Why are we on a
different schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox? For
me it is about restoration of all things- explanation continued at end of this
week’s study!
Consider
the prophet Jeremiah’s warning to us that there will be much we must now repent
of (This agrees with Yahshua comparing John the Baptist (Who taught REPENT!) to
Elijah which must come first before the Great and Terrible Day of the LORD):
(Jeremiah 16:19) O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my
refuge in the day of affliction, (Day of the Lord or Judgment Day at a future
day most likely in our day and possibly very soon) the Gentiles (Scattered sheep of Israel as you could not
distinguish us from the pagans and heathen because we kept all the pagan feasts
and just renamed them to say we are now glorifying our Elohim with them)
shall come unto thee from the ends of the earth, and shall say, surely our fathers have inherited lies,
vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
Loved One it is time
to take a closer (Inspection) look
at our traditions we have inherited. We must now become TRUTH SEARCHERS and
doers of the Word! Too many believers
have readily believed the lie that the LAW (In Hebrew Torah- meaning
INSTRUCTIONS) is done away with and nailed to the cross. NOT SO, what was
nailed to the cross was the judgments due the ordinances-- Colossians 2:13
And you, being dead in your trespasses 1
and the un-circumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him,
having forgiven you all trespasses, Footnote: 1 Ephesians
2:1. Colossians 2:14 having blotted out the certificate of debt against us –
by the dogmas – which stood against us. And He has taken it out of the way,
having nailed it to the stake.
Can we see that the Law is
not nailed but the requirements of a debt certificate?
Also Yahshua tells us WHEN The Law or Torah- Instructions IS ALL
FULFILED:
Matthew
5:17 "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the
Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. Matthew 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and
earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. Matthew 5:19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these
commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of
heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
So our question is answered
when Heaven and earth passes away the Law is fulfilled- so let’s look and see
when that happens.
Revelation 20:10 the devil, who
deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and
the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever
and ever. Revelation 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it,
from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no
place for them.
And further…
Revelation 21:1 And I saw a renewed
heaven and a renewed earth, for the former heaven and the
former earth had passed away, and the sea is no more. Revelation 21:2 And I,
Yoḥanan, saw the
set-apart city, renewed Yerushalayim, coming down out of the heaven from
Elohim, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
Some of us in the past may have believed that
believers get “raptured” before any trouble starts which is untrue- the
changing in the twinkling of an eye happens at the LAST TRUMP- and
knowing the Moedim (Appointments or
Feasts- Holy Days set by YHWH) or shadow pictures of what is to come- which
are the very appointments YHWH has set; we know Hebraically that there are only
10 days left in the Great Tribulation at the point of the Last Trump (Feast of Trumpets which is the Hebrew
idiom object of “no man knows the day or hour”) before Judgment Day or also
called the Day of Atonement for us who have repented and received atonement
from Yahshua. Some of us have also been taught that we are gone and that the Great
Tribulation is only for the Jews. Sorry, that’s untrue also; it is JACOB’S
TROUBLE; which if we are grafted in believers as followers of Messiah Yahshua (Jesus) then we are part of the heirs of
the promises of Abraham and are part of the 12 sons’ tribes called Israel or
Jacob.
Most of us realize that the letter “J” was
the most recent letter added to the English language, sometime around the late
1500’s or early 1600’s. Most of us know the English rendition of HalleluYAH is
still pronounced Yah. (Spelled in
English- Hallelujah) Yah is the
shortened form of the Hebrew Tetragrammaton (Name of Elohim our Creator) YHVH
or also written as YHWH for the sound of Yahweh or Yahuway. Most of us
realize that we are not yet in the
Great Tribulation which is only 42 months because it is time, times, and a half
time or 1 year plus 2 years plus ½ year as Daniel stated. (The 7 years is likened to the 7 years each of famine/good that Joseph
was a shadow picture by gathering the 12 brothers as likened to Yahshua coming
for us- the lost sheep of Israel; gathered to Yahshua by the process of being
“Born Again”) The 7 years of good years and the last 7 years of bad years
we are now likely in the midst of. We are NOT YET in the final 31/2 years of
Great Tribulation due to this Scripture promise which guarantees a great
falling away and the man of lawlessness
(breaking YHWH’S laws) or the son of perdition, the anti-messiah or
anti-christ which will command us to worship him and the false prophet
which will agree with him- (Head of the
world religion which will likely be the last Pope- Francis?) This man must
be revealed (not speculation) first
before the Great Tribulation starts-
Let’s look at why the Great Tribulation
has NOT YET started: 2
Thessalonians 2:1 As to the
coming of our Master יהושע Messiah and our gathering together to Him,
we ask you, brothers, 2 Thessalonians 2:2 not
to become easily unsettled in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or
by letter, as if from us, as if the day of יהוה
has come. 2 Thessalonians 2:1 As
to the coming of our Master יהושע Messiah and
our gathering together to Him, we ask you, brothers, 2 Thessalonians 2:2 not to become easily unsettled in mind or
troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as if the
day of יהוה has come.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 let no one deceive
you in any way, because the falling away is to come first, and the man of lawlessness1
is to be revealed, the son of destruction, Footnote: 1
Some texts read sin instead of lawlessness.
This man might be
the same one we read of in the prophecy in Isa. 14:12 – Hĕlĕl (“Heileil”),
meaning “the shining one,” the sovereign of Baḇel. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 who
opposes and exalts himself above all that is called Elohim or that is worshiped,
so that he sits as Elohim in the Dwelling Place of Elohim, showing himself that
he is Elohim. 2 Thessalonians 2:5 Do you not
remember that I told you this while I was still with you? 2 Thessalonians 2:6And now you know what restrains,
for him to be revealed in his time. 2 Thessalonians
2:7For the secret of lawlessness is already at work – only until he who
now restrains comes out of the midst. 2 Thessalonians
2:8 And then the lawless one
shall be revealed, whom the Master shall consume with the Spirit of His mouth
and bring to naught with the manifestation of His coming. 2 Thessalonians 2:9 the coming of the lawless one
is according to the working of Satan, with all power and signs and wonders of
falsehood, 2 Thessalonians 2:10 and with all
deceit of unrighteousness in those perishing, because they did not receive the
love of the truth, in order for them to be saved. 2 Thessalonians
2:11 and
for this reason Elohim sends them a working of delusion, for them to believe
the falsehood, 1 Footnote: 1 Ezekiel 20:25, John 9:39, John 12:40,
Acts 7:42, Romans 1:24-28. 2 Thessalonians 2:12
in order that all should be judged who did not believe the truth, but have
delighted in the unrighteousness.
