Again, some have asked why we are on a different schedule of the Torah Cycle than the mainstream and the Orthodox. For me it is about restoration of all things- which sometimes means walking alone. I start over annually when YHWH’s year starts over; this is not to say that I am correct and others are wrong, I just happen to believe we will never challenge our older brother Judah by following his traditions. I expect Judah will be moved by our obedience to His Torah (Words of Scripture) and seeing YHWH’s signs and wonders following our obedience-
Does the statement above mean we are not to grab the tzitzit of Yehuda and take hold and learn from them? Of course not, we absolutely should learn of them and from them- just not ingest and keep that which is traditions that go against His words! Especially since we are the ten (Ten scattered northern tribes scattered for Easter and sun god day worship which parallels closely as a pig slop eating prodigal brother)
Let’s look; (Zechariah 8:22) ‘And many peoples and strong nations shall come to seek יהוה of hosts in Yerushalayim, and to pray before יהוה.’ (Zechariah 8:23) “Thus said יהוה of hosts, ‘In those days (Now? YES and in the future also!) ten men from all languages of the nations take hold, yea, they shall take hold of the edge of the garment of a man, a Yehuḏite1, saying, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” ’ ” Footnote: 1John 4:22.
Here’s why we must forsake traditions that are not lined up with His Torah (Instructions- Word): Our doctrines (DOINGS) MUST line up with the word forever established in Heaven if we expect our Creator to confirm His word with signs and wonders following as also He told Jeremiah- “I am watching over my word to perform it!”—
(Jeremiah 1:11) And the word of יהוה came to me, saying, “What do you see, Yirmeyahu?” And I said, “I see a branch of an almond tree.” (Jeremiah 1:12) And יהוה said to me, “You have seen well, for I am watching over my word to do it.”
(Matthew 15:8) ‘This people draw near to me with their mouth, and respect me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. (Matthew 15:9) ‘But in vain do they worship me, teaching as teachings the commands of men.’ ”1 Footnote: 1Isa. 29:13, Mk. 7:7, 2 Ki. 17:19.
And the King James: (Mat 15:8) this people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. (Mat 15:9) But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
(Mar 7:6) He answered and said unto them, well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, this people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. (Mar 7:7) Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. (Mar 7:8) For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do (Mar 7:9) and he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.
Once again we need to remind ourselves why you and I and they are Family and as such you (we) are “Loved Ones”! I consider all “Truth Seekers” family and therefore loved ones. Once again, here’s why; (Matthew 12:46) While he yet talked to the people, behold, his mother and his brothers stood without, desiring to speak with him.(Matthew 12:47) Then one said unto him, Behold, your mother and your brothers stand without, desiring to speak with you. (Matthew 12:48) But he answered and said unto him that told him, who is my mother? And who are my brothers?
(Matthew 12:49) And he stretched forth his hand toward his disciples, and said, behold my mother and my brothers! (Matthew 12:50) For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. Understand if we are willing to humble ourselves and submit to the will of YHWH and do the Father’s will (His TORAH! /Instructions) we are Yahshua’s (Jesus’) family! How will we recognize family? FAMILY loves one another; (John 13:35) “By this shall all know that you are my taught ones, if you have love for one another.”
Today’s instruction and theme from our Creator is OUR RELATIONSHIPS and how important His best plans and desires for His greatest creation (people) are. This is why we have TORAH- most of you know that the first four of the TEN WORDS or Commandments are how our Creator wants to be loved and related to and the last six words or commandments of the TEN WORDS are how to love our neighbor (others) as ourselves. This is about relationships- whether it is between us and our Elohim and Creator or us and others. Whether it is between a man and wife, parent and child, boyfriend girlfriend, friends or even casual acquaintances! How do we treat those we love or claim to love and respect? Today we will only scrape the surface about us and our Creator.
