Have you ever been lied to by a trusted friend or family member? If so, you know how it feels when you find truth. You feel betrayal, you feel pain, you may feel anger, or you may determine not to trust again. Worldwide we are being lied to by our own governments about plans they have for you and I. Justice and righteousness are set aside. Our financial systems are being set up for worldwide collapse and most of us are fast asleep; and make no movement other than same old, same old- doing what we can to ground out a living. That is a dangerous; even an unbiblical response loved one, as it allows more wickedness to be piled up against us. He expects us to call for justice!

(Isa 59:1) Behold, YHWH’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: (Isa 59:2) But your iniquities have separated between you and your Elohim, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. (Isa 59:3) For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. (Isa 59:4) None calls for justice, or any pleads for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

Yahshua declares liars all belong to the devil- so if we lie- we must REPENT!

(John 8:42) Yahshua said to them, “If Elohim were your Father, you would love me, for I came forth from Elohim, and am here. I have not come of myself, but He sent me. (John 8:43) “Why do you not know what I say? You are unable to hear my Word. (John 8:44) “You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you wish to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has not stood in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks of his own, for he is a liar and the father of it.

(Rom 13:11) And do this, knowing the time that it is already the hour for us to wake up from sleep, for now our deliverance is nearer than when we did believe. (Rom 13:12) The night is far advanced (spent), the day has come near. So let us put off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. (Rom 13:13) Let us walk becomingly, as in the day, not in wild parties and drunkenness, not in living together and indecencies, not in fighting and envy, (Rom 13:14) but put on the Master יהושע Messiah, and make no provision for the lusts of the flesh. (Comment: If you make provision for your flesh- to do what it wants- prepare to be captured by sin)

Give no place to hasatan – note that lies yield a means for the devil to bring stealing!

(Eph 4:25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbor: for we are members one of another. (Eph 4:26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath (anger- so forgive): (Eph 4:27) neither give place to the devil. (Eph 4:28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needs.

Blessed are us who TRUST in YHWH! (They will put off lies at all costs!)

(Psalm 89:8) O יהוה Elohim of hosts, who is mighty like you, O Yah? And your trustworthiness is all around you. (Psalm 89:9) You rule the swelling of the sea; when its waves rise, you still them. (Psalm 89:10) You have broken Rahaḇ in pieces, as one who is slain; you have scattered your enemies with the arm of your strength. (Psalm 89:11) The heavens are yours the earth also is yours; the world and all that fills it. You have founded them. (Psalm 89:12) North and south – you have created them; Taḇor and Ḥermon rejoice in Your Name. (Psalm 89:13) You have a mighty arm, your hand is strong, your right hand exalted. (Psalm 89:14) Righteousness and right-ruling (justice) are the foundation of your throne; kindness and truth go before your face. (Psalm 89:15) Blessed are the people who know the festal trumpet-call! They walk, O יהוה, in the light of your face. (Psalm 89:16) In Your Name they rejoice all day long, and they are exalted in your righteousness. (Psalm 89:17) You are the comeliness of their strength, and by your good pleasure our horn is exalted. (Psalm 89:18) For יהוה is our shield, And the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl is our Sovereign (King).

Here we are in 2011 moving speedily toward destiny Loved One! Are you taking those critical steps toward our Deliverer- Yahshua? Are you one that will spend time worshipping Him in Spirit and Truth? The trials ahead will test all that dwell on the face of the earth; the earth changes, the planned population reduction by wicked men, as though that’s not enough; demonic attacks and pressures that will test you- Yes- YOU THE ELECT! Yes, I realize you are busier than ever just trying to make a living with the world economy stumbling like a drunken man- but you must make priorities and get to know and trust your coming KING while He can be found. Put His word in your heart and mind as it will bring you deliverance as you speak agreement with Him!