Truth searcher; I have often reminded
myself; if we find ourselves anxious seeing today’s world events; perhaps we
need to spend more time in the Scriptures getting to know our loving Creator more
intimately; He who has ALL power and laughs at the wicked men raging against
Him- He holds them in derision- not us who love Him and want to obey Him- Our eyes are focused on Him! (Philippians
4:6)
Do not worry (or be
anxious) at all, but in every matter, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests
be made known to Elohim. (Philippians 4:7) And the peace of Elohim, which surpasses all
understanding, shall guard your hearts and minds through Messiah יהושע. (Philippians 4:8) For the rest, brothers, whatever is true,
whatever is noble, whatever is righteous, whatever is clean, whatever is lovely,
whatever is of good report, if there is any uprightness and if there is any
praise – think on these. (Philippians 4:9) And what you have learned and received and
heard and saw in me, practice these, and the Elohim of peace shall be with you.
Remember
with me that faith without action is dead and likened to the body without the
spirit man in it. It is still faith but can produce NOTHING as the body will
return to the dirt from which it came and also produce NOTHING! (James 2:23) And
the Scripture was filled which says, “Aḇraham believed Elohim, and it
was reckoned to him for righteousness.” And he was called, “Elohim’s friend.” (James 2:24)
You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by belief
alone. (James 2:25) In the same way, was not Raḥaḇ the whore
also declared right by works when she received the messengers and sent them out
another way? (James 2:26) For
as the body without the spirit is dead, so also the belief (faith trust) is dead without the works.
Just as faith without action is dead and
can produce nothing, so will our words of “evil report- or facts” cancel our
promise from the word of promise; which guarantees
our right to receive because Yahweh is not a man that He should lie- He is the
TRUTH! You know that protocol in our approaching the Creator is a pure
heart- that is we MUST FORGIVE others to be forgiven. What we say is of vast
importance we must be doers of the word (Action) as stated above. Mark 11:23 “For truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be
removed and be thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes
that what he says, shall be done, he shall
have whatever he says. Mark 11:24
“Because of this I say to you, whatever you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and
you shall have them. Mark 11:25 “And whenever you
stand praying, if you hold whatever against anyone, forgive, so that your
Father in the heavens shall also forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:26 “But if you do not forgive, neither shall your Father in
the heavens forgive your trespasses.”
Most of us have become aware of many probable
uses of the endless spraying of chemicals in our skies. (In addition to the obvious sickness and diseases toward world
population reduction of Agenda 21) Most of you know that have done any
investigation, that they (chemtrails
sprayed nightly nearly worldwide) are filled with NANO PARTICLES (so small it enters your skin and blood
stream upon contact) particles of aluminum, barium, strontium, uranium, (heavy metals with the ability to carry
radioactive isotopes). Added to this array of poisons are bacteria (morgellans and unknown diseases), fungus,
and molds. Now here is what I have recently been told by a trusted source. These
radioactive isotopes allow you to be tracked and found anywhere, but even more
important is they will be able to attract you in a “feeling” way- much like a
magnet. When project BLUEBEAM with lifelike holograms is used portraying the Messiah or “God” speaking
from the heavens- many will believe and FALL AWAY from the TRUTH. They indeed
will be able to “feel” a connection. Obviously, colonics and chelation that
flush and cleanse the body from these metals and poisons will be very important
indeed. The Body of Messiah must awake
from her slumber because the DAY is far spent. Remember- whoever calls
on the name of YHWH (Yahweh, Yahuah, Yahuwah, Yahshua etc.) WILL
BE DELIVERED! I realize as my dear friend Reg in South Africa said (I’m paraphrasing), we do what we know
to do and as we are led, but it is not likely we will HEAR from Heaven always
so clearly about every small step we must take. “We should be led by His peace, but He did give us a brain and He
expects us to use it, otherwise He would have only given us EARS!” I smile every time I remember this
conversation with him because he has a heart of gold and is a master with
words- and he has the unusual ability to cut the chase and bluntly tell you
truth!
Framing our world by HIS
spoken word!
Psalm 119:89 LAMED. Forever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. No one is arguing with YHWH in Heaven, the
thing we (you and I) must enforce is
His word by speaking agreement with His promises in the earth; where hasatan is
ruling the masses.
We must focus our attention on Him
and His promises- not on the facts we may be experiencing. He has destroyed the
works of hell and therefore we can overcome the plans of hell, the giants and
overwhelming obstacles and still walk in victory. There may be financial
collapse, “bail ins” where the banks with 300-400 TRILLION in derivatives risk
and losses collect it from deposits and legally make the depositors now part
owners of the bank’s problems- as recently approved by the G20 (The world’s top
twenty economies).“False flags” of sorts will likely continue where we may see massive earthquakes, fallen
demonic alien looking beings and spacecraft claiming they know Yahshua
etc.; possibly a hologram by project
blue beam (You may want to Google these programs) showing Yahshua speaking
to us confirming the anti-messiah. They may create race wars with mind control
and fill up FEMA camps etc. - but Yahshua promises He will give us
words to speak and not one hair of our head will be lost:
(Luke 21:8) And He said, “See that you are not led astray, for many
shall come in My Name, saying, ‘I am,’ and, ‘The time is near.’ Then do not go
after them.” (Comment: I
believe this is how Project Bluebeam holograms will be used to deceive many-
with voices and faces along with spaceships, aliens- demonic realms etc.) (Luke 21:9) “But when you hear of fighting and unrests do not be alarmed,
for these have to take place first, but the end is not immediately.” (Luke 21:10)
Then He said to them, “Nation (race-ethnos) shall rise against nation
(race-ethnos), and reign against
reign. (Luke 21:11) “And there shall be
great earthquakes in various places, and scarcities of food and deadly
diseases. And there shall be horrors, and great signs from heaven. (Luke 21:12) “But before all this, they shall lay their hands on
you and persecute you, delivering you up to the congregations and
prisons, and be brought before sovereigns and rulers for My Name’s sake.
(Luke 21:13)
“And it shall turn out to you for a witness.
(Luke 21:14) “Therefore, resolve in
your hearts not to premeditate on what to answer. (Luke 21:15) “I shall give you a
mouth and wisdom which all your adversaries shall not be able to refute or
resist. (Luke 21:16) “And you shall also
be betrayed by parents and brothers and relatives and friends. And some of you
shall be put to death. (Luke 21:17) “And you shall be
hated by all because of My Name. (Luke 21:18) “But not a hair of your head shall be lost at all.
(Luke 21:19)
“Possess
your lives by your endurance! (Luke
21:20) “And
when you see Yerushalayim surrounded by armies, and then know that it’s lying
waste is near. (Luke 21:21) “Then let those in
Yehuḏah flee to the
mountains, and let those who are in the midst of her go out, and let not those
who are in the fields enter her.