Let’s get basic as I want us to recognize that our Creator wanted a relationship with all of us; but in our fear (still works that way today for the most part) we rejected His presence and asked to let Moses talk to us only- keep Elohim away- and later we relegated Him to a box! Guard against FEAR! The fearful are thrown into hell’s flames with the drunks, whores and sorcerers! He wants us to trust Him who has power to both kill the body and throw us into hell fires! Hasatan is only a created being allowed only to test the bride to see who she is- really- yes even in the fiery furnace- we can trust our mighty Elohim who sent Yahshua to pay the price of bitter waters and death of the whoring, adulterous bride that He may come again for a bride who makes herself READY! Hallelu-YAH!
He still desires intimacy and that comes from WILLING obedience as that is the only sacrifice that is acceptable to Him!
(Exodus 20:2) “I am יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, out of the house of slavery. (Exodus 20:3) “You have no other mighty ones against my face. (Exodus 20:4) “You do not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of that which is in the heavens above, or which is in the earth beneath, or which is in the waters under the earth, (Exodus 20:5) you do not bow down to them nor serve them.
Results guaranteed for obedience and guarding His commands- not man made ones! Note guaranteed Generational Curses or Blessings!
For I, יהוה your Elohim am a jealous Ěl, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, (Exodus 20:6) but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love me and guard my commands. (Exodus 20:7) “You do not bring1 the Name of יהוה your Elohim to naught, for יהוה does not leave the one unpunished who brings His Name to naught. Footnote: 1Or lift up, or take. (Exodus 20:8) “Remember the Sabbath day, to set it apart. (Exodus 20:9) “Six days you labor, and shall do all your work, (Exodus 20:10) but the seventh day is a Sabbath1 of יהוה your Elohim. You do not do any work – you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. Footnote: 1There are other Sabbaths, but this is the weekly Sabbath. (Exodus 20:11) “For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore יהוה blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart.
Next week we will comment briefly on loving our neighbors as ourselves!
(Exodus 20:12) “Respect your father and your mother, so that your days are prolonged upon the soil which יהוה your Elohim is giving you. (Exodus 20:13) “You do not murder. (Exodus 20:14) “You do not commit adultery. (Exodus 20:15) “You do not steal. (Exodus 20:16) “You do not bear false witness against your neighbor. (Exodus 20:17) “You do not covet your neighbor’s house; you do not covet your neighbor’s wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, or whatever belongs to your neighbor.” (Exodus 20:18) And all the people saw the thunders, the lightning flashes, the sound of the ram’s horn, and the mountain smoking. And the people saw it, and they trembled and stood at a distance, (Exodus 20:19) and said to Mosheh, “You speak with us and we hear, but let not Elohim speak with us, lest we die.” (Exodus 20:20) And Mosheh said to the people, “Do not fear, for Elohim has come to prove you, and in order that His fear be before you, so that you do not sin.” (Exodus 20:21) So the people stood at a distance, but Mosheh drew near the thick darkness where Elohim was. (Exodus 20:22) And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Say this to the children of Yisra’ĕl: ‘You yourselves have seen that I have spoken to you from the heavens. (Exodus 20:23) ‘You do not make besides me mighty ones of silver, and you do not make mighty ones of gold for yourselves. (Exodus 20:24) ‘Make an altar of earth for me, and you shall slaughter on it your burnt offerings and your peace offerings, your sheep and your cattle. In every place where I cause My Name to be remembered I shall come to you and bless you.
Yahshua reminds us: (John 14:20) “In that day you shall know that I am in My Father and you in me, and I in you. (John 14:21) “He who possesses my commands and guards them, it is he who loves me. And he who loves me shall be loved by My Father, and I shall love him and manifest myself to him.” Then we read 1 John: (1Jn 2:15) Do not love the world or that which is in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.1 Footnote: 1Jm. 4:4. (1Jn 2:16) Because all that is in the world – the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life – is not of the Father but is of the world. (1Jn 2:17) And the world passes away, and the lust of it, but the one doing the desire of Elohim remains forever.