(Isa 55:1) “Oh everyone who thirsts, come to the waters. And you who have no silver, come, buy and eat. Come buy wine and milk without silver and without price. (Isa 55:2) “Why do you weigh out silver for what is not bread, and your labor for what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and let your being delight itself in fatness. (Isa 55:3) “Incline your ear, and come to me. Hear so that your being lives. And let me make an everlasting covenant with you, the trustworthy kindnesses of Dawiḏ. (Isa 55:4) “See, I have given Him as a witness to the people, a Leader and a Commander for the people. (Isa 55:5) “See, a nation you do not know you shall call, and a nation who does not know you run to you, because of יהוה your Elohim, and the Set-apart One of Yisra’ĕl, for He has adorned you.” (Isa 55:6) Seek יהוה while He is to be found, call on Him while He is near. (Isa 55:7) Let the wrong forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to יהוה, who has compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for He pardons much. (Isa 55:8) For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares יהוה. (Isa 55:9) “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isa 55:10) “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from the heavens, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, and give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, (Isa 55:11) so is my Word that goes forth from my mouth – it does not return to me empty, but shall do what I please, and shall certainly accomplish what I sent it for.

Yahshua (Jesus) warns us below about what we can expect. We MUST draw close to Him to be able to trust Him in these days a planned before the foundation of the Earth! I expect we should be alerted--

(Luke 21:8) And He said, “See that you are not led astray, for many shall come in My Name, saying, ‘I am,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Then do not go after them. (Luke 21:9) “But when you hear of fighting and unrests do not be alarmed, for these have to take place first, but the end is not immediately.” (Luke 21:10) Then He said to them, “Nation shall rise against nation, and reign against reign. (Luke 21:11) “And there shall be great earthquakes in various places, and scarcities of food and deadly diseases. And there shall be horrors, and great signs from heaven. (Luke 21:12) “But before all this, they shall lay their hands on you and persecute you, delivering you up to the congregations and prisons, and be brought before sovereigns and rulers for My Name’s sake. (Luke 21:13) “And it shall turn out to you for a witness. (Luke 21:14) “Therefore, resolve in your hearts not to premeditate on what to answer. (Luke 21:15) “I shall give you a mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries shall not be able to refute or resist. (Luke 21:16) “And you shall also be betrayed by parents and brothers and relatives and friends. And some of you shall be put to death. (Luke 21:17) “And you shall be hated by all because of My Name. (Luke 21:18) “But not a hair of your head shall be lost at all. (Luke 21:19) “Possess your lives by your endurance! (Luke 21:20) “And when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by armies, then know that its laying waste is near. (Luke 21:21) “Then let those in Yehuḏah flee to the mountains, and let those who are in the midst of her go out, and let not those who are in the fields enter her. (Luke 21:22) “Because these are days of vengeance, to fill all that have been written. (Luke 21:23) “And woe to those who are pregnant and to those who are nursing children in those days! There shall be great distress in the earth and wrath upon this people. (Luke 21:24) “And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Yerushalayim shall be trampled underfoot by the gentiles until the times of the gentiles are filled. (Luke 21:25) “And there shall be signs in the sun, and moon, and stars, and on the earth anxiety of nations, in bewilderment at the roaring of the sea, and agitation, (Luke 21:26) men fainting from fear and the expectation of what is coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. (Luke 21:27) “And then they shall see the Son of Aḏam coming in a cloud with power and much esteem. (Luke 21:28) “And when these matters begin to take place, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” (Luke 21:29) And He spoke a parable to them, “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. (Luke 21:30) “When they have already budded, observing it, you shall know for yourselves that summer is now near.

(Luke 21:31) “So you also, when you see these matters take place, know that the reign of Elohim is near. (Luke 21:32) “Truly, I say to you, this generation (Comment: that sees these things) shall by no means pass away till all shall have taken place. (Luke 21:33) The heaven and the earth shall pass away, but my words shall by no means pass away.

We must be counted worthy as this test is coming on the whole earth- sorry- no pre-trib rapture- FEAR NOT-trust Him as He is more powerful and able than a million ha satan’s! He will use you and I to produce fruit that will remain in His Kingdom!

(Luke 21:34) “And take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down by gluttony, and drunkenness and worries of this life, and that day come on you suddenly.

(Luke 21:35) For it shall come as a snare on all those dwelling on the face of all the earth. (Luke 21:36) “Watch then at all times, and pray that you be counted worthy to escape all this about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Aḏam.”