(This
“fleeing” is likely because of the cleansing of the land 2/3 will be cut off
and die and the women ravished-raped- this is probably in reference to
Zechariah war): (Zechariah 14:2) and I shall gather all the gentiles to
battle against Yerushalayim 1. And
the city shall be taken, the houses plundered, and the women ravished. Half of
the city shall go into exile, but the remnant of the people shall not be cut
off from the city. Footnote: 1 Joel 3:2,
Zephaniah 3:8, And Revelation 16:14. (Zechariah
14:3) And יהוה shall go forth, and He shall fight against those gentiles, as
He fights in the day of battle.
If we claim to be
of Yahshua and heir to His promises to Abraham, then we MUST and WILL walk like
Yahshua did.
(1Jn 2:4) The one who says, “I know Him,” and does not guard His
commands, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. (1Jn 2:5) But whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has
been perfected1 in him. By this we know that we are in Him.2 Footnotes: 1
Genesis 17:1, Psalms. 119:1, Matthew 5:48. 2 See 3:24. (1John 2:6) The one who
says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked.
Are we willing (yet) to die to ourselves and live
in Him? It’s our call now…
(Isaiah 1:18)
“Come now, and let us reason together,” says יהוה. “Though your
sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red like
crimson, they shall be as wool. (Isaiah 1:19) “If you submit and obey (willing and obedient), you shall eat the good of the land;
(Isaiah 1:20) but if you refuse and rebel,
you shall be devoured by the sword,” the mouth of יהוה
has spoken.
Please get this into our understanding! We
must become LESS that He may become MORE of us! We get to choose for ourselves. As
we receive the engrafted Word of Life by submitting (receiving) - we become DOERS of the Word and not hearers only! We
change and become more like our King and Savior. Then we
are not so easily deceived. (James 4:7) So then subject
(Submit to His word) yourselves to Elohim. Resist the devil 1 and
he shall flee from you. Footnote: 1 Or
adversary. (James 4:8) Draw near to
Elohim and He shall draw near to you. Cleanse hands, sinners. And cleanse the
hearts, you double-minded! This shows our maturity as we yield our
tongues to the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy
Spirit) and He directs us. As He directs us more and more we can become
more assured of our destiny and purpose and FEAR NOT!
Still
got a Christmas tree- Really?? Obedience
is still better than all our sacrifices- Check out Jeremiah 10; do we want to
avoid Him rejecting us? Come out from her my people OR partake in her plagues… Jeremiah 10:1 Hear the word which יהוה speaks to you,
O house of Yisra’ĕl. Jeremiah 10:2 Thus said יהוה, “Do not learn
the way of the gentiles, 1 and do not be awed by the signs of the heavens, for the
gentiles are awed by them.2 Footnotes: 1 Leviticus 18:3, Deuteronomy 12:30
& 18:9, Ezekiel 11:12 & 20:32, Ephesians 4:17, 1 Peter 4:3. 2 Deuteronomy 4:19
& 17:3. Jeremiah 10:3 “For the
prescribed customs of these peoples are worthless, for one cuts a tree from the
forest; works for the hands of a craftsman with a cutting tool. Jeremiah 10:4 “They adorn it with silver and gold; they fasten it with
nails and hammers so that it does not topple.
Loved One do we really think we know better on how to worship Him than
He does- He instructs to worship Him by keeping His commands and Feasts- they
are now Jewish Feasts- they are FEASTS OF THE LORD.
When
we make up or add to or take away from His commands with observation of pagan
Feast Dates over what He said—how do we possibly think He likes that? Deuteronomy 4:2 “Do
not add to the Word which I command you, and do not take away from it 1, so as to guard the commands of יהוה your Elohim
which I am commanding you. Footnote: 1 See
also 12:32, Proverbs 30:6, Revelation 22:18-19.
(1 Samuel 15:22)
Then Shemu’ĕl said, “Does יהוה delight in burnt offerings and slaughtering, as in obeying the
voice of יהוה? Look, to obey is better than an
offering, to heed is better than the fat of rams. (1
Samuel 15:23) “For rebellion is
as the sin of divination (witchcraft),
and stubbornness is as wickedness and idolatry. Because you have rejected
the word of יהוה, He also does reject you as sovereign.”
Let’s
not OUR customs be worthless before Yahshua!
How
important is fleeing worthless traditions? Yahshua (Jesus) answers in our face
so to speak- He never went against His Father- that would make Him
disobedient and a sinner- He is the word, was the word, and will forever be the
word- (Yes even at Mt Sinai) Let’s not be those who worship in VAIN!
Transgressing the traditions we
inherited…we must transgress them if they are not found in Scripture.
(Matthew 15:2) “Why do your taught ones transgress the
tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when
they eat bread.” (Matthew 15:3) But He answering said to them, “Why do you also
transgress the command of Elohim 1 because of your tradition? Footnote: 1 See Matthew. 5:20. (Matthew 15:4) “Elohim has
commanded, saying, ‘Respect your father and your mother,’ and, ‘He who curses
father or mother, let him be put to death.’ (Matthew
15:5) “But
you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have
received from me has been dedicated,” (Matthew
15:6) is
certainly released from respecting his father or mother.’ So you have nullified
the command of Elohim by your tradition. (Matthew
15:7) “Hypocrites;
Yeshayahu rightly prophesied about you, saying, (Matthew
15:8) ‘This
people draw near to me with their mouth, and respect me with their lips, but
their heart is far from me. (Matthew 15:9)
‘But
in VAIN do they worship me, teaching as teachings (Doctrines) the commands of men.’ ”1 Footnote: 1 Isaiah 29:13, Mark 7:7, 2 Kings
17:19.
(Comment: vain definition is useless, worthless, pointless, barren,
fruitless- of NO value for those who believe the “LAW” is done away with
consider this warning from Proverbs:
(Proverbs 28:9) He who
turns away his ear from hearing the Torah (Law),
Even his prayer is an abomination 1.
Footnote: 1 See also 15:29, Isaiah 59:1-2,
John 9:31, 1 John 3:22.)
More information from Wikipedia: Although probably the best-known Roman
holiday, Saturnalia as a whole is not described from beginning to end in any
single ancient source. Modern understanding of the festival is pieced together
from several accounts dealing with various aspects.[4] The Saturnalia was the dramatic setting of the
multi-volume work of that name by Macrobius, a Latin writer from late antiquity who is the major source for the holiday. In one
of the interpretations in Macrobius's work, Saturnalia is a festival of light
leading to the winter
solstice, with the
abundant presence of candles symbolizing the quest for knowledge and truth.[5] The renewal of light and the coming of the New Year was celebrated in the later Roman Empire at the Dies Natalis of Sol Invictus, the "Birthday of the Unconquerable
Sun," on December 25.[6]
The
popularity of Saturnalia continued into the 3rd and 4th centuries AD, and as
the Roman Empire came under Christian rule, some of its
customs (may??) have influenced the seasonal celebrations
surrounding Christmas and the New Year.[7]
Many of us now know
that the Christmas tree spoken about below in Jeremiah 10 was the worship of
the sun god often called Saturnalia on December 17-23rd now as
Christmas on December 25th. This was the winter solstice worship of
the sun god before the procession of the equinox which gradually became
December 21st. This was considered the manhood of the sun god. The
gold and silver balls were his—umm; I’ll let you figure that one out. No wonder
He commanded us to NOT LEARN the ways of the heathens and follow after their
traditions. So today people somehow have believed that this has now become a
way to worship YHWH! Surely we don’t think this is OK because this is what it
means to us? I expect we should really consider what it means to YHWH as it is
He we will stand in front of and be judged! It is now time to repent!
