Torah Studies with translations, please share our studies as YHWH is restoring
all to Himself- Mighty is YHWH whose
mercy endures forever as He alone is restoring all things! We don’t have to
remain the “dry bones” spoken by Ezekiel- we can live!
I
feel led to start with this Scripture reminder for us all again as much
wickedness, misinformation (lies) and schemes of hasatan and his “mighty men”; (who
will soon become a feast for the birds) is perpetuated by the ruling elite’s
controlled media. We will need (In my opinion) to humble ourselves and yield our
spirits, souls, and bodies—and our tongues to get every weapon of warfare that
Yahshua paid for us to have- in the war we find ourselves in- many don’t think
they need His supernatural gifts and power; but from my perspective: Those who
don’t seek Him with all their hearts are still loved and in the Kingdom---but
their testimony and destiny will be cut short…of what was planned for us…before
the foundations of the earth were formed! I have attached a short summary of
why I am convinced that playing church or social Christianity will be greatly
deceived in the days ahead. We MUST seek Him with all our hearts while there is
still day.
(Pro 3:5) Trust
in יהוה with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; (Pro 3:6) know (trust)
Him in all your ways, And He makes all your paths straight. (Pro 3:7) Do
not be wise in your own eyes 1; Fear יהוה and turn away from evil 2.

Before this study is complete we
will learn how to ONLY BELIEVE YHWH; which brings forth His anointing and heals
broken hearts, sets at liberty those that are bruised and sets captives free. “ONLY BELIEVING” brings the miraculous
results of the Kingdom of Heaven! We
need not speak the “facts”; but instead speak the desired results- the “TRUTH”!
Remember with me the daughter of the priest who was seeking Yahshua for his
daughter’s healing and was interrupted by others with just the opposite of his
hope and prayer—“she is dead!” That was facts…but what did Yahshua do? He
immediately spoke’ “ONLY BELIEVE!” He was interrupting the next natural
communication of sorrow, pain, and the words of failure and defeat that satan
had won. What we speak will determine our results- IF we really serve a
miraculous Elohim who is only bound by our tongues’ agreement that proves we
believe His word and not the facts- nothing is impossible to him who believes.
That’s the scripture…the truth…whether we agree with it or not—it is
ESTABLISHED in heaven, and we get to agree with it on the earth—or not!
Our goal today is to enter into
that realm of personal victory- where no fear or anxiety can stay near us. We
become a River of Life usable by the Master- headed downstream to release
others from affliction, bondage, and pain. Here is a caution for you Loved
One. Just because you believe does
not make others agree with you. You and I are only in charge of ourselves and
our vertical obedience to our King. We are not in charge of forcing others by
our prayers horizontally. We have no authority over others or “forcing” others and
whether they believe or not. What I believe we MUST do however is pray the Lord
of the Harvest to send forth workers into His harvest. We can give it over to
our King and BELIEVE He heard us, that it is His will that none perish, that He
heard our prayer and then absolutely know we have the thing asked for…whether
we see it yet or not! We can teach them, fast and pray for them, and if they
are our children we are commanded to train them day and night in YHWH’s Torah-
Instructions, the Word of YHWH. That does not necessarily mean they have to
obey the way we want to see them obey so we can be at peace and release it or
surrender it to Yahweh. We KNOW we have the thing we asked for- His promise is
true and is not based on what we “see”! What would we continually do if we
really believed our prayers were answered and given over to the Father for His
doing? We would dance and five thanks and praises! We must learn to trust and
walk by that faith that He is well able to do what He promised. Without our
standing, having done all, standing and believing His promise in trust or
faith; it is impossible- get that- impossible to please our Creator Yahweh!
Let’s go back and consider- if they had to obey what we speak and believe about
them, that would be WITCHCRAFT, which YHWH hates. Our Creator by His Ruach will
guide them into all truth---not force them. We know that Yahweh has the power
to direct them, teach them and deliver them- as long as we Speak His words of
promise and stand! Sha’ul (Paul) stated: I believed- therefore I spoke. We too
must establish what we believe about a matter by speaking…not the facts- but
the truth of His promise! When the fiery storm comes and the stormy winds blow,
what remains is what is real and true and rooted in Him; we may find ourselves
quite alone EXCEPT FOR HIM- HALLELU-YAH! Remember this- if you see the opposite
of your prayers being answered- you are on the right track- stand anyway and
speak His truth about the matter! Remember- satan (I refuse to capitalize his name) will come and try to overwhelm us
with “facts” and what is seen- to change what we speak about the matter- he
wants to steal our seed (The word
of promise which we speak) which has the power to produce what Yahweh sent
it for! My point is, we can pray and believe and the gates of hell will not
prevail against us who agree with His WORD. (We can command the gates of hell to open as we have all authority of
our Master Yahshua transmitted to us in Luke 10:19- (Luke 10:18) and he said to them, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. (Luke 10:19) Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents
and scorpions (representing
the demonic realm), and over all the power of the
enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.”