Here are this week’s Torah scriptures: Vayechi “And he lived”

Genesis 47:28-50:26; 1 Kings 2:1-12; 1 Peter 1:3-9; Mark Chapters 4 and 5

Swearing and keeping your promise-

(Gen 47:28) And Yaʽaqoḇ lived in the land of Mitsrayim seventeen years. So the length of Yaʽaqoḇ’s life was one hundred and forty-seven years. (Gen 47:29) And the time for Yisra’ĕl to die drew near, and he called his son Yosĕph and said to him, “Now if I have found favor in your eyes, please put your hand under my thigh, and show kindness and truth to me. Please do not bury me in Mitsrayim, (Gen 47:30) but I shall lie with my fathers, and you shall take me up out of Mitsrayim and bury me in their burial place.” And he said, “I do as you have said.” (Gen 47:31) And he said, “Swear to me.” And he swore to him, and Yisra’ĕl bowed himself on the head of the bed.

Blessing of Ephraim – (us who are scattered for lawlessness) the fruitful nations

(Gen 48:1) And after these events it came to be that it was said to Yosĕph, “See, your father is sick.” And he took with him his two sons, Menashsheh and Ephrayim. (Gen 48:2) And Yaʽaqoḇ was told, “See, your son Yosĕph is coming to you.” And Yisra’ĕl strengthened himself and sat up on the bed. (Gen 48:3) And Yaʽaqoḇ said to Yosĕph, “Ěl Shaddai appeared to me at Luz in the land of Kenaʽan and blessed me, (Gen 48:4) and said to me, ‘See, I am making you bear fruit and shall increase you and make of you an assembly of peoples, and give this land to your seed after you as an everlasting possession.’ (Gen 48:5) “And now, your two sons, Ephrayim and Menashsheh, who were born to you in the land of Mitsrayim before I came to you in Mitsrayim, are mine – as Re’uḇĕn and Shimʽon, they are mine. (Gen 48:6) “Your offspring whom you shall bring forth after them are yours, and let them be called by the name of their brothers in their inheritance. (Gen 48:7) “And I, when I came from Paddan, Raḥĕl died beside me in the land of Kenaʽan on the way, when there was but a little distance to go to Ephrath. And I buried her there on the way to Ephrath that is Bĕyth Leḥem.” (Gen 48:8) And Yisra’ĕl saw Yosĕph’s sons, and said, “Who are these?” (Gen 48:9) And Yosĕph said to his father, “They are my sons, whom Elohim has given me in this place.” And he said, “Please bring them to me, and let me bless them.” (Gen 48:10) And the eyes of Yisra’ĕl were dim with age, and he was unable to see. And he drew them near him, and he kissed them and embraced them. (Gen 48:11) And Yisra’ĕl said to Yosĕph, “I had not thought to see your face. But see, Elohim has also shown me your seed!” (Gen 48:12) So Yosĕph brought them from between his knees, and he bowed down with his face to the earth. (Gen 48:13) And Yosĕph took them both, Ephrayim with his right hand toward Yisra’ĕl’s left hand, and Menashsheh with his left hand toward Yisra’ĕl’s right hand, and brought them near him.

(Gen 48:14) And Yisra’ĕl stretched out his right hand and laid it on Ephrayim’s head, who was the younger, and his left hand on Menashsheh’s head, consciously directing his hands, for Menashsheh was the first-born. (Gen 48:15) And he blessed Yosĕph, and said, “The Elohim before whom my fathers Aḇraham and Yitsḥaq walked, the Elohim who has fed me all my life long to this day, (Gen 48:16) the Messenger who has redeemed me from all evil – bless the youths! And let my name be called upon them, and the name of my fathers Aḇraham and Yitsḥaq. And let them increase to a multitude in the midst of the earth.” (Gen 48:17) And when Yosĕph saw that his father laid his right hand on the head of Ephrayim, it was evil in his eyes; and he took hold of his father’s hand to remove it from the head of Ephrayim to the head of Menashsheh. (Gen 48:18) And Yosĕph said to his father, “Not so, my father, for this one is the first-born, put your right hand on his head.” (Gen 48:19) But his father refused and said, “I know, my son, I know. He also becomes a people, and he also is great. And yet, his younger brother is greater than he, and his seed is to become the completeness of the nations.” (Gen 48:20) And he blessed them on that day, saying, “In you Yisra’ĕl shall bless, saying, ‘Elohim make you as Ephrayim and as Menashsheh!’ ” Thus he put Ephrayim before Menashsheh. (Gen 48:21) And Yisra’ĕl said to Yosĕph, “See, I am dying, but Elohim shall be with you and bring you back to the land of your fathers. (Gen 48:22) And I, I have given to you one portion above your brothers, which I took from the hand of the Amorite with my sword and with my bow.”