Lastly we are manifesting as the sons and daughters of the Creator as we learn to yield and obey. It is called She’mah (HEAR AND OBEY) O’ Israel! (1Jn 3:1) See what love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of Elohim! For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. (1Jn 3:2) Beloved ones, now we are children of Elohim. And it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. (1Jn 3:3) And everyone having this expectation in Him cleanses himself, as He is clean. (1Jn 3:4) Everyone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness (Torahlessness). (1Jn 3:5) And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. (1Jn 3:6) Everyone staying in Him does not sin. Everyone sinning has neither seen Him nor known Him.1 Footnote: 1See 2:4 & 3 John v. 11. (1Jn 3:7) Little children, let no one lead you astray. The one doing righteousness is righteous, even as He is righteous.1 Footnote: 1See 2:29. (1Jn 3:8) The one doing sin is of the devil, because the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of Elohim was manifested: to destroy the works of the devil.1 Footnote: 1See Titus 2:14. (1Jn 3:9) Everyone having been born of Elohim does not sin, because His seed stays in him, and he is powerless to sin, because he has been born of Elohim. (1Jn 3:10) In this the children of Elohim and the children of the devil are manifest: Everyone not doing righteousness is not of Elohim, 1 neither the one not loving his brother. Footnote: 1See 3 John v. 11. (1Jn 3:11) This is the message that you heard from the beginning, that we should love one another, (1Jn 3:12) not as Qayin who was of the wicked one and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because his works were wicked but those of his brother were righteous. (1Jn 3:13) Do not marvel, my brothers, if the world hates you.1 Footnote: 1See John 15:18-19, John 17:14. (1Jn 3:14) We know that we have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. The one not loving his brother stays in death. (1Jn 3:15) Everyone hating his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has everlasting life staying in him. (1Jn 3:16) By this we have known love, because He laid down His life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers. (1Jn 3:17) But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his tender affections from him, how does the love of Elohim stay in him? (1Jn 3:18) My little children let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed (actions) and in truth. (1Jn 3:19) And by this we know that we are of the truth, and shall set our hearts at rest before Him, (1Jn 3:20) that if our heart condemns us, Elohim is greater than our heart, and knows all. (1Jn 3:21) Beloved ones, if our heart does not condemn us, we have boldness toward Elohim. (1Jn 3:22) And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we guard His commands and do what is pleasing in His sight.1 Footnote: 1Prov. 28:9, John 9:31, Jm. 5:16. (1Jn 3:23) And this is His command, that we should believe in the Name of His Son יהושע Messiah and love one another, as He gave us command. (1Jn 3:24) And the one guarding His commands stays in Him, and He in him. And by this we know that He stays in us, by the Spirit which He gave us.1 Footnote: 1John 14:23-24, Acts 5:32, Rom. 8:7-11, 1 John 2:5, 1 John 4:13.
WE ARE FAMILYAND BECOMING MORE SO DAILY! REALLY! Hallelu-YAH!
Here are this Week’s Torah Scriptures: Massey “Journey”
Numbers 33:1-36:13; Jeremiah 4:1-9 (Extended); James 4:1-17(Extended)
Loved One- He is a MIGHTY DELIVERER!