Once by our standing and believing; we get them free to
make a decision, they get to choose with their own free will, but remember that
no one wants or “wills” to go to hell- some are blinded by the god of this
world. They get the results of those choices. However not everyone has a free
will, some of been taken captive to do his (hasatan’s)
will. Yahshua told me that one time- that not all have a free will! That was
against everything I believed at the time but it is Scripture; because I found
where He was quoting Scripture- verbatim! Some are taken captive by the devil
and if captive, do not have their own will. Some are taken captive by their
transgressions (SIN) and others by
generational curses by sins of the fathers – down line three and four
generations. But we can invade hell’s
gates and prevail against them where those taken captive can make a free
choice- but still the choice is theirs. Yes, they may be removed from your
sphere of influence totally; as everything that can be removed will be, but
that should not steal your peace- which is shalom from the Prince of all
Shalom- Yahshua- so we remain in Him and he remains in us! Hallelu-YAH! We
become crucified in Him- and we as a person (ality)
die and He increases in us. The more we choose to die to self, by placing
YHWH’s word and Instructions in us by DOING them; the stronger we become
against the flesh nature and the schemes of hasatan!
I want to remind you of my Texas friend Gilbert’s T-shirts he gives away- KEEP THE FEASTS OR BE A FEAST! Scripture: Messiah our Passover is sacrificed
for us, therefore; let us keep the feasts. Obedience is the
heart of LOVE- this is how the Bride will humble herself and make herself
ready! She’mah- HEAR AND OBEY! You must first hear to obey as Yahshua reminds
us what love is: (John 14:21) whoever has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who
loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him
and manifest Myself to him." Remember
with me that Yahshua (Jesus) is the word, was the word and will forever be the
word! John 1:1 In the beginning (Beresheit/Genesis) was the word, and the word was with Elohim and the word was
Elohim. We should realize He is
the word and changes not! Even at Mt. Sinai, He never disagreed with His
Father- He is the exact representation of the Father, full of grace and truth!
We alone may repent and do the changing necessary to come to terms with His
molding and refining us into His image! IF we allow ourselves to submit to His
word, which often means we have to repent- TESHUVA or turn and follow Him
completely- we will only then truly resist the devil and he will flee.
Here is how these matters of “or
be a feast” will have played out:
(Rev 19:7) Let us be glad and rejoice, and give
honor to Him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and His wife (bride) has made herself ready. (Rev 19:8) And
to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white:
for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. (Rev
19:9) And he said to me, write; blessed
are they which are called to the
marriage supper of the Lamb. And he said to me, these are the true sayings of
YHWH. (Rev 19:10) And I fell at his feet to worship Him. And he
said to me, see you do it not: I am your
fellow servant, and of your brothers that have the testimony of Yahshua:
worship YHWH: for the testimony of Yahshua is the spirit of prophecy. (Rev 19:11)
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and He that sat upon
him was called Faithful and true, and in
righteousness He does judge and make war. (Rev 19:12) His eyes were
as a flame of fire, and on His head were
many crowns; and He had a name written, that no man knew, but He Himself. (Rev 19:13)
And He was clothed with vesture
dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of YHWH. (Rev 19:14)
And the armies which were in
heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. (Rev 19:15)
And out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it he should smite
the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treads the
winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty YHWH. (Rev 19:16) And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING
OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. (Rev 19:17) And I saw an angel
standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls
(birds) that
fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper
of the great Elohim; (Rev 19:18) That ye may eat the flesh of kings, (and Presidents etc.) and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them
that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both
small and great.
We have discussed much concerning the
preparation of our spirits, souls and bodies that we might be made worthy to
actually stand (still producing fruit)
at His appearing! As I have often spoke, it would be a blessing to stand there
unashamed having produced much fruit that will remain- as this glorifies our
Father in Heaven! No one escapes the fiery trials to determine who the bride
is. It will come on the whole earth to test us all. When they say peace;
sudden destruction comes upon them-
and THEY (Not us who obey Him and are sober and alert) WILL NOT ESCAPE!
(Luke 21:20) "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, and
then know that its desolation has come near. (Luke
21:21) Then
let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains, and let those who are inside
the city depart, and let not those who are out in the country enter it, (Luke 21:22) for these are Days of Vengeance (Jacob’s Troubles- not the Jews only
troubles- all of us who are grafted in by faith in Yahshua!), to fulfill all that is written. (Luke 21:23) Alas for women who are pregnant and for those who are nursing
infants in those days! For there will be great distress upon the earth and
wrath against this people. (Luke 21:24) They will fall by the
edge of the sword and be led captive among all nations, and Jerusalem will be
trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles (Goyim- disobedient Ephraim-
the church still in pagan worship practices inherited) are fulfilled. (Luke 21:25) "There will be signs in sun and moon and
stars; and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring
of the sea and the waves. (Luke 21:26)
People fainting
with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of
the heavens will be shaken. (Luke 21:27) And then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with
power and great glory. (Luke 21:28) Now when these things
begin to take place, straighten up and raise your heads, because your
redemption is drawing near." (Luke 21:29) And He told them a parable: "Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. (Luke 21:30) As soon as they come out in leaf, you see for yourselves and
know that the summer is already near. (Luke
21:31) So
also, when you see these things taking place, you know that the Kingdom of YHWH
is near. (Luke 21:32) Truly, I say to you, this
generation (That sees these
things start to come to pass) will not pass away
until all has taken place. (Luke 21:33) Heaven and earth will
pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Luke
21:34) "But
watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and
drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a
trap. (Luke 21:35) For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole
earth. (Luke
21:36) But
stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all
these things that are going to take place and to stand before the Son of Man."