Blessings the brothers- ISRAEL- prophecies their future

(Gen 49:1) And Yaʽaqoḇ called his sons and said, “Gather together, so that I declare to you what is to befall you in the last days: (Gen 49:2) “Gather together and hear, you sons of Yaʽaqoḇ, and listen to Yisra’ĕl your father. (Gen 49:3) Re’uḇĕn, you are my first-born, my power and the beginning of my strength, the excellence of exaltation and the excellence of power. (Gen 49:4) “Boiling like water, you do not excel, because you went up to your father’s bed, then you defiled it – he went up to my couch. (Gen 49:5) Shimʽon and Lĕwi are brothers their weapons are implements of violence. (Gen 49:6) “Let my being not enter their council, let my esteem not be united to their assembly; because they slew a man in their displeasure, and they lamed an ox in pleasure. (Gen 49:7) Cursed be their displeasure for it is fierce, and their wrath for it is cruel! I divide them in Yaʽaqoḇ and scatter them in Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 49:8) “You, Yehuḏah, your brothers praise you; your hand is on the neck of your enemies; your father’s children bow down before you. (Gen 49:9) “Yehuḏah is a lion’s cub from the prey you have gone up, my son! He bowed down, he crouched like a lion. And like a lion, who does rouse him? (Gen 49:10) The scepter shall not turn aside from Yehuḏah, nor a Lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh comes, and to Him is the obedience of peoples. (Gen 49:11) “Binding his donkey to the vine, and his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, he washed his garments in wine, and his robes in the blood of grapes. (Gen 49:12) “His eyes are darker than wine, and his teeth whiter than milk. (Gen 49:13) “Zeḇulun dwells at the seashore, he is for a haven for ships, and his border is unto Tsiḏon. (Gen 49:14) Yissasḵar is a strong donkey lying down between two burdens, (Gen 49:15) and he saw that a resting place was good, and that the land was pleasant, and he inclined his shoulder to bear a burden, and became a subject to slave labor. (Gen 49:16) Dan rightly rules his people as one of the tribes of Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 49:17) “Dan is a serpent by the way, an adder by the path that bites the horse’s heels so that its rider falls backward. (Gen 49:18) “I have waited for your deliverance, O יהוה! (Gen 49:19) Gaḏ, a raiding band raids him, but he raids its heel. (Gen 49:20) Bread from Ashĕr is rich, and he gives delicacies of a sovereign. (Gen 49:21) Naphtali is a deer let loose, he gives words of elegance. (Gen 49:22) Yosĕph is an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree, an offshoot of a fruit-bearing tree by a fountain, his branches run over a wall. (Gen 49:23) “And the archers have bitterly grieved him, shot at him and hated him. (Gen 49:24) But his bow remained in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the Mighty One of Yaʽaqoḇ – from there is the Shepherd, the Stone of Yisra’ĕl(Gen 49:25) from the Ěl of your father who helps you, and by the Almighty who blesses you with blessings of the heavens above, blessings of the deep that lies beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb. (Gen 49:26) The blessings of your father have excelled the blessings of my ancestors, up to the limit of the everlasting hills. They are on the head of Yosĕph, and on the crown of the head of him who was separated from his brothers. (Gen 49:27) Binyamin is a wolf that tears, in the morning he eats prey, and at night he divides the spoil.(Gen 49:28) All these are the twelve tribes of Yisra’ĕl, and this is what their father spoke to them. And he blessed them he blessed each one according to his own blessing. (Gen 49:29) And he commanded them, and said to them, “I am to be gathered to my people, bury me with my fathers in the cave that is in the field of Ephron the Ḥittite, (Gen 49:30) in the cave that is in the field of Maḵpĕlah, which is before Mamrĕ in the land of Kenaʽan, which Aḇraham bought with the field of Ephron the Ḥittite as a possession for a burial site. (Gen 49:31) There they buried Aḇraham and Sarah his wife, there they buried Yitsḥaq and Riḇqah his wife, and there I buried Lĕ’ah – (Gen 49:32) the field purchased, and the cave which is in it, from the sons of Ḥĕth.” (Gen 49:33) And when Yaʽaqoḇ ended commanding his sons, he drew his feet up into the bed and breathed his last, and was gathered to his people.