(Numbers 33:1) These are the departures of the children of Yisra’ĕl, who went out of the land of Mitsrayim by their divisions under the hand of Mosheh and Aharon. (Numbers 33:2) And Mosheh wrote down the starting points of their departures at the command of יהוה, and these are their departures according to their starting points: (Numbers 33:3) So they departed from Raʽmeses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month, on the morrow of the Passover the children of Yisra’ĕl went out with boldness before the eyes of all the Mitsrites, (Numbers 33:4) and the Mitsrites were burying all their first-born, whom יהוה had smitten among them. Also on their mighty ones יהוה had executed judgments. (Numbers 33:5) Then the children of Yisra’ĕl departed from Raʽmeses and camped at Sukkoth. (Numbers 33:6) And they departed from Sukkoth and camped at Ětham, which is on the edge of the wilderness. (Numbers 33:7) And they departed from Ětham and turned back to Pi Haḥiroth, which is east of Baʽal Tsephon. And they camped near Miḡdol. (Numbers 33:8) and they departed from before Haḥiroth and passed over through the midst of the sea into the wilderness, went three days’ journey in the Wilderness of Ětham, and camped at Marah. (Numbers 33:9) And they departed from Marah and came to Ělim. And at Ělim were twelve springs of water and seventy palm trees, so they camped there. (Numbers 33:10) And they departed from Ělim and camped by the Sea of Reeds. (Numbers 33:11) And they departed from the Sea of Reeds and camped in the Wilderness of Sin. (Numbers 33:12) And they departed from the Wilderness of Sin and camped at Dophqah. (Numbers 33:13) And they departed from Dophqah and camped at Alush. (Numbers 33:14) And they departed from Alush and camped at Rephiḏim, and there was no water for the people to drink. (Numbers 33:15) And they departed from Rephiḏim and camped in the Wilderness of Sinai. (Numbers 33:16) And they departed from the Wilderness of Sinai and camped at Qiḇroth Hatta’awah. (Numbers 33:17) And they departed from Qiḇroth Hatta’awah and camped at Ḥatsĕroth. (Numbers 33:18) And they departed from Ḥatsĕroth and camped at Rithmah. (Numbers 33:19) And they departed from Rithmah and camped at Rimmon Perets. (Numbers 33:20) And they departed from Rimmon Perets and camped at Liḇnah. (Numbers 33:21) And they departed from Liḇnah and camped at Rissah. (Numbers 33:22) And they departed from Rissah and camped at Qehĕlathah. (Numbers 33:23) And they departed from Qehĕlathah and camped at Mount Shapher. (Numbers 33:24) And they departed from Mount Shapher and camped at Ḥaraḏah. (Numbers 33:25) And they departed from Ḥaraḏah and camped at Maqhĕloth. (Numbers 33:26) And they departed from Maqhĕloth and camped at Taḥath. (Numbers 33:27) And they departed from Taḥath and camped at Teraḥ. (Numbers 33:28) And they departed from Teraḥ and camped at Mithqah. (Numbers 33:29) And they departed from Mithqah and camped at Ḥashmonah. (Numbers 33:30) And they departed from Ḥashmonah and camped at Mosĕroth. (Numbers 33:31) And they departed from Mosĕroth and camped at Benĕi Yaʽaqan. (Numbers 33:32) And they departed from Benĕi Yaʽaqan and camped at Ḥor Haggiḏgaḏ. (Numbers 33:33) And they departed from Ḥor Haggiḏgaḏ and camped at Yotḇathah. (Numbers 33:34) And they departed from Yotḇathah and camped at Aḇronah. (Numbers 33:35) And they departed from Aḇronah and camped at Etsyon Geḇer. (Numbers 33:36) And they departed from Etsyon Geḇer and camped in the Wilderness of Tsin, which is Qaḏĕsh. (Numbers 33:37) And they departed from Qaḏĕsh and camped at Mount Hor, on the boundary of the land of Eḏom. (Numbers 33:38) Then Aharon the priest went up to Mount Hor at the command of יהוה, and died there in the fortieth year after the children of Yisra’ĕl had come out of the land of Mitsrayim, on the first day of the fifth month. (Numbers 33:39) Now Aharon was one hundred and twenty-three years old when he died on Mount Hor. (Numbers 33:40) And the sovereign of Araḏ, the Kenaʽanite, who dwelt in the South in the land of Kenaʽan, heard of the coming of the children of Yisra’ĕl. (Numbers 33:41) So they departed from Mount Hor and camped at Tsalmonah. (Numbers 33:42) And they departed from Tsalmonah and camped at Punon. (Numbers 33:43) And they departed from Punon and camped at Oḇoth. (Numbers 33:44) And they departed from Oḇoth and camped at Iyĕ Ha-Aḇarim, at the border of Mo’aḇ. (Numbers 33:45) And they departed from Iyim and camped at Diḇon Gaḏ. (Numbers 33:46) And they departed from Diḇon Gaḏ and camped at Almon Diḇlathayemah. (Numbers 33:47) And they departed from Almon Diḇlathayemah and camped in the mountains of Aḇarim, before Neḇo. (Numbers 33:48) And they departed from the mountains of Aḇarim and camped in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ by the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo. (Numbers 33:49) And they camped by the Yardĕn, from Bĕyth Yeshimoth as far as the Aḇĕl Shittim in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ. (Numbers 33:50) And יהוה spoke to Mosheh in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ by the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo, saying, (Numbers 33:51) “Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, and say to them, ‘When you have passed over the Yardĕn into the land of Kenaʽan, (Numbers 33:52) then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and shall destroy all their engraved stones, and shall destroy all their molded images, and lay waste all their high places, (Numbers 33:53) and you shall possess the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess. (Numbers 33:54) ‘And you shall divide the land by lot as an inheritance among your clans. To the larger you give a larger inheritance, and to the smaller you give a smaller inheritance. Wherever the lot falls to anyone, which is his. You inherit according to the tribes of your fathers. (Numbers 33:55) ‘And if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then it shall be that those whom you let remain shall be pricks in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell. (Numbers 33:56) ‘And it shall be that I do to you as I thought to do to them.’ ”
Want to know our future borders? Exactly what He spoke!