(The goal is to still be here
standing when He appears- not taken away in a pre-trib rapture nonsense having
no righteous robes as we produced no fruit- being worried only about ourselves-
you escape because you are sober and alert and about the Father’s business
being a WITNESS remember He sends forth His angels first to remove the TARES-
you definitely want to be here after they are taken; you want to be LEFT BEHIND and producing fruit-
usable as a worthy vessel of our KING!)
Make sure you are left behind not
gathered as the tares and thrown in to the fire!
Mat 13:30 let both grow
together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers,
Gather ye together first the tares,
and bind them in bundles to burn them:
but gather the wheat into my barn.
These last five or six weeks we have
discussed how to OVERCOME and FEAR NOT! We talked about the Scriptures declare
the fearful are thrown into hell’s flames with the adulterer’s, all liars, and
sorcerers (Harry Potter lovers) because
those are trusting hasatan’s power to destroy us rather than YHWH’s power to
deliver us!!
As a quick review; we talked about how
worship removes hasatan as he cannot stand where the presence of YHWH is, and
YHWH inhabits the praises of His people. Remember YHWH did not give us a spirit
of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound (renewed in the word) mind!
Again, remember all things are possible for YHWH, the only reason they are not
possible for you and I is our UNBELIEF! So should we not make every
active effort on our parts to rid ourselves of all UNBELIEF? What gets rid of
unbelief? PRAYER AND FASTING
according to Yahshua! Remember-
we get rid of our unbelief by prayer and fasting! Prayer AND Fasting, not
prayer without fasting or fasting without prayer- THESE ARE YHWH’S POWER
TWINS! If we really care about our loved ones we will seek YHWH’s face with
prayer and fasting and quit worrying- some have been taken captive to do
hasatan’s will- they are blinded by the god of this world- the gates of hell
will open and they will be released to make a right choice only when we get rid
of our unbelief and tear down- kick down the gates of hell.
Yahshua promises in Revelation He
will throw the fearful (worriers) into hell- with the
adulterers, murderers etc. Why? Because, AGAIN; if that is who we become under
great fiery trials we have trusted the power of hasatan to do us harm, more
than the power of YHWH to deliver us! Could this apply to you and me? NOT IF we pray and fast and overcome! So
let’s be busy about our Father’s business and do it! Remember; Yahshua’s instructions are Hebraic
or Hebrew thought. It is not about mental assent like Greek thought. It
is about being a doer of the word and not a hearer only deceiving ourselves. It
is She’mah O’ Israel or HEAR AND OBEY!
Let’s learn to fast and pray and remove our unbelief!
It is of VAST IMPORTANCE that you and I overcome
our fears and trials!
We must clean up and
make ourselves ready as His BRIDE! We cannot follow those of various religious
systems who are described here as this sounds a lot like modern Churchianity: (Ezek 22:26) "Her priests have done violence to
my law (Torah/Instructions) and have
profaned my holy things; they have made no distinction between the holy and the
profane, and they have not taught the difference between the unclean and the
clean; and they hide their eyes from my Sabbaths, and I am profaned
among them. Why are these days so critical and we must truly repent in
sackcloth and ashes so to speak? I believe we are in the last days Laodicean
age that Yahshua warned us about: (Rev 3:14) "To the angel of the assembly in Laodicea write: The Amen, the faithful and true Witness, the Beginning of the
creation of YHWH, says this: (Rev 3:15) 'I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish
that you were cold or hot. (Rev 3:16) 'Because you are
lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold; I’ll spit you out of my mouth. (Rev 3:17) 'Because you say, "I am rich, and have become wealthy,
and have need of nothing," and you do not know that you are wretched and
miserable and poor and blind and naked, (Rev
3:18) I advise you to buy from me gold refined by fire (Faith/only believing-true riches) so that you may become rich, and white garments (Pure
and undefiled robes of righteousness) so that you may clothe
yourself, and that the shame of your
nakedness will not be revealed; and eye
salve (Spiritual eyes
opened by the filling of the Ruach HaKodesh- Holy Spirit) to anoint your eyes so that you may see. (Rev 3:19) 'Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline; therefore be
zealous and repent. (Rev 3:20) 'Behold, I stand at
the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in
to him and will dine with him, and he with me. (Rev
3:21) 'He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with me on my throne, as I
also overcame and sat down with my Father on His throne.
It is our destiny to
seek Him with all our hearts, soul, and body and walk in His glory realm; His
mercy, compassion, provision, protection and power! (Jeremiah 29:11)
‘For I know the plans I am planning for you,’ declares יהוה, ‘plans
of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and expectancy. (Jeremiah 29:12)
‘Then you shall call on me,
and shall come and pray to me, and I shall listen to you. (Jeremiah 29:13)
‘And you shall seek me, and
shall find me, when you search for me with all
your heart1. Footnote: 1Dt. 4:29, Joel 2:12. (Jeremiah 29:14)
‘And I shall be found by you,’ declares יהוה, ‘and
I shall turn back your captivity, and shall gather you from all the gentiles
and from all the places where I have driven you, declares יהוה.