(Revelation 18:1) And after this I
saw another messenger coming down from the heaven, having great authority, and
the earth was lightened from his esteem. (Revelation
18:2) And
he cried with a mighty voice, saying, “Baḇel the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling
place of demons, a haunt for every unclean spirit, and a haunt for every
unclean and hated bird, (Revelation
18:3) because all the nations have drunk of
the wine of the wrath of her whoring, and the sovereigns of the earth have
committed whoring with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich
through the power of her riotous living.” (Revelation
18:4)
And I heard another voice from the heaven saying, “Come out of her,
my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.1 Footnote: 1 Jeremiah
51:6 & 45. (Revelation 18:5) “Because her sins
have piled up to reach the heaven, and Elohim has remembered her
unrighteousnesses. (Revelation 18:6) “Render to her as
she indeed did render, and repay her double according to her works. In the cup
which she has mixed, mix for her double. (Revelation
18:7) “As
much as she esteemed herself and lived riotously, so much torture and grief
give to her, because in her heart she says, ‘I sit as sovereigness, and I am
not a widow, and I do not see mourning at all.’ (Revelation
18:8) “Because
of this her plagues shall come in one day: death and mourning and scarcity of
food. And she shall be burned up with fire, because יהוה Elohim who judges her is mighty.
Why is it vain to worship Him NOT according to how He
prescribes? Some of us thought we could worship like we thought was best or
how our fathers of the faith taught us- hmm- perhaps we are of those that
INHERITED LIES- Below He reminds us: obedience brings His miracles-
(This is written to us- the
scattered sheep of Israel that Yahshua came to restore; US- you and I who are
bought by the blood of the LAMB!)
(Jeremiah 16:19) O LORD, my strength, and my fortress, and my
refuge in the day of affliction, (Day of the Lord or Judgment Day at a future
day most likely in our day and very soon) the Gentiles (Scattered sheep of Israel as you could not
distinguish us from the pagans and heathen) shall come unto thee from the
ends of the earth, and shall say, surely
our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things
wherein there is no profit.
Here
is a foundation Scripture that Yahshua never went against- He NEVER disobeyed
His Father- He only did what He saw His Father do and spoke what His Father spoke.
That’s what mankind seems to do- get religion and start changing what He said;
by adding to and taking away from what He said- this would include adding
holidays
(holy set apart days) that He never
commanded and refusing to keep those holidays- set apart days- He does command!
(Deuteronomy 4:1) “And now, O Yisra’ĕl, listen to the laws and
the right-rulings which I am teaching you to do, so that you live, and shall go
in and possess the land which יהוה Elohim of your
fathers is giving you. (Deuteronomy 4:2) “Do not add to the Word
which I command you, and do not take away from it1, so as to
guard the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I am
commanding you. Footnote: 1See also
12:32, Prov. 30:6, Revelation. 22:18-19. (Deuteronomy
4:3) “Your eyes have seen what יהוה did at Baʽal Peʽor, for יהוה your Elohim has destroyed from your midst all the men who
followed Baʽal Peʽor. (Deuteronomy 4:4) “But you who are clinging to יהוה your Elohim are alive today, every one of you. (Deuteronomy 4:5)
“See, I have taught you laws and right-rulings, as יהוה my Elohim commanded me, to do thus in the land which you go to
possess. (Deuteronomy 4:6) “And you shall guard and do them, for this is
your wisdom and your understanding before the eyes of the peoples who hear all
these laws, and they shall say; ‘Only a wise and understanding people are this
great nation!’ (Deuteronomy 4:7) “For what great nation is there which has
Elohim so near to it, as יהוה our Elohim is to us,
whenever we call on Him? (Deuteronomy 4:8) “And what great nation is there that has such
laws and righteous right-rulings like all this Torah which I set before you
this day? (Deuteronomy 4:9) “Only, guard yourself, and guard your life
diligently, lest you forget the Words your eyes have seen, and lest they turn
aside from your heart all the days of your life. And you shall make them known
to your children and your grandchildren.
Our tongue will direct our
lives; IF we remain stubborn and not allow Him to control us- it will lead us
to our guaranteed destruction! If we submit to His
commands and words- we gain His SHALOM as He directs us, protects us, and
provides for us!
What are we speaking? What we
speak will determine our results of our efforts. We must plant good
seeds with our words; and guard against speaking the
facts. Facts may seem true, but they are not the TRUTH if they disagree with
what YHWH has spoken about us and His promises to us! (2 Corinthians 4:18) We
are not looking on what is seen, but
on what is not seen. For what is seen passes away (temporary-temporal), but what is not seen (the promise of Scripture you are standing upon and SPEAKING!) is everlasting.1 Footnote: 1 See
5:7, and Romans 8:24, Hebrews 11:1 & 13. This agrees with what
Yahshua says; that our words are spirit- if we agree with Him our words bring -
if we agree with the facts and continue to speak our woes and dilemmas- we
establish them against ourselves to hasatan’s glee! (John 6:63) It is the spirit that
gives life; the flesh profits nothing: the words that I have spoken to you are
spirit, and life. (John 6:64) But there are some of
you that believe not. For Yahshua (Jesus)
knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who it was that
should betray him.
Let’s memorize some Scriptures and speak them
over ourselves and our loved ones! I encourage you to do that as now is the
time--- We need His Shalom (Peace) NOW! FEAR NOT!
Once again--why we are on a different
schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox? For me it is
about restoration of all things- which sometimes means walking alone. I start
over annually when YHWH’s year starts over; this is not to say that I am
correct and others are wrong at all, I just happen to believe we will never
challenge our older brother Judah by following his traditions. I expect he will
only be moved by our obedience to YHWH’S Torah (Words of Scripture) and seeing
YHWH’s signs and wonders that follow our obedience- as this week’s Torah
portion clearly portrays! HalleluYAH!
Here are this Week’s Torah Scriptures: Hukkat “Ordinance”
Numbers 19:1-22:1; Judges 11:1-33; 1 Corinthians 1:18-31 (Extended)
Hey- we also should keep our temples clean- whose
Temples we are!