(Numbers 34:1) And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, (Numbers 34:2) “Command the children of Yisra’ĕl, and say to them, ‘When you come into the land of Kenaʽan, this is the land which falls to you as an inheritance, the land of Kenaʽan to its boundaries: (Numbers 34:3) ‘Then your southern border shall be from the Wilderness of Tsin along the border of Eḏom, and your southern border shall be eastward from the end of the Salt Sea. (Numbers 34:4) ‘Then your border shall turn from the southern side of the Ascent of Aqrabbim, continue to Tsin, and be on the south of Qaḏĕsh Barnĕa, and it shall go on to Ḥatsar Addar, and continue to Atsmon. (Numbers 34:5) ‘And the border shall turn from Atsmon to the wadi of Mitsrayim, and it shall end at the Sea. (Numbers 34:6) ‘As for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea for a border; this is your western border. (Numbers 34:7) ‘And this is your northern border: From the Great Sea you mark out your borderline to Mount Hor, (Numbers 34:8) from Mount Hor you mark out your border to the entrance of Ḥamath, and the edge of the border shall be toward Tseḏaḏ, (Numbers 34:9) and the border shall proceed to Ziphron, and it shall end at Ḥatsar Ěnan. This is your northern border. (Numbers 34:10) ‘And you shall mark out your eastern border from Ḥatsar Ěnan to Shepham, (Numbers 34:11) and the border shall go down from Shepham to Riḇlah on the east side of Ayin, and the border shall go down and reach to the eastern side of the Sea of Kinnereth. (Numbers 34:12) ‘And the border shall go down along the Yardĕn, and it shall end at the Salt Sea. This is your land with its surrounding boundaries.’ ” (Numbers 34:13) And Mosheh commanded the children of Yisra’ĕl, saying, “This is the land which you inherit by lot, which יהוה has commanded to give to the nine tribes and to the half-tribe. (Numbers 34:14) “For the tribe of the children of Re’uḇĕn according to the house of their fathers, and the tribe of the children of Gaḏ according to the house of their fathers, have received their inheritance. And the half-tribe of Menashsheh has received its inheritance. (Numbers 34:15) “The two tribes and the half-tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo eastward, toward the sunrise.” (Numbers 34:16) And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, (Numbers 34:17) “These are the names of the men who divide the land among you as an inheritance: Elʽazar the priest, and Yehoshua son of Nun. (Numbers 34:18) “And take one leader of every tribe to divide the land for the inheritance. (Numbers 34:19) “And these are the names of the men. From the tribe of Yehuḏah: Kalĕḇ son of Yephunneh. (Numbers 34:20) “And from the tribe of the children of Shimʽon: Shemu’ĕl son of Ammihuḏ. (Numbers 34:21) “From the tribe of Binyamin: Eliḏaḏ son of Kislon. (Numbers 34:22) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Dan: Buqqi son of Yoḡli. (Numbers 34:23) “From the sons of Yosĕph: a leader from the tribe of the children of Menashsheh, Ḥanni’ĕl son of Ěphoḏ. (Numbers 34:24) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Ephrayim: Qemu’ĕl son of Shiphtan. (Numbers 34:25) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Zeḇulun: Elitsaphan son of Parnaḵ. (Numbers 34:26) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Yissasḵar: Palti’ĕl son of Azzan. (Numbers 34:27) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Ashĕr: Aḥihuḏ son of Shelomi. (Numbers 34:28) “And a leader from the tribe of the children of Naphtali: Peḏah’ĕl son of Ammihuḏ.” (Numbers 34:29) These are the ones יהוה commanded to divide the inheritance among the children of Yisra’ĕl in the land of Kenaʽan.