Honor in death!

(Gen 50:1) And Yosĕph fell on his father’s face, and wept over him, and kissed him. (Gen 50:2) And Yosĕph commanded his servants the physicians to embalm his father. So the physicians embalmed Yisra’ĕl. (Gen 50:3) And forty days were completed for him, for so are completed the days of embalming. And the Mitsrites wept for him seventy days. (Gen 50:4) And when the days of weeping for him were past, Yosĕph spoke to the household of Pharaoh, saying, “If, now, I have found favor in your eyes, please speak in the hearing of Pharaoh, saying, (Gen 50:5) ‘My father made me swear, saying, “See, I am dying, bury me in my grave which I dug for myself in the land of Kenaʽan.” And now, please let me go up and bury my father, and return.’ ” (Gen 50:6) And Pharaoh said, “Go up and bury your father, as he made you swear.” (Gen 50:7) And Yosĕph went up to bury his father. And with him went up all the servants of Pharaoh, the elders of his house, and all the elders of the land of Mitsrayim, (Gen 50:8) and all the house of Yosĕph, and his brothers, and his father’s house. Only their little ones, and their flocks, and their herds they left in the land of Goshen. (Gen 50:9) And there went up with him both chariots and horsemen, and it was a very great company. (Gen 50:10) And they came to the threshing-floor of Ataḏ, which is beyond the Yardĕn, and they lamented there with a great and very heavy lamentation. And he observed seven days of mourning for his father. (Gen 50:11) And when the inhabitants of the land, the Kenaʽanites, saw the mourning at the threshing-floor of Ataḏ, they said, “This is a grievous mourning for the Mitsrites.” That is why its name was called Aḇĕl Mitsrayim, which is beyond the Yardĕn. (Gen 50:12) And his sons did to him as he had commanded them, (Gen 50:13) for his sons brought him to the land of Kenaʽan, and buried him in the cave of the field of Maḵpĕlah, before Mamrĕ, which Aḇraham bought with the field from Ephron the Ḥittite as property for a burial site. (Gen 50:14) And after he had buried his father, Yosĕph returned to Mitsrayim, he and his brothers and all who went up with him to bury his father. (Gen 50:15) And when Yosĕph’s brothers saw that their father was dead, they said, “What if Yosĕph hates us, and pays us back all the evil which we did to him?” (Gen 50:16) And they sent word to Yosĕph, saying, “Before your father died he commanded, saying, (Gen 50:17) ‘This is what you are to say to Yosĕph, “I beg you, please forgive the transgression of your brothers and their sin, for they did evil to you.” ’ And now, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the Elohim of your father.” And Yosĕph wept when they spoke to him. (Gen 50:18) And his brothers also went and fell down before his face, and they said, “See, we are your servants.” (Gen 50:19) And Yosĕph said to them, “Do not fear, for am I in the place of Elohim? (Gen 50:20) “And you, you intended evil against me, but Elohim intended it for good, in order to do it as it is this day, to keep a great many people alive. (Gen 50:21) “And now, do not fear, I provide for you and your little ones.” So he comforted them and spoke kindly to them. (Gen 50:22) And Yosĕph dwelt in Mitsrayim, he and his father’s household. And Yosĕph lived one hundred and ten years. (Gen 50:23) And Yosĕph saw Ephrayim’s children to the third generation. The children of Maḵir, son of Menashsheh, were also brought up on Yosĕph’s knees. (Gen 50:24) And Yosĕph said to his brothers, “I am dying, but Elohim shall certainly visit you and bring you out of this land to the land of which He swore to Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Yaʽaqoḇ.” (Gen 50:25) And Yosĕph made the children of Yisra’ĕl swear, saying, “Elohim shall certainly visit you, and you shall bring up my bones from here.” (Gen 50:26) And Yosĕph died, being one hundred and ten years old. And they embalmed him, and he was placed in a coffin in Mitsrayim.