(Numbers 19:1) And יהוה spoke to
Mosheh and to Aharon, saying, (Numbers 19:2) “This is a law of the Torah which יהוה has commanded, saying, ‘Speak to the
children of Yisra’ĕl, that they bring you a red heifer, a perfect one, in which
there is no blemish and on which a yoke has never come. (Numbers 19:3) ‘And you
shall give it to Elʽazar the priest, and he shall bring it outside the camp,
and shall slaughter it before him. (Numbers 19:4) ‘And Elʽazar the priest shall take some of
its blood with his finger, and sprinkle some of its blood seven times toward
the front of the Tent of Meeting. (Numbers 19:5) ‘And the heifer shall be burned before his
eyes – he burns its hide, and its flesh, and its blood, and its dung. (Numbers 19:6)
‘And the priest shall take cedar wood and hyssop and scarlet, and throw
them into the midst of the fire burning the heifer. (Numbers
19:7) ‘The priest shall then wash
his garments, and shall bathe his body in water, and afterward come into the
camp, but the priest is unclean until evening. (Numbers
19:8) ‘And he who is burning it
washes his garments in water, and shall bathe his body in water, and is unclean
until evening. (Numbers 19:9) ‘And a clean man shall gather up the ashes of
the heifer, and shall place them outside the camp in a clean place. And they
shall be kept for the congregation of the children of Yisra’ĕl for the water
for uncleanness, it is for cleansing from sin. (Numbers
19:10) ‘And he who gathers the
ashes of the heifer shall wash his garments, and is unclean until evening. And
it shall be a law forever to the children of Yisra’ĕl and to the stranger who
sojourns in their midst. (Numbers 19:11) ‘He who touches the dead of any human being
is unclean for seven days. (Numbers 19:12) ‘He is to cleanse himself with the water on
the third day, and on the seventh day he is clean. But if he does not cleanse
himself on the third day, then on the seventh day he is not clean. (Numbers 19:13)
‘Anyone
who touches the dead of a human being, and does not cleanse himself, defiles
the Dwelling Place of יהוה; that being shall be cut off from
Yisra’ĕl. He is unclean, for the water for uncleanness was not sprinkled on
him, his uncleanness is still upon him.
(Numbers 19:14) ‘This is the Torah when a man dies in a tent:
All who come into the tent and all who are in the tent are unclean for seven
days, (Numbers 19:15) and every open vessel
which has no cover fastened on it is unclean. (Numbers
19:16) ‘Anyone in the open field
who touches someone slain by a sword or who has died, or a bone of a man, or a
grave, is unclean for seven days. (Numbers 19:17) ‘And for the unclean being they shall take
some of the ashes of the heifer burnt for cleansing from sin, and running water
shall be put on them in a vessel. (Numbers 19:18) ‘And a clean man shall take hyssop and dip it
in the water, and shall sprinkle it on the tent, and on all the vessels, and on
the beings who were there, or on the one who touched a bone, or the slain, or
the dead, or a grave. (Numbers 19:19) ‘And the clean one shall sprinkle the unclean
on the third day and on the seventh day. And on the seventh day he shall
cleanse himself, and shall wash his garments and bathe in water, and shall be
clean in the evening. (Numbers 19:20) ‘But the man who is unclean and does not cleanse himself,
that being shall be cut off from among the assembly, because he has defiled the
set-apart place of יהוה – water for uncleanness has not been sprinkled on him, he is
unclean. (Numbers
19:21) ‘And it shall be a law for
them forever. And the one who sprinkles the water for uncleanness washes his
garments. And the one who touches the water for uncleanness is unclean until
evening. (Numbers 19:22) ‘And whatever the unclean being touches is
unclean. And the being that touches it is unclean until evening.’ ”
Do we contend with Moses also? Note the humbleness of Moses and Aaron- rather than
strike back with a curse for a curse- they intercede on their faces for those
speaking against them and YHWH!
(Numbers 20:1) the
children of Yisra’ĕl, all the congregation, came into the Wilderness of Tsin in
the first month, and the people stayed in Qaḏĕsh.
And Miryam died there and was buried there. (Numbers
20:2) Now there was no water for
the congregation and they assembled against Mosheh and against Aharon. (Numbers 20:3)
And the people contended with Mosheh and spoke, saying, “If only we had
died when our brothers died before יהוה! (Numbers 20:4)
“Why have you brought up the assembly of יהוה
into this wilderness, that we and our livestock should die here? (Numbers 20:5)
“And why have you brought us up out of Mitsrayim, to bring us to this
evil place? – not a place of grain or figs or vines or pomegranates, and there
is no water to drink.” (Numbers 20:6) Then Mosheh and Aharon went from the presence of the
assembly to the door of the Tent of Meeting, and they fell on their faces. And
the esteem of יהוה appeared to them.
Please realize the
“ROCK” represents Yahshua and can no longer be struck but spoken to! Here Moses
makes a fatal error in his anger and frustration—we fight the good fight of FAITH and TRUST by what we
SPEAK! (2
Corinthians 4:13) But having the same spirit of belief,
according to what has been written, “I believed, therefore I
spoke,” we also believe, therefore we also speak, (2 Corinthians 4:14)
knowing that He who raised up the Master יהושע shall also
raise us up through יהושע, and shall present us
with you. (1Ti 6:11) But
you, O man of Elohim, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, reverence,
belief, love, endurance, meekness. (1Ti 6:12) Fight the good fight of the belief (faith-trust), lay hold on everlasting life, to which you were also
called and have confessed the good confession
before many witnesses. A
“good confession” is what we SPEAK! Disagreeing with YHWH allows
judgment and the enemy of our souls to attack us for our agreement with the
enemy. Note Aaron’s payment is with his life.
(Numbers 20:7) And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, (Numbers 20:8) “Take the rod and assemble the congregation,
you and your brother Aharon. And you shall speak to
the rock before their eyes, and it shall give its water. And you shall
bring water for them out of the rock and give drink to the congregation and
their livestock.” (Numbers 20:9) And Mosheh took the rod from before יהוה as He commanded him. (Numbers 20:10)
And Mosheh and Aharon assembled the assembly before the rock. And he
said to them, “Hear now, you rebels, shall we bring water for you out of this
rock?” (Numbers 20:11) Then Mosheh lifted his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod. And much water
came out, and the congregation and their livestock drank. (Numbers 20:12)
But יהוה spoke to Mosheh and to Aharon, “Because you did not believe me,
to set me apart in the eyes of the children of Yisra’ĕl, therefore you do not
bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.” (Numbers 20:13)
These were the waters of Meriḇah, because the children of Yisra’ĕl
contended with יהוה, and He was set apart
among them. (Numbers 20:14) And Mosheh sent messengers from Qaḏĕsh to
the sovereign of Eḏom. “This is what your brother Yisra’ĕl said, ‘you know all
the hardship that has befallen us, (Numbers 20:15)
that our fathers went down to Mitsrayim, and we dwelt in Mitsrayim a long time,
and the Mitsrites did evil to us and our fathers. (Numbers
20:16) ‘And we cried out to יהוה, and He heard our voice and sent the
Messenger and brought us up out of Mitsrayim. And see, we are in Qaḏĕsh, a
city on the edge of your border. (Numbers 20:17) ‘Please let us pass over, through your land.