Levites’ inheritance is HIM! Note that the REFUGE is with them!
(Numbers 35:1) and יהוה spoke to Mosheh in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ by the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo, saying, (Numbers 35:2) “Command the children of Yisra’ĕl that they shall give the Lĕwites cities to dwell in from the inheritance of their possession. Also give the Lĕwites open land around the cities. (Numbers 35:3) “And they shall have the cities to dwell in, and their open land for their cattle, and for their herds, and for all their livestock. (Numbers 35:4) “And the open lands of the cities which you give the Lĕwites are from the wall of the city outward a thousand cubits all around. (Numbers 35:5) “And you shall measure outside the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits. And the city is in the middle. This is to them the open land for the cities. (Numbers 35:6) “And the cities which you give to the Lĕwites are the six cities of refuge, which you give to him who killed someone to flee to, and to these you add forty-two cities. (Numbers 35:7) “All the cities which you give to the Lĕwites are forty-eight, these with their open land. (Numbers 35:8) “And the cities which you give are from the possession of the children of Yisra’ĕl. From the larger tribe you give many, from the smaller you give few, each one gives some of its cities to the Lĕwites; in proportion to the inheritance that each inherits.” (Numbers 35:9) And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying, (Numbers 35:10) “Speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl, and say to them, ‘When you pass over the Yardĕn into the land of Kenaʽan, (Numbers 35:11) then you shall choose cities to be cities of refuge for you, that the one who accidentally killed someone shall flee there. (Numbers 35:12) ‘And they shall be cities of refuge for you from the revenger, and the one who killed someone is not to die until he stands before the congregation in right-ruling. (Numbers 35:13) ‘And of the cities which you give, six are to be cities of refuge. (Numbers 35:14) ‘Give three cities beyond the Yardĕn, and give three cities in the land of Kenaʽan, as cities of refuge. (Numbers 35:15) ‘These six cities are for a refuge for the children of Yisra’ĕl; and for the sojourner, and for the settler in their midst, for anyone who accidentally kills someone to flee there. (Numbers 35:16) ‘But if he has smitten him with an instrument of iron, so that he dies, he is a murderer. The murderer shall certainly be put to death. (Numbers 35:17) ‘And if he has smitten him with a stone in the hand, by which one could die, and he does die, he is a murderer. The murderer shall certainly be put to death. (Numbers 35:18) ‘Or if he has smitten him with a wooden instrument that could kill, and he does die, he is a murderer. The murderer shall certainly be put to death. (Numbers 35:19) ‘The revenger of blood himself puts the murderer to death. When he meets him, he puts him to death. (Numbers 35:20) ‘And if he thrusts him through in hatred, or throws an object at him while lying in wait, so that he dies, (Numbers 35:21) or in enmity he smites him with his hand so that he dies, the one who smote him shall certainly be put to death, for he is a murderer. The revenger of blood puts the murderer to death when he meets him. (Numbers 35:22) ‘But if he pushes him suddenly without enmity, or throws an object at him without lying in wait, (Numbers 35:23) or uses a stone, by which a man could die, throwing it at him without seeing him, so that he dies, while he was not his enemy or seeking his harm, (Numbers 35:24) then the congregation shall judge between him who killed someone and the revenger of blood, according to these right-rulings. (Numbers 35:25) ‘And the congregation shall rescue the one who killed someone from the hand of the revenger of blood, and the congregation shall return him to the city of refuge where he had fled, and he shall remain there until the death of the high priest who was anointed with the set-apart