And I shall bring you back to the place from which I have exiled you.’ (Gen 13:17) "Arise, walk about the land through its
length and breadth; for I will give it to you." (Eph
5:14) That is why He says, “Arise, wake up you who sleep, and arise
from the dead, and Messiah shall shine on you.” (Isa
60:1) “Arise and shine, for your light has come! And the esteem (glory) of יהוה has risen
upon you.
(Rev 21:7) He that overcomes
shall inherit all things; and I will be his Elohim, and he shall be my son. (Rev 21:8) But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable,
and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters,
and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire
and brimstone: which is the second death.
As we humble ourselves in prayer and
fasting, intimate personal worship, and building up our most set apart faith in
praying in the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy
Spirit), we will arrive at that glorious point where we trust and believe- ONLY BELIEVE! This is even if we never
move in the nine supernatural gifts available as the Spirit wills that we
discussed last week. This is what I want to discuss briefly as an added tool provided
for our victory by a loving Father this week- ONLY BELIEVING! What have you been praying for? You and I better
realize we can/will expect to “see’ just the opposite. Let’s look closely at this promise below.
Mar 4:9 And he said unto them, He that has ears to hear, let him hear. Mar 4:10 and when he was alone, they that were about
him with the twelve asked of him the parable. Mar 4:11
And he said to them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of
YHWH: but unto them that are without,
all these things are done in parables: Mar 4:12
That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing
they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted,
and their sins should be forgiven them. Mar 4:13
And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? And
how then will ye know all parables? Mar 4:14
the sower sows the word. Mar 4:15 and these are they by the way
side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan comes immediately, and takes away the word that was sown
in their hearts. (Comment: since
hasatan is now the god of this world he can show us flesh realm; that is just
the opposite of the Word your prayer is founded in- hasatan is not afraid of
you and I; be he is deathly afraid of the Word producing fruit that remains- so
he will do his best to get you and I to agree with him by how things appear-
but remember heaven and earth will pass away- but the WORD- YAHSHUA will never
pass away- so we must stand and agree with the Word and not the ‘seen” facts-
for what is seen is temporal; but what is unseen, i.e. the promise of the WORD,
is ETERNAL so we stand having done all we stand- for we have need of patience,
that after we have done the will of YHWH- we may receive the PROMISE! Mar 4:16 And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground;
who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;
Mar 4:17 And have no
root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution arises
for the word's sake, immediately they are offended. Mar 4:18 And these are they
which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word, Mar 4:19 And the cares of
this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things
entering in, choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. Mar 4:20 And these are they
which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth
fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.
Note above that the affliction and storms
are sent for the word’s sake. Remember when Kefa (Peter) was walking on water he was standing on the promise of
Yahshua who said “COME”. The storm was sent immediately by hasatan to steal the
word promised and he started sinking taking his eyes off the promise and
watching the storm- Yahshua was angry with his unbelief and rebuked him. When
it looks and appears hopeless, we remember YHWH’s promise and stand. Storms,
with persecutions will come, they are not removed because we believe- we
overcome them. Everything not rooted in the word will be plucked up and burned
by the Father. Everything and everyone I must add that can be removed from you
with shaking will be removed. Heaven and earth will really pass away before our
very eyes, but the word of YHWH will remain forever. So it is of vast importance that we remain in
the Word and He remains in us that we may ask what we wish and it shall be
given us!
(John 15:5) I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and
I in him, he it is that bear much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15:6) If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a
branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and
burned. (Jon 15:7) If you abide in me,
and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. (John 15:8) By this my Father is glorified, that you
bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. (John 15:9) As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my
love. (John 15:10) If you keep my
commandments, you will abide in my love,
just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love. (John 15:11) These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you,
and that your joy may be full.
Let’s look at the example I spoke of
earlier: ONLY BELIEVING THE WORD NOT THE STORM OR
CIRCUMSTANCES!
Note how storms of distractions and hopelessness were sent.
Yahshua is teaching us here to ONLY BELIEVE- the Word is TRUTH- let YHWH be
true and every man a liar; even the distraction, who could have been stoned,
was healed and delivered because of her belief and trust (Called faith) in the
Word made flesh that dwells now IN US- the hope of GLORY! No wonder the Greater
One is in us than he (hasatan) that is in the world!