We shall not pass over through fields or vineyards, nor drink water from wells;
we shall go along the sovereign’s highway. We shall not turn aside, right or
left, until we have passed over your border.’ ” (Numbers
20:18) But Eḏom said to him, “You do not pass over through me, lest I
come out against you with the sword.” (Numbers 20:19) And the children of Yisra’ĕl said to him, “We
shall go by the highway, and if I or my livestock drink any of your water, then
I shall pay for it. Let me only pass over on foot, without a word.” (Numbers 20:20)
But he said, “You do not pass over.” And Eḏom came out against them
with many men and with a strong hand. (Numbers 20:21) So when Eḏom refused to let Yisra’ĕl pass
over through his border, Yisra’ĕl turned away from him. (Numbers 20:22) And the
children of Yisra’ĕl, all the company, departed from Qaḏĕsh and came to Mount
Hor. (Numbers 20:23) and יהוה
spoke to Mosheh and to Aharon in Mount Hor near the border of the land of
Eḏom, saying, (Numbers 20:24) “Aharon is to be gathered to his people, for he is not to enter the
land which I have given to the children of Yisra’ĕl, because you rebelled
against my mouth at the water of Meriḇah. (Numbers 20:25)
“Take Aharon and Elʽazar his son, and bring them up to Mount Hor, (Numbers 20:26)
and strip Aharon of his garments and put them on Elʽazar his son, for
Aharon is to be gathered to his people and die there.” (Numbers
20:27) And Mosheh did as יהוה commanded, and they went up to Mount Hor
before the eyes of the entire congregation. (Numbers
20:28) And Mosheh stripped Aharon
of his garments and put them on Elʽazar his son. And Aharon died there on the
top of the mountain. And Mosheh and Elʽazar came down from the mountain. (Numbers 20:29)
And when the entire congregation saw that Aharon was dead, all the house
of Yisra’ĕl wept for Aharon, thirty days.
Remember the
promise in Deuteronomy- IF we obey Him what people are there that YHWH listens
to? He will hear us and destroy our enemies? Let’s agree and
DO His words! Judgment (fiery serpents) is guaranteed on us if we do not obey
Him!
(Deuteronomy 4:7) “For what great
nation is there which has Elohim so near to it, as יהוה
our Elohim is to us, whenever we call
on Him? (Deuteronomy 4:8) “And what great nation is there that has such
laws and righteous right-rulings like all this Torah which I set before you
this day? (Deuteronomy 4:9) “Only, guard yourself, and guard your life
diligently, lest you forget the Words
your eyes have seen, and lest they turn aside from your heart all the days of
your life.
(Numbers 21:1) And the sovereign of Araḏ,
the Kenaʽanite, who dwelt in the South, heard that Yisra’ĕl was coming on the
way to Atharim, and he fought against Yisra’ĕl and took some of them captive. (Numbers 21:2)
Then Yisra’ĕl made a vow to יהוה, and said, “If you deliver this people into my hand
indeed, then I shall put their cities under the ban.” (Numbers 21:3)
And יהוה listened to the voice of Yisra’ĕl and gave up the Kenaʽanites, and they put them and their
cities under the ban. So the name of that place was called Ḥormah. (Numbers 21:4)
And they departed from Mount Hor by the Way of the Sea of Reeds, to go
around the land of Eḏom. But the being of the people grew impatient because of
the way. (Numbers 21:5) And the people spoke against Elohim and
against Mosheh, “Why have you brought us up out of Mitsrayim to die in the
wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and our being loathes this light
bread.” (Numbers 21:6) And יהוה
sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people. And many of the
people of Yisra’ĕl died. (Numbers 21:7) Then the people came to Mosheh, and said, “We
have sinned, for we have spoken against יהוה
and against you. Pray to יהוה to take away the
serpents from us.” So Mosheh prayed on behalf of the people. (Numbers 21:8)
And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Make a fiery serpent, and
set it on a pole. And it shall be that everyone who is bitten, when he looks at
it, shall live.” (Numbers 21:9) So Mosheh made a bronze serpent, and put it
on a pole. And it came to be, if a serpent had bitten anyone, when he looked at
the bronze serpent, he lived. (Numbers 21:10) And the children of Yisra’ĕl set out and
camped in Oḇoth. (Numbers 21:11) And they departed from Oḇoth and camped at
Iyĕ Ha-Aḇarim, in the wilderness which is east of Mo’aḇ, toward sunrise. (Numbers 21:12)
>From there they set out and camped at the wadi Zereḏ. (Numbers 21:13)
>From there they set out and camped on the other side of the Arnon, which
is in the wilderness that extends from the border of the Amorites, for the
Arnon is the border of Mo’aḇ, between Mo’aḇ and the Amorites. (Numbers 21:14)
Therefore it is said in the Book of the Battles of יהוה, “Wahĕḇ in Suphah, the wadi Arnon, (Numbers
21:15) and the slope of the wadi that turns aside to the dwelling of Ar,
and lies on the border of Mo’aḇ.” (Numbers 21:16) And from there on to Be’ĕr, which is the well
where יהוה said to Mosheh, “Gather the people, and
let me give them water.” (Numbers 21:17) Yisra’ĕl then sang this song: “Spring up, O
well! Sing to it, (Numbers 21:18) a well the
leaders sank, which the nobles of the people dug with their staves, by the
word of the Law-giver.” Then from the wilderness on to Matthewtanah, (Numbers 21:19) from Matthewtanah to Naḥali’ĕl, from
Naḥali’ĕl to Bamoth, (Numbers 21:20) and from
Bamoth, in the valley that is in the country of Mo’aḇ, to the top of Pisgah
which looks down on the wasteland. (Numbers 21:21) And Yisra’ĕl sent messengers to Siḥon
sovereign of the Amorites, saying, (Numbers 21:22)
“Let me pass through your
land. We shall not turn off into fields or vineyards; we shall not drink water
from wells, but go by the sovereign’s highway until we have passed over your
border.” (Numbers 21:23) But Siḥon would not allow Yisra’ĕl to pass
through his border. So Siḥon gathered all his people together and went out
against Yisra’ĕl in the wilderness, and he came to Yahats and fought against
Yisra’ĕl. (Numbers 21:24) And Yisra’ĕl smote him with the edge of the
sword, and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Yabboq, as far as
the children of Ammon, for the border of the children of Ammon was strong. (Numbers 21:25)
And Yisra’ĕl took all these cities, and Yisra’ĕl dwelt in all the cities
of the Amorites – in Ḥeshbon and in all its villages, (Numbers
21:26) for Ḥeshbon was the city of Siḥon the sovereign of the
Amorites, who had fought against the former sovereign of Mo’aḇ, and had taken
all his land from his hand as far as the Arnon. (Numbers
21:27) That is why those who
speak in proverbs say, “Come to Ḥeshbon, let the city of Siḥon be built and
established. (Numbers 21:28) “For fire went out from Ḥeshbon, a flame
from the city of Siḥon. It consumed Ar of Mo’aḇ, the masters of the heights
of the Arnon. (Numbers 21:29) “Woe to you, Mo’aḇ! You have perished, O people of Kemosh! He has
given his sons as fugitives, and his daughters into captivity, to Siḥon the
sovereign of the Amorites. (Numbers 21:30) “Then we shot them – Ḥeshbon has perished as
far as Diḇon. And we laid waste as far as Nophaḥ, which reaches to
Mĕyḏeḇa.” (Numbers 21:31) So Yisra’ĕl dwelt in the land of the
Amorites. (Numbers 21:32) And Mosheh sent to spy out Yaʽzĕr. And they
took its villages and drove out the Amorites who were there, (Numbers 21:33) and turned and went up by the way to
Bashan. And Oḡ sovereign of Bashan went out against them, he and all his
people, to battle at Eḏreʽi. (Numbers 21:34) and
יהוה said to Mosheh, “Do not fear him, for I have given him into your hand, with all his
people and his land. And you shall do to him as you did to Siḥon sovereign of
the Amorites, who dwelt at Ḥeshbon.” (Numbers
21:35) And they smote him, and
his sons, and all his people, until no remnant was left to him. And they took
possession of his land. (Numbers
22:1)
The children of Yisra’ĕl set out and camped in the desert plains of
Mo’aḇ beyond the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo.