Keep His commands and right rulings FOREVER! (& be blessed or disobey and be cursed)

(1Ki 2:1) And the days of Dawiḏ drew near to die, and he commanded Shelomoh his son, saying, (1Ki 2:2) “I am going the way of all the earth. And you shall be strong, and be a man. (1Ki 2:3) And guard the Charge of יהוה your Elohim: to walk in His ways, to guard His laws, His commands, His right-rulings, and His witnesses, as it is written in the Torah of Mosheh, so that you do wisely all that you do and wherever you turn; (1Ki 2:4) so that יהוה does establish His word which He spoke concerning me, saying, ‘If your sons guard their way, to walk before me in truth with all their heart and with all their being,’ saying, ‘there is not to cease a man of yours on the throne of Yisra’ĕl.(1Ki 2:5) “And also, you know what Yo’aḇ son of Tseruyah did to me, and what he did to the two commanders of the armies of Yisra’ĕl, to Aḇnĕr son of Nĕr and Amasa son of Yether, that he slew them, and shed the blood of battle in peace, and put the blood of battle on his belt that was around his waist, and on his sandals that were on his feet. (1Ki 2:6) “So act according to your wisdom, and do not let his grey hair go down to the grave in peace. (1Ki 2:7) “But show kindness to the sons of Barzillai the Gilʽaḏite, and let them be among those who eat at your table, for so they came to me when I fled from Aḇshalom your brother. (1Ki 2:8) “And see, with you is Shimʽi son of Gĕra, the Binyamite from Baḥurim, who cursed me with a grievous cursing in the day when I went to Maḥanayim. But he came down to meet me at the Yardĕn, and I swore to him by יהוה, saying, ‘I shall not put you to death with the sword.’ (1Ki 2:9) “And now, do not leave him unpunished, for you are a wise man and know what you should do to him, and shall bring his grey hair down to the grave with blood.” (1Ki 2:10) And Dawiḏ slept with his fathers, and was buried in the City of Dawiḏ. (1Ki 2:11) And the days that Dawiḏ reigned over Yisra’ĕl was forty years. He reigned seven years in Ḥeḇron, and in Yerushalayim he reigned thirty-three years. (1Ki 2:12) And Shelomoh sat on the throne of his father Dawiḏ. And his reign was firmly established.

(1Pe 1:3) Blessed be the Elohim and Father of our Master יהושע Messiah, who according to His great compassion has caused us to be born again to a living expectation through the resurrection of יהושע Messiah from the dead, (1Pe 1:4) to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and unfading, having been kept in the heavens for you, (1Pe 1:5) who are protected by the power of Elohim through belief, for a deliverance ready to be revealed in the last time, (1Pe 1:6) in which you exult, even though for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by manifold trials, (1Pe 1:7) in order that the proving of your belief – much more precious than gold that perishes, and proven by fire – might be found to result in praise and respect and esteem at the revelation of יהושע Messiah, (1Pe 1:8) whom having not seen, you love; in whom you exult with unspeakable and esteemed joy, yet not seeing, but believing, (1Pe 1:9) obtaining the goal of your belief: a deliverance of lives. (1Pe 1:10) Concerning this deliverance the prophets have sought out and searched out, prophesying concerning the favor for you, (1Pe 1:11) searching to know what, or what sort of time, the Spirit which was in them was pointing out concerning Messiah, when it was bearing witness beforehand the sufferings of Messiah, and the esteems that would follow, (1Pe 1:12) to whom it was revealed that they were serving, not themselves, but you, in these matters which now have been announced to you through those who brought the Good News to you by the Set-apart Spirit sent from heaven – into which messengers long to look into.

Are we good and fertile ground or do we reject his commands for our traditions?