(Mar 5:22)
And see, one of the rulers of the congregation came, Ya’ir by name. And
when he saw Him, he fell at His feet, (Mar 5:23)
and begged Him strongly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of
death. Come, lay your hands on her to heal her, and she shall live.” (Mar 5:24) And
He went with him. And a large crowd was following Him, and they were thronging
Him. (Mar 5:25)
And a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, (Mar 5:26) and had suffered much from many
physicians, and spent all that she had and was no better, but rather became
worse. (Mar 5:27) Having heard about יהושע, she came
behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment, (Mar
5:28) for she said, “If I only touch His garments, I shall be made
well.” (Mar 5:29) And immediately the fountain of her blood was
dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. (Mar 5:30) And
immediately יהושע, knowing in him that power had gone out
of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who
touched my garments?” (Mar 5:31) And His taught ones said to Him, “You see the
crowd is thronging you, and you say, ‘Who touched me?’ ” (Mar 5:32) And He was looking around to see her who
did this. (Mar 5:33) And the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing
what was done to her, came and fell down before Him and spoke to Him all the
truth. (Mar 5:34) And He said to her, “Daughter,
your belief (Faith-trust) has healed you. Go in peace, and be relieved from your
affliction.” (Mar 5:35) As He was speaking, they came from the ruler
of the congregation’s house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Why
trouble the Teacher any further?” (Storm) (Mar
5:36) Having heard the word that
was spoken, יהושע said to the ruler of the congregation, “Do not be afraid –
only believe.” (Mar 5:37) And He allowed no one to follow Him except Kepha,
and Yaʽaqob, and Yoḥanan the brother of Yaʽaqoḇ. (Mar
5:38) So they came to the house
of the ruler of the congregation, and saw a commotion, and much weeping and
lamenting. (Mar 5:39) And coming in He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child has not died,
but is sleeping.” (Mar 5:40) And they were laughing at Him. And when He
had put them all out, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those
who were with Him, and went in where the child was lying. (Mar 5:41) And
taking the child by the hand He said to her, “Talitha,
qumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” (Mar 5:42) And
immediately the girl rose up and was walking, for she was twelve years old. And
they were completely astonished. (Mar 5:43) But He ordered them many times that no one
should know it, and said that she should be given food to eat.
Okay, ONCE AGAIN- here is a caution for you Loved One.
Just because you believe does not make others agree with you. Can you imagine
with me how many people mocked and laughed at “Father” Abraham? His name was
changed from Abram to Abraham meaning Father of many nations; except he had NO
children! He continued to speak and have other as the spoke his name. Note
below that relationship is what reveals understanding from Heaven!
(Mat 16:15) He
said to them, "But who do you say that I am?"
(Mat 16:16) Shimon Kepha replied, "You are the Messiah,
the Son of the living Elohim." (The
Kingdom of YHWH is established on relationship and revealing from the Father) (Mat 16:17)
And Yahshua answered him, "Blessed are you,
Shimon Bar-Yonah! Flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father
who is in heaven. (Mat 16:18) And I tell you, you
are Kepha, and on this rock (Revelation from Heaven) I will build my Body (Assembly), and the gates of hell shall not prevail against
it.
With “ONLY BELIEVING” in our hearts and
minds, we turn to this week’s Torah. Note that this Torah Cycle is not in line
with the Orthodox Torah Cycle like many of the Messianic Believers are
following- I just happen to believe that the Torah Cycle should begin when YHWH
says in His set apart Scriptures. I am not against anyone who prefers to do
what the Orthodox Jews do, just from my perspective we will never make them
jealous and desiring Yahshua by obeying and following their traditions rather
than obeying YHWH’s word. I judge no man so please do as you feel led by His
spirit. SHALOM! I heard a friend say one time, “I am not the Torah police!” Ha
ha - we each have enough problems dealing with our own coming out of Babylon and
learning to flee sin and making no provision for our flesh! No time to “point
the finger” as Isaiah 58 warns against! They will know we are His sent ones by
seeing our love for one another—not by our puffed up knowledge—we THINK we
know!
Here are
this week’s Torah Scriptures: Vayechi “And He lived”
Genesis 47:28-50:26; 1 Kings 2:1-12; 1 Peter 1:3-9
(Gen 47:28)
And Yaʽaqoḇ lived in the land of Mitsrayim seventeen years.
So the length of Yaʽaqoḇ’s life was one hundred and forty-seven years. (Gen 47:29) And the time for Yisra’el to die drew near,
and he called his son Yoseph and said to him, “Now if I have found favor in
your eyes, please put your hand under my thigh, and show kindness and truth to
me. Please do not bury me in Mitsrayim, (Gen 47:30)
but I shall lie with my fathers, and you shall take me up out of Mitsrayim and
bury me in their burial place.” And he said, “I do as you have said.” (Gen 47:31)
And he said, “Swear to me.” And he swore to him, and Yisra’el bowed
himself on the head of the bed.
Obedience
to Torah through great trials (Joseph) allows the Blessing to Follow as YHWH
prescribes! (Disobedience
brought the curse: removal of Ruben and
Shimon)
(Gen 48:1) And after these
events it came to be that it was said to Yoseph, “See, your father is sick.”
