all your strongholds. (Micah 5:12)

magicians. (Micah 5:13) “And I shall cut off your carved images, and
your pillars from your midst, so that you no longer bow down to the work of
your hands. (Micah 5:14) “And I shall pluck your Ashĕrim out of your
midst, and I shall destroy your cities. (Micah 5:15) “And I shall take vengeance in wrath and rage
on the gentiles who did not obey.” (Micah 6:1) Hear now what יהוה is saying, “Arise, strive with the
mountains, and let the hills hear your voice. (Micah
6:2) “Hear, O you mountains, the
controversy of יהוה, and you everlasting
foundations of the earth! יהוה has a controversy with His people and He shall reprove

have I wearied you? Answer me, (Micah 6:4) for
I brought you up from the land of Mitsrayim, and I ransomed you from the house
of bondage. And I sent Mosheh, Aharon, and Miryam before you. (Micah 6:5)
“My people, remember, please, what Balaq sovereign of Mo’aḇ counseled,
and what Bilʽam son of Beʽor answered him, from Shittim to Gilgal, in order to
know the righteousness of יהוה.” (Micah 6:6)
With what shall I come before יהוה,
bow myself before the high Elohim? Shall I come before Him with burnt
offerings, with calves a year old? (Micah 6:7) Is יהוה
pleased with thousands of rams or ten thousand rivers of oil? Shall I give my
first-born for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my being? (Micah 6:8) He
has declared to you, O man, what is good. And what does יהוה
require of you but to do right, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with
your Elohim?
Our

Not many are wealthy and wise according
to the esteem of this world.
(1 Corinthians 1:20) Where is the wise? Where is the scholar?
Where is the debater of this age? Has not Elohim made foolish the wisdom of
this world? (1 Corinthians 1:21) Since, in the wisdom of Elohim, the world
through wisdom did not know Elohim, it pleased Elohim through the foolishness
of preaching to save those who believe. (1 Corinthians
1:22) And since Yehuḏim ask a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom, (1 Corinthians 1:23) yet we proclaim Messiah impaled,
to the Yehuḏim a stumbling-block and to the Greeks foolishness, (1 Corinthians 1:24) but to those who are called –
both Yehuḏim and Greeks – Messiah the power of Elohim and the wisdom of
Elohim. (1 Corinthians 1:25) The foolishness of Elohim is wiser than men,
and the weakness of Elohim is stronger than men. (1
Corinthians 1:26) For look at
your calling, brothers, that there were not many wise according to the flesh,
not many mighty, not many noble. (1 Corinthians 1:27) But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters
of the world to put to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the
world to put to shame the strong. (1 Corinthians 1:28) And Elohim has chosen the low-born of the
world and the despised, and the ones that are not, that He might bring to
naught the ones that are, (1 Corinthians 1:29)
so that no flesh should boast in His presence. (1
Corinthians 1:30) And of Him you
are in Messiah יהושע, who became for us wisdom from Elohim, righteousness also, and
set-apartness and redemption, (1 Corinthians 1:31)
that, as it has been written, “He who boasts, let him boast in יהוה.”
Here‘s
our wakeup call and my prayer for you Loved One!
Let’s remember to praise Him as we
incline our hearts to Him, observe His Festivals (Starting with His Sabbath!)
and walk in His ways! “When Your people Yisra’ĕl are
smitten before an enemy, because they have sinned against you, and they shall
turn back to you and confess your Name, and pray and make supplication to you
in this House, (1Ki 8:34) then hear in the
heavens, and forgive the sin of Your people Yisra’ĕl, and bring them
back to the land which You gave to their fathers. (1Ki
8:35) “When the heavens are shut
up and there is no rain because they sin against you, when they pray toward
this place and confess your Name, and turn from their sin because you afflict
them, (1Ki 8:36) then hear in the heavens, and forgive the sin
of your servants, your people Yisra’ĕl – for you teach them the good way in
which they should walk – and shall give rain on your land which you have given
to your people as an inheritance. (1Ki 8:37) “When there is scarcity of food in the land;
when there is pestilence, blight, mildew, locusts, grasshoppers; when their
enemy distresses them in the land of their cities; any plague, any sickness, (1Ki 8:38)
whatever prayer, whatever supplication made by anyone of all Your people Yisra’ĕl, each knowing the
plague of his own heart, and shall spread out his hands toward this House, (1Ki 8:39)
then hear in the heavens, Your dwelling place, and forgive, and act, and
render unto everyone according to all his ways, whose heart You know. This is great news since these events are
approaching just now; we can repent and be forgiven and restored each man
individually! May YHWH bless and direct you Loved One!
I pray that
we walk in new life resolutions and revelation of who we are in Messiah Yahshua-who
dwells in us; in all manner of kindness and offer a blessing for a curse, and
pray for those that do all manner of evil against us- this is pleasing to the
Father- that we produce much fruit that remains! Also; that we speak agreement
with His promises in spite of the obvious facts. - I pray also that YOU PRAY
AGREEMENT with us that we; you and us- are made worthy to escape and endure
and STAND at His appearing- unashamed! That we each become the manifested sons
and daughters of Elohim- THIS YEAR IS OUR TEST LOVED ONE! Thanks again
for taking a moment to pray for us; first that we gain His wisdom; and afterwards that
He directs our footsteps and empowers us to produce fruit that remains which
glorifies our Father in Heaven! I know this prayer action will be immediately
returned to you- some 30, some 60, and some 100 fold!
Shalom to your
home loved one,
Thurston

explanation of the Torah Cycle restart at beginning of months (Biblically)… It is about YHWH restoring all things which sometimes means we are
walking alone. I start over annually when YHWH’s year starts over; this is not
to say that I am correct and others are wrong, I just happen to believe we will
never challenge our older brother Judah by following his traditions. I expect
Judah will be moved by our obedience to His Torah (Words of Scripture) and
seeing YHWH’s signs and wonders following our obedience- Does the statement above
mean we are not to grab the tzitzit of Yehuda and take hold and learn from
them? Of course not, we
absolutely should learn of them and from them- just not ingest and keep that
which is traditions that go against His words! Especially since we are the ten (Ten scattered northern
tribes scattered for Easter and sun god day worship which parallels closely as
a pig slop eating prodigal brother)
Let’s look; (Zechariah 8:22) ‘And many peoples and strong
nations shall come to seek יהוה of hosts in
Yerushalayim, and to pray before יהוה.’
(Zechariah 8:23) “Thus said יהוה
of hosts, ‘In those days (Now? YES
and in the future also!) Ten men
(10 scattered northern tribes called
Ephraim and Israel) from all languages of the nations take hold, yea, they shall take hold of the edge of the
garment of a man, a Yehuḏite 1,
saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” ’ ” Footnote: 1 John 4:22.