(Mar 4:1) And He began to teach again by the sea, and a large crowd was gathered to Him, so that He entered into a boat, to sit in the sea. And the entire crowd was on the land facing the sea. (Mar 4:2) And He taught them much in parables, and said to them in His teaching: (Mar 4:3) “Listen! See, a sower went out to sow.1 Footnote: 1Mt.13. (Mar 4:4) “And it came to be, as he sowed, some fell by the wayside, and the birds of the heaven came and devoured it. (Mar 4:5) “And other fell on rocky places, where it had not much soil. And immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of soil. (Mar 4:6) “But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered away. (Mar 4:7) “And other fell among thorns. And the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. (Mar 4:8) “And other fell on good soil and yielded a crop that came up, grew and yielded a crop, some thirtyfold and some sixty and some a hundred.” (Mar 4:9) And He said to them, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear!” (Mar 4:10) And when He was alone, those about Him, with the twelve, asked Him about the parable. (Mar 4:11) And He said to them, “To you it has been given to know the secret of the reign of Elohim, but to those who are outside, all are done in parables, (Mar 4:12) so that ‘seeing they see but do not perceive, and hearing they hear but do not understand, lest they should turn and their sins be forgiven them.’ ”1 Footnote: 1Mt.13:15. (Mar 4:13) And He said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then shall you understand all the parables? (Mar 4:14) “The sower sows the word. (Mar 4:15) “These, then, are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. And when they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts. (Mar 4:16) “And likewise these are the ones sown on rocky places, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy, (Mar 4:17) and they have no root in themselves, but are short-lived. Then when pressure or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they stumble. (Mar 4:18) And others are those sown among thorns, these are they who hear the word, (Mar 4:19) and the worries of this age, and the deceit of riches, and the desires for other matters, entering in, choke the word, and it becomes fruitless. (Mar 4:20) And those sown on good soil are those who hear the word, and accept it, and bear fruit, some thirtyfold, and some sixty, and some a hundred.(Mar 4:21) And He said to them, “Would a lamp be brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Is it not to be put on a lamp stand? (Mar 4:22) “For whatever is hidden shall be revealed, and whatever has been kept secret, shall come to light.1 Footnote: 1Lk. 8:17. (Mar 4:23) If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear.” (Mar 4:24) And He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With the same measure you use, it shall be measured to you, and more shall be added to you who hear. (Mar 4:25) “For whoever possesses, to him more shall be given; but whoever does not possess, even what he possesses shall be taken away from him.1 Footnote: 1Lk. 8:18.

Kingdom of YHWH

(Mar 4:26) And He said, “The reign of Elohim is as when a man scatters seed on the ground, (Mar 4:27) then sleeps by night and rises by day, while the seed sprouts and grows, he himself does not know how. (Mar 4:28) “For the soil yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the completed grain in the head. (Mar 4:29) “And when the crop is ready, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.” (Mar 4:30) And He said, “To what shall we compare the reign of Elohim? Or with what parable shall we present it? (Mar 4:31) “Like a mustard seed, which when it is sown on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth, (Mar 4:32) and when it is sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all plants, and forms large branches, so that the birds of the heaven are able to nest under its shade.” (Mar 4:33) And with many such parables He was speaking to them the word as they were able to hear, (Mar 4:34) and He was not speaking to them without parables. And when they were alone, He explained all to His taught ones. (Mar 4:35) And on the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us pass over to the other side.” (Mar 4:36) And having left the crowd, they took Him along in the boat, as He was. And other little boats were also with Him. (Mar 4:37) And there came a great windstorm, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already being filled. (Mar 4:38) And He was in the stern, asleep on a cushion. And they woke Him up and said to Him, “Teacher, is it no concern to you that we perish?” (Mar 4:39) And having been awakened He rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. (Mar 4:40) And He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you not yet belief?” (Mar 4:41) And they feared exceedingly, and asked each other, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!”