And he took with him his two sons, Menashsheh and Ephrayim. (Gen 48:2) And
Yaʽaqoḇ was told, “See, your son Yoseph is coming to
you.” And Yisra’ĕl strengthened himself and sat up on the bed. (Gen 48:3) And
Yaʽaqoḇ said to Yoseph, “Ěl Shaddai appeared to me at Luz in the land of
Kenaʽan and blessed me, (Gen 48:4) and said to
me, ‘See, I am making you bear fruit and shall increase you and make of you an
assembly of peoples, and give this land to your seed after you as an
everlasting possession.’ (Gen 48:5) “And now, your two sons, Ephrayim and
Menashsheh, who were born to you in the land of Mitsrayim before I came to you
in Mitsrayim, are mine – as Re’uḇen and Shimʽon, they are mine. (Gen 48:6)
“Your offspring whom you shall bring forth after them are yours, and let
them be called by the name of their brothers in their inheritance. (Gen 48:7)
“And I, when I came from Paddan, Raḥel died beside me in the land of
Kenaʽan on the way, when there was but a little distance to go to Ephrath. And
I buried her there on the way to Ephrath that is Bĕyth Leḥem.” (Gen 48:8) And
Yisra’ĕl saw Yosĕph’s sons, and said, “Who are these?” (Gen
48:9) And Yosĕph said to his
father, “They are my sons, whom Elohim has given me in this place.” And he
said, “Please bring them to me, and let me bless them.” (Gen 48:10) And the eyes of
Yisra’ĕl were dim with age, and he was unable to see. And he drew them near
him, and he kissed them and embraced them. (Gen 48:11) And Yisra’ĕl said to Yosĕph, “I had not
thought to see your face. But see, Elohim has also shown me your seed!” (Gen 48:12) So
Yosĕph brought them from between his knees, and he bowed down with his face to
the earth. (Gen 48:13) And Yosĕph took them both, Ephrayim with his
right hand toward Yisra’ĕl’s left hand, and Menashsheh with his left hand
toward Yisra’ĕl’s right hand, and brought them near him. (Gen 48:14)
And Yisra’ĕl stretched out his right hand and laid it on Ephrayim’s
head, who was the younger, and his left hand on Menashsheh’s head, consciously
directing his hands, for Menashsheh was the first-born. (Gen 48:15) And he blessed
Yosĕph, and said, “The Elohim before whom my father’s Aḇraham and Yitsḥaq walked,
the Elohim who has fed me all my life long to this day, (Gen 48:16) the Messenger
who has redeemed me from all evil – bless the youths! And let my name be called
upon them, and the name of my fathers Aḇraham and Yitsḥaq. And let them
increase to a multitude in the midst of the earth.” (Gen
48:17) And when Yosĕph saw that
his father laid his right hand on the head of Ephrayim, it was evil in his
eyes; and he took hold of his father’s hand to remove it from the head of
Ephrayim to the head of Menashsheh. (Gen 48:18) And Yosĕph said to his father, “Not so, my
father, for this one is the first-born, put your right hand on his head.” (Gen 48:19)
But his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know. He also
becomes a people, and he also is great. And yet, his younger brother is greater
than he, and his seed is to become the completeness of the nations.” (Gen 48:20)
And he blessed them on that day, saying, “In you Yisra’ĕl shall bless,
saying, ‘Elohim make you as Ephrayim and as Menashsheh!’ ” Thus he put Ephrayim
before Menashsheh. (Gen 48:21) And Yisra’ĕl said to Yosĕph, “See, I am
dying, but Elohim shall be with you and bring you back to the land of your
fathers. (Gen 48:22) “And I, I have given to you one portion above
your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with
my bow.”
Interesting-
pay close attention, as this is what will befall us in the LAST DAYS- we might
even see ourselves in these lines of blessing!
(Gen 49:1) And Yaʽaqoḇ called his sons and
said, “Gather together, so that I declare to you what is to befall you in the
last days: (Gen 49:2) “Gather together and
hear, you sons of Yaʽaqoḇ, and listen to Yisra’ĕl your father. (Gen 49:3)
“Re’uḇĕn, you are my first-born, my power and the beginning of my
strength, the excellency of exaltation and the excellency of power. (Gen 49:4)
“Boiling like water, you do not excel, because you went up to your
father’s bed, then you defiled it – he went up to my couch. (Gen 49:5)
“Shimʽon and Lĕwi are brothers; their weapons are implements of
violence. (Gen 49:6) “Let my being not enter their council, let my
esteem not be united to their assembly; because they slew a man in their
displeasure, and they lamed an ox in pleasure. (Gen
49:7) “Cursed be their displeasure
for it is fierce, and their wrath for it is cruel! I divide them in Yaʽaqoḇ
and scatter them in Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 49:8) “You, Yehuḏah, your brothers praise you;
your hand is on the neck of your enemies; your father’s children bow down
before you. (Gen 49:9) “Yehuḏah is a lion’s cub; from the prey you
have gone up, my son! He bowed down, he crouched like a lion. And like a lion,
who does rouse him? (Gen 49:10) “The scepter shall not turn aside from
Yehuḏah, nor a Lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to Him
is the obedience of peoples. (Gen 49:11) “Binding his donkey to the vine, and his
donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his robes
in the blood of grapes. (Gen 49:12) “His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth
whiter than milk. (Gen 49:13) “Zeḇulun dwells at the seashore, he is for a
haven for ships, and his border is unto Tsiḏon. (Gen
49:14) “Yissasḵar is a strong
donkey lying down between two burdens, (Gen 49:15) and he saw that a resting place was good, and
that the land was pleasant, and he inclined his shoulder to bear a burden, and
became a subject to slave labor. (Gen 49:16) “Dan rightly rules his people as one of the
tribes of Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 49:17) “Dan is a serpent by the way, an adder by the
path that bites the horse’s heels so that its rider falls backward. (Gen 49:18) “I
have waited for your deliverance, O יהוה! (Gen
49:19) “Gaḏ, a raiding band
raids him, but he raids its heel. (Gen 49:20) “Bread from Ashĕr is rich, and he gives