Where we come from does
not determine our direction and YHWH’s plans for us! Often our
hardships and obstacle develop us and our character. Why you may ask. We run to
YHWH when hasatan attack us- this brings us Yahshua’s victory and shalom.
(Judges 11:1) And Yiphtaḥ
the Gilʽaḏite was a mighty brave one, but he was the son of a whore. And
Gilʽaḏ brought forth Yiphtaḥ. (Judges 11:2) And the wife of Gilʽaḏ bore sons. And when
his wife’s sons grew up, they drove Yiphtaḥ out, and said to him, “You shall
not have an inheritance in the house of our father, for you are the son of
another woman.” (Judges 11:3) And Yiphtaḥ fled from his brothers and dwelt
in the land of Toḇ. And worthless men banded together with Yiphtaḥ and went
out with him. (Judges 11:4) And it came to be, sometime later, that the
children of Ammon fought against Yisra’ĕl. (Judges
11:5) And it came to be, when the
children of Ammon fought against Yisra’ĕl, that the elders of Gilʽaḏ went to
bring Yiphtaḥ out of the land of Toḇ. (Judges 11:6) And they said to Yiphtaḥ, “Come and you
shall be our commander, and let us fight against the children of Ammon.” (Judges 11:7)
But Yiphtaḥ said to the elders of Gilʽaḏ, “Did you not hate me, and
drive me from my father’s house? Why have you come to me now when you are in
trouble?” (Judges 11:8) And the elders of Gilʽaḏ said to Yiphtaḥ,
“That is the reason we have turned to you, that you shall go with us and fight
against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of
Gilʽaḏ.” (Judges 11:9) And Yiphtaḥ said to the elders of Gilʽaḏ, “If you take me back home to
fight against the children of Ammon, and יהוה gives
them to me, am I to be your head?” (Judges 11:10)
And the elders of Gilʽaḏ said to Yiphtaḥ, “יהוה is witness between us, if we do not do
according to your words.” (Judges 11:11) Then Yiphtaḥ went with the elders of
Gilʽaḏ, and the people set him over them, as head and commander. And Yiphtaḥ
spoke all his words before יהוה in Mitspah. (Judges 11:12)
And Yiphtaḥ sent messengers to the sovereign of the children of Ammon,
saying, “What is between you and me that you have come to fight against me in
my land?” (Judges 11:13) And the sovereign of the children of Ammon
said to the messengers of Yiphtaḥ, “Because Yisra’ĕl took my land when they
came up out of Mitsrayim, from the Arnon as far as the Yabboq, and to the
Yardĕn. And now, give back those lands in peace.” (Judges
11:14) But Yiphtaḥ again sent
messengers to the sovereign of the children of Ammon, (Judges
11:15) and said to him, “This is what Yiphtaḥ said, ‘Yisra’ĕl did not
take the land of Mo’aḇ, nor the land of the children of Ammon. (Judges 11:16)
‘For when they came up from Mitsrayim, and Yisra’ĕl walked through the
wilderness as far as the Sea of Reeds and came to Qaḏĕsh, (Judges 11:17)
then Yisra’ĕl sent messengers to the sovereign of Eḏom, saying, “Please
let me pass over, through your land.” But the sovereign of Eḏom would not
listen. And they also sent to the sovereign of Mo’aḇ, but he refused, so
Yisra’ĕl stayed at Qaḏĕsh. (Judges 11:18) ‘Then they went through the wilderness and
around the land of Eḏom and the land of Mo’aḇ, and came to the east side of
the land of Mo’aḇ, and encamped beyond Arnon. But they did not enter the
border of Mo’aḇ, for Arnon was the border of Mo’aḇ. (Judges
11:19) ‘And Yisra’ĕl sent
messengers to Siḥon sovereign of the Amorites, sovereign of Ḥeshbon, and
Yisra’ĕl said to him, “Please let us pass over, through your land into our
place.” (Judges 11:20) ‘But Siḥon did not trust Yisra’ĕl to pass
over through his border, and Siḥon gathered all his people together and they
encamped in Yahats, and fought against Yisra’ĕl. (Judges
11:21) ‘And יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl gave Siḥon and all his people into the hand
of Yisra’ĕl and they smote them. So Yisra’ĕl took possession of all the land of
the Amorites, the inhabitants of that land. (Judges
11:22) ‘Thus they took possession
of all the border of the Amorites, from Arnon to the Yabboq and from the
wilderness to the Yardĕn. (Judges 11:23) ‘And
now, יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl has driven out the
Amorites from before His people Yisra’ĕl, should you then possess it? (Judges 11:24)
‘Whatever Kemosh your mighty one gives you to possess, do you not
possess it? And all that which יהוה our Elohim takes
possession of before us, we possess. (Judges 11:25) ‘And now are you any better than Balaq son of
Tsippor, sovereign of Mo’aḇ? Did he ever strive against Yisra’ĕl? Did he ever
fight against them? (Judges 11:26) ‘While Yisra’ĕl dwelt in Ḥeshbon and its
villages, and in Aroʽĕr and its villages, and in all the cities along the banks
of Arnon, for three hundred years, why did you not recover them within that
time? (Judges 11:27) ‘So I have not sinned against you, but you are doing me evil by
fighting against me. Let יהוה the Judge, judge
today between the children of Yisra’ĕl and the children of Ammon.’ ” (Judges 11:28) But the sovereign of the children
of Ammon did not listen to the words which Yiphtaḥ sent him. (Judges 11:29)
And the Spirit of יהוה came upon Yiphtaḥ, and he passed through
Gilʽaḏ and Menashsheh, and passed through Mitspeh of Gilʽaḏ. And from Mitspeh
of Gilʽaḏ he passed on toward the children of Ammon. (Judges 11:30)
And Yiphtaḥ made a vow to יהוה,
and said, “If You give the children of Ammon into my hands, (Judges 11:31) then it shall be that whatever comes
out of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the
children of Ammon, shall belong to יהוה,
and I shall offer it up as a burnt offering.” (Judges
11:32) Yiphtaḥ then passed on
toward the children of Ammon to fight against them, and יהוה
gave them into his hands. (Judges 11:33) And he smote them from Aroʽĕr as far as
Minnith, twenty cities, and to Aḇĕl Keramim, with a very great slaughter. Thus the children of Ammon were humbled before the
children of Yisra’ĕl.