(Mar 5:1) And they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gaḏarenes. (Mar 5:2) And when He came out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, (Mar 5:3) who had his dwelling among the tombs. And no one was able to bind him, not even with chains, (Mar 5:4) because he had often been bound with shackles and chains but the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces, and no one was able to tame him. (Mar 5:5) And continually, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones. (Mar 5:6) And seeing יהושע from a distance, he ran and bowed down to Him, (Mar 5:7) and having called out with a loud voice, said, “What have I to do with you, יהושע, Son of the Most High Ěl? Swear to Elohim not to torture me.” (Mar 5:8) For He had said to him, “Come out of the man, unclean spirit!” (Mar 5:9) And He was asking him, “What is your name?” And he answered, saying, “My name is Legion, because we are many.” (Mar 5:10) And he begged Him very much that He would not send them out of the country. (Mar 5:11) Now a great herd of pigs was there, feeding near the mountains. (Mar 5:12) And all the demons begged Him, saying, “Send us to the pigs, so that we enter into them.” (Mar 5:13) And He gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered into the pigs – they were about two thousand – and the herd rushed down the steep place into the sea, and drowned in the sea. (Mar 5:14) And those who fed the pigs fled, and reported it in the city and in the country. And they went out to see what had taken place. (Mar 5:15) So they came to יהושע, and saw the demon-possessed one, him who had the legion, sitting, and dressed, and in his right mind. And they were afraid. (Mar 5:16) And those who saw it related to them what was done to the demon-possessed one, and about the pigs. (Mar 5:17) And they began to plead with Him to leave their borders. (Mar 5:18) And as He was entering into the boat, he who had been demon-possessed begged Him that he might be with Him. (Mar 5:19) And יהושע did not allow him, but said to him, “Go home to your friends, and report to them what the Master has done for you, and how He had compassion on you.” (Mar 5:20) And he left and began to proclaim in Dekapolis all that יהושע had done for him, and all marveled. (Mar 5:21) And when יהושע had passed over again by boat to the other side, a large crowd assembled to Him, and He was by the sea. (Mar 5:22)

Do we have the sense of Yair? Will we seek the King for help and ONLY BELIEVE!

And see, one of the rulers of the congregation came, Ya’ir by name. And when he saw Him, he fell at His feet, (Mar 5:23) and begged Him strongly, saying, “My little daughter lies at the point of death. Come, lay your hands on her to heal her, and she shall live.” (Mar 5:24) And He went with him. And a large crowd was following Him, and they were thronging Him. (Mar 5:25) And a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, (Mar 5:26) and had suffered much from many physicians, and spent all that she had and was no better, but rather became worse. (Mar 5:27) Having heard about יהושע, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment, (Mar 5:28) for she said, “If I only touch His garments, I shall be made well.” (Mar 5:29) And immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. (Mar 5:30) And immediately יהושע, knowing in Him that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?” (Mar 5:31) And His taught ones said to Him, “You see the crowd is thronging you, and you say, ‘Who touched me?’ ” (Mar 5:32) And He was looking around to see her who did this. (Mar 5:33) And the woman, fearing and trembling, knowing what was done to her, came and fell down before Him and spoke to Him all the truth. (Mar 5:34) And He said to her, “Daughter, your belief (faith-trust) has healed you. Go in peace, and be relieved from your affliction.”

The test/trial is coming- Yahshua warns us- FEAR NOT--ONLY BELIVE!

(Mar 5:35) As He was speaking, they came from the ruler of the congregation’s house, saying to him, “Your daughter is dead. Why trouble the Teacher any further?” (Mar 5:36) Having heard the word that was spoken, יהושע said to the ruler of the congregation, “Do not be afraid – only believe.” (Mar 5:37) And He allowed no one to follow Him except Kĕpha, and Yaʽaqoḇ, and Yoḥanan the brother of Yaʽaqoḇ. (Mar 5:38) So they came to the house of the ruler of the congregation, and saw a commotion, and much weeping and lamenting. (Mar 5:39) And coming in He said to them, “Why make this commotion and weep? The child has not died, but is sleeping.” (Mar 5:40) And they were laughing at Him. And when He had put them all out, He took the father and the mother of the child, and those who were with Him, and went in where the child was lying. (Mar 5:41) And taking the child by the hand He said to her, “Talitha, qumi,” which is translated, “Little girl, I say to you, arise.” (Mar 5:42) And immediately the girl rose up and was walking, for she was twelve years old. And they were completely astonished. (Mar 5:43) But He ordered them many times that no one should know it, and said that she should be given food to eat.

May YHWH grant you peace, wisdom, understanding and provision to do His work on the earth. Let’s be about our Father’s business and produce fruit that will remain. (Luke 2:49) And he said unto them, “How is it that ye sought me? Did ye not know that I must be about my Father's business?”

(John 15:2) Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. (John 15:3) Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. (John 15:4) Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. (John 15:5) I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. (John 15:6) If a man abides not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. (John 15:7) If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. (John 15:8) Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples. (John 15:9) As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. (John 15:10) If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. (John 15:11) These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Shalom to your home loved one, (You are much loved and appreciated!)