delicacies of a sovereign. (Gen 49:21) “Naphtali is a deer let loose, he gives words
of elegance. (Gen 49:22) “Yosĕph is an offshoot of a fruit-bearing
tree, an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree by a fountain, his branches run over
a wall. (Gen 49:23) “And the archers have bitterly grieved him,
shot at him and hated him. (Gen 49:24) “But his bow remained in strength, and the
arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty One of Yaʽaqoḇ –
from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisra’ĕl – (Gen
49:25) from the Ěl of your father who helps you, and by the Almighty who
blesses you with blessings of the heavens above, blessings of the deep that
lies beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb. (Gen 49:26) “The blessings
of your father have excelled the blessings of my ancestors, up to the limit of
the everlasting hills. They are on the head of Yosĕph, and on the crown of the
head of him who was separated from his brothers. (Gen
49:27) “Binyamin is a wolf that
tears, in the morning he eats prey, and at night he divides the spoil.” (Gen 49:28)
All these are the twelve tribes of Yisra’ĕl, and this is what their
father spoke to them. And he blessed them; he blessed each one according to his
own blessing. (Gen 49:29) And he commanded them, and said to them, “I
am to be gathered to my people, bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in
the field of Ephron the Ḥittite, (Gen 49:30)
in the cave that is in the field of Maḵpĕlah, which is before Mamrĕ in the
land of Kenaʽan, which Aḇraham bought with the field of Ephron the Ḥittite as
a possession for a burial site. (Gen 49:31) There they buried Aḇraham and Sarah his
wife, there they buried Yitsḥaq and Riḇqah his wife, and there I buried Lĕ’ah
– (Gen 49:32) the field purchased, and the cave
which is in it, from the sons of Ḥĕth.” (Gen 49:33) And when Yaʽaqoḇ ended commanding his sons,
he drew his feet up into the bed and breathed his last, and was gathered to his
people.
Death and Mourning of Ya’akov and MERCY for the brothers
restored! YHWH uses even our hardships for restoration.
(Gen 50:1)
And Yosĕph fell on his father’s face, and wept over him, and kissed him.
(Gen 50:2)
And Yosĕph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father.
So the physicians embalmed Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 50:3) And forty days were completed for him, for so
are completed the days of embalming. And the Mitsrites wept for him seventy
days. (Gen 50:4) And when the days of weeping for him were
past, Yosĕph spoke to the household of Pharaoh, saying, “If, now, I have found
favor in your eyes, please speak in the hearing of Pharaoh, saying, (Gen 50:5) ‘My father made me swear, saying, “See, I
am dying, bury me in my grave which I dug for myself in the land of Kenaʽan.”
And now, please let me go up and bury my father, and return.’ ” (Gen 50:6) And Pharaoh said, “Go up and bury your
father, as he made you swear.” (Gen 50:7) And Yosĕph went up to bury his father. And
with him went up all the servants of Pharaoh, the elders of his house, and all
the elders of the land of Mitsrayim, (Gen 50:8) and all the house of Yosĕph, and his brothers,
and his father’s house. Only their little ones, and their flocks, and their
herds they left in the land of Goshen. (Gen 50:9) And there went up with him both chariots and
horsemen, and it was a very great company. (Gen 50:10) And they came to the threshing-floor of
Ataḏ, which is beyond the Yardĕn, and they lamented there with a great and
very heavy lamentation. And he observed seven days of mourning for his father. (Gen 50:11)
And when the inhabitants of the land, the Kenaʽanites, saw the mourning
at the threshing-floor of Ataḏ, they said, “This is a grievous mourning for
the Mitsrites.” That is why its name was called Aḇĕl Mitsrayim, which is
beyond the Yardĕn. (Gen 50:12) And his sons did to him as he had commanded
them, (Gen 50:13) for his sons brought him to
the land of Kenaʽan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Maḵpĕlah,
before Mamrĕ, which Aḇraham bought with the field from Ephron the Ḥittite as
property for a burial site. (Gen 50:14) And after he had buried his father, Yosĕph
returned to Mitsrayim, he and his brothers and all who went up with him to bury
his father. (Gen 50:15) And when Yosĕph’s brothers saw that their
father was dead, they said, “What if Yosĕph hates us, and pays us back all the
evil which we did to him?” (Gen 50:16) And they sent word to Yosĕph, saying, “Before
your father died he commanded, saying, (Gen 50:17)
‘This is what you are to say to Yoseph, “I beg you, please forgive the
transgression of your brothers and their sin, for they did evil to you.” ’ And
now, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the Elohim of your
father.” And Yoseph wept when they spoke to him. (Gen
50:18) And his brothers also went
and fell down before his face, and they said, “See, we are your servants.” (Gen 50:19)
And Yoseph said to them, “Do not fear, for am I in the place of Elohim? (Gen 50:20)
“And you, you intended evil against me, but Elohim intended it for good,
in order to do it as it is this day, to keep a great many people alive. (Gen 50:21)
“And now, do not fear, I provide for you and your little ones.” So he
comforted them and spoke kindly to them. (Gen 50:22) And Yoseph dwelt in Mitsrayim, he and his
father’s household. And Yoseph lived one hundred and ten years. (Gen 50:23)
And Yoseph saw Ephrayim’s children to the third generation. The children
of Maḵir, son of Menashsheh, were also brought up on Yoseph’s knees. (Gen 50:24)
And Yoseph said to his brothers, “I am dying, but Elohim shall certainly
visit you and bring you out of this land to the land of which He swore to
Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Yaʽaqoḇ.” (Gen 50:25) And Yoseph made the children of Yisra’ĕl
swear, saying, “Elohim shall certainly visit you, and you shall bring up my
bones from here.” (Gen
50:26) So Joseph died, being 110 years old. They
embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.