Walking by the spirit (Words of promise) seems foolish to those who walk by the facts or flesh realm- but to us who believe (walking by faith and trust) - His words are the power to change
the temporal facts and overcome the adversary! His words are our POWER to
overcome!
(1 Corinthians 1:18) For the word of the stake is indeed foolishness to
those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of
Elohim. (1 Corinthians 1:19) It has been written, “I shall destroy the
wisdom of the wise, and set aside the learning of the learned ones.”1 Footnote: 1Isa.
29:14, Mt. 11:25, Rom. 1:22. (1 Corinthians 1:20)
Where is the wise? Where is the scholar? Where is the debater of this
age? Has not Elohim made foolish the wisdom of this world? (1 Corinthians 1:21)
Since, in the
wisdom of Elohim, the world through wisdom did not know Elohim, it pleased
Elohim through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe.
(1 Corinthians 1:22) And since Yehuḏim
ask a sign, and Greeks seek wisdom, (1 Corinthians
1:23) yet we proclaim Messiah impaled, to the Yehuḏim a stumbling-block
and to the Greeks foolishness, (1 Corinthians 1:24)
but to those who are called – both Yehuḏim and Greeks – Messiah the power of Elohim and the wisdom of Elohim. (1 Corinthians 1:25)
The foolishness of Elohim is wiser than men, and the weakness of Elohim
is stronger than men. (1 Corinthians 1:26) For look at your calling, brothers, that
there were not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many
noble. (1 Corinthians 1:27) But Elohim has chosen the foolish matters
of the world to put to shame the wise, and Elohim has chosen the weak of the
world to put to shame the strong. (1 Corinthians 1:28) And Elohim has chosen the low-born (yes even of a whore) of the world and
the despised, and the ones that are not, that He might bring to naught the ones
that are, (1 Corinthians 1:29) so that no flesh should boast in His presence. (1 Corinthians 1:30)
And of Him you are in Messiah יהושע, who became
for us wisdom from Elohim, righteousness also, and set-apartness and
redemption, (1 Corinthians 1:31) that, as it
has been written, “He who boasts, let him boast in יהוה.”
My
prayer
for you loved one; and all your loved ones- is that you and I turn our
whole hearts and OBEYING Him- that we be willing to lose everything
except
Him. The cost will likely be high in loss of stature, friends, family
etc.; but
I pray we will be willing to COME OUT OF HER (Vain traditions) and NOT
partake
of her plagues which will come upon her in one hour and burn her with
fire. (Matthew 10:33) “But whoever
shall deny me before men, him I shall also deny before My Father who is in the
heavens. (Matthew 10:34) “Do not think that I
have come to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword, 1 Footnote: 1 In
Luke 12:51 the word “division” is used, while “sword” has the same meaning
here. (Matthew 10:35) for I have come to bring division, a man against his father,
a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law –
(Matthew 10:36) and a
man’s enemies are those of his own household.1 Footnote: 1 Luke
12:53, Micah 7:6. (Matthew 10:37) “He who loves father or mother more than me is not worthy
of me, and he who loves son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.1 Footnote: 1
See 19:29, Luke 14:26. (Matthew 10:38)
“And he who does
not take up his stake and follow after me is not worthy of me.
(Matthew 10:39) “He who has found his life shall lose it, and
he that has lost his life for my sake shall find it. (Matthew 10:40)
“He who
receives you receives me, and he who receives me receives Him who sent me.
I also pray
we change all of our boasting in ourselves to boasting in Him- His love, mercy,
and great power for us who believe! That we think on Him and His precious
promises and turn away from the facts and the apparent GIANTS in the land! That
we walk in kindness and offer a blessing for a curse, and pray for those that
do all manner of evil against us- this is pleasing to the Father- that we
produce much fruit that remains! Also; that we speak agreement with His
promises in spite of the obvious facts. I pray also that YOU PRAY AGREEMENT
with us that we; you and us- are made worthy to escape and endure and STAND at
His appearing- unashamed! Thanks
again for taking a moment to pray- first to gain His wisdom and afterwards
that He directs our footsteps and empowers us to produce fruit that remains
which glorifies our Father in Heaven! I know this prayer action will be
immediately returned to you- some 30, some 60, and some 100 fold! Hallelu-YAH!
Shalom to your
home loved one,
Thurston

explanation of the Torah Cycle restart at beginning of months… It is about YHWH restoring all things which
sometimes means we are walking alone. I start over annually when YHWH’s year
starts over; this is not to say that I am correct and others are wrong, I just
happen to believe we will never challenge our older brother Judah by following
his traditions. I expect Judah will be moved by our obedience to His Torah
(Words of Scripture) and seeing YHWH’s signs and wonders following our
obedience- Does the statement above mean we are not to grab the tzitzit of
Yehuda and take hold and learn from them? Of
course not, we absolutely should learn of them and from them- just not
ingest and keep that which is traditions that go against His words! Especially
since we are the ten (Ten
scattered northern tribes scattered for Easter and sun god day worship which
parallels closely as a pig slop eating prodigal brother)
Let’s look; (Zechariah 8:22) ‘And many peoples and strong
nations shall come to seek יהוה of hosts in
Yerushalayim, and to pray before יהוה.’
(Zechariah 8:23) “Thus said יהוה
of hosts, ‘In those days (Now? YES
and in the future also!) Ten men
(10 scattered northern tribes called
Ephraim and Israel) from all languages of the nations take hold, yea, they shall take hold of the edge of the
garment of a man, a Yehuḏite 1,
saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” ’ ” Footnote: 1 John 4:22.