King David’s final instructions!
(1Ki 2:1)
And the days of Dawiḏ drew near to die, and he
commanded Shelomoh his son, saying, (1Ki 2:2)
“I am going the way of all the earth. And you shall be strong, and be a man. (1Ki 2:3) “And
guard the Charge of יהוה your Elohim: to walk in His ways, to guard His laws, His
commands, His right-rulings, and His witnesses, as it is written in the Torah
of Mosheh, so that you do wisely all that you do and wherever you turn; (1Ki 2:4) so that יהוה does establish His word which He spoke concerning me,
saying, ‘If your sons guard their way, to walk before Me in truth with all
their heart and with all their being,’ saying, ‘there is not to cease a man of yours on the throne of Yisra’el.’ (1Ki 2:5) “And
also, you know what Yo’aḇ son of Tseruyah did to me, and what he did to the
two commanders of the armies of Yisra’ĕl, to Aḇĕl son of Nĕr and Amasa son of
Yether, that he slew them, and shed the blood of battle in peace, and put the
blood of battle on his belt that was around his waist, and on his sandals that
were on his feet.(1Ki 2:6) “So act according to your wisdom, and do not
let his grey hair go down to the grave in peace. (1Ki
2:7) “But show kindness to the
sons of Barzillai the Gilʽaḏite, and let them be among those who eat at your
table, for so they came to me when I fled from Aḇshalom your brother. (1Ki 2:8) “And
see, with you is Shimʽi son of Gĕra, the Binyamite from Baḥurim, who cursed me
with a grievous cursing in the day when I went to Maḥanayim. But he came down
to meet me at the Yardĕn, and I swore to him by יהוה,
saying, ‘I shall not put you to death with the sword.’ (1Ki
2:9) “And now, do not leave him
unpunished, for you are a wise man and know what you should do to him, and
shall bring his grey hair down to the grave with blood.” (1Ki 2:10) And
Dawiḏ slept with his fathers, and was buried in the City of Dawiḏ. (1Ki 2:11) And
the days that Dawiḏ reigned over Yisra’ĕl was forty years. He reigned seven
years in Ḥeḇron, and in Yerushalayim he reigned thirty-three years. (1Ki 2:12) And
Shelomoh sat on the throne of his father Dawiḏ. And his reign was firmly
established, being one hundred and ten years old. And they embalmed
him, and he was placed in a coffin in Mitsrayim.
Hallelu-YAH!
Unspeakable JOY and an inheritance kept in Heaven for us have been purchased
for us even though we are tested in fiery trials!
(1Pe 1:3)
Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Master יהושע Messiah,
who according to His great compassion has caused us to be born again to a
living expectation through the resurrection of יהושע
Messiah from the dead, (1Pe 1:4) to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled
and unfading, having been kept in the heavens for you, (1Pe 1:5) who
are protected by the power of Elohim through belief, for a deliverance ready to
be revealed in the last time, (1Pe 1:6) in which you exult, even though for a little
while, if need be, you have been grieved by manifold trials, (1Pe 1:7) in
order that the proving of your belief
– much more precious than gold that perishes, and proven by fire – might
be found to result in praise and respect and esteem at the revelation of יהושע Messiah, (1Pe 1:8) whom having not seen, you love; in whom you exult
with unspeakable and esteemed joy, yet not seeing, but believing, (1Pe 1:9)
obtaining the goal of your belief: a deliverance of lives.
Loved One, my prayer for you and your loved ones is that you come to the
point of glory where; no matter what storm, winds, or fiery trials are upon
you. No matter what – even 1/3 of the stars are being removed, even if the
earth turns upside down (possibly Isaiah 24) and the oceans swallow the coasts;
you will come to the point of glory and revelation where you know Him and the
hope of His calling on your life; where you ONLY BELIEVE and enter in to His
complete SHALOM! Thanks for remembering us in your prayers! That we are
protected, directed, provided for, and used to produce much fruit that remains!