oil. (Numbers 35:26) ‘But if the one who killed someone at any time goes outside the limits of the city of refuge where he fled, (Numbers 35:27) and the revenger of blood finds him outside the limits of his city of refuge, and the revenger of blood kills him who killed someone, he is not guilty of blood, (Numbers 35:28) because he should have remained in his city of refuge until the death of the high priest. But after the death of the high priest he who killed someone is to return to the land of his possession. (Numbers 35:29) ‘And these shall be for a law of right-ruling to you throughout your generations in all your dwellings. (Numbers 35:30) ‘Whoever kills someone has to be put to death as a murderer by the mouth of witnesses, but only one witness does not bear witness against someone to die. (Numbers 35:31) ‘And take no ransom for the life of a murderer who is guilty of death, but he shall certainly be put to death. (Numbers 35:32) ‘And take no ransom for him who has fled to his city of refuge to return to dwell in the land before the death of the priest. (Numbers 35:33) ‘And do not profane the land where you are, for blood profanes the land, and the land is not pardoned for the blood that is shed on it, except by the blood of him who shed it. (Numbers 35:34) ‘And do not defile the land which you inhabit, in the midst of which I dwell, for I, יהוה, am dwelling in the midst of the children of Yisra’ĕl.’ ”
Promised Inheritance for ALL- whosoever will turn and follow Him now! We serve a JUST Elohim!
(Numbers 36:1) And the heads of the fathers of the clans of the children of Gilʽaḏ, son of Maḵir, son of Menashsheh, of the clans of the sons of Yosĕph, came near and spoke before Mosheh and before the leaders, the heads of the fathers of the children of Yisra’ĕl, (Numbers 36:2) and said, “יהוה commanded my master to give the land as an inheritance by lot to the children of Yisra’ĕl, and my master was commanded by יהוה to give the inheritance of our brother Tselophḥaḏ to his daughters. (Numbers 36:3) “Now if they are married to any of the sons of the other tribes of the children of Yisra’ĕl, then their inheritance shall be taken from the inheritance of our fathers, and shall be added to the inheritance of the tribe into which they marry, and taken from the lot of our inheritance. (Numbers 36:4) “And if the Jubilee of the children of Yisra’ĕl takes place, then their inheritance shall be added to the inheritance of the tribe into which they marry, and their inheritance taken away from the inheritance of the tribe of our fathers.” (Numbers 36:5) And Mosheh commanded the children of Yisra’ĕl according to the word of יהוה, saying, “What the tribe of the sons of Yosĕph speaks is right. (Numbers 36:6) “This is the word which יהוה has commanded, for the daughters of Tselophḥaḏ, saying, ‘Let them marry who is good in their eyes, but let them marry only within the clan of their father’s tribe.’ (Numbers 36:7) “And the inheritance of the children of Yisra’ĕl is not to change hands from tribe to tribe, for every one of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to the inheritance of the tribe of his fathers. (Numbers 36:8) “And every daughter possessing an inheritance in any tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to be the wife of one of the clan of her father’s tribe, so that the children of Yisra’ĕl possess each the inheritance of his fathers. (Numbers 36:9) “Thus the inheritance is not to change hands from one tribe to another, but every tribe of the children of Yisra’ĕl is to cling to its own inheritance.” (Numbers 36:10) As יהוה commanded Mosheh, so did the daughters of Tselophḥaḏ. (Numbers 36:11) For Maḥlah, Tirtsah, and Ḥoḡlah, and Milkah, and Noʽah, the daughters of Tselophḥaḏ, were married to the sons of their father’s brothers. (Numbers 36:12) And they were married into the clans of the children of Menashsheh, the son of Yosĕph, and their inheritance remained in the tribe of their father’s clan. (Numbers 36:13) These are the commands and the right-rulings which יהוה commanded the children of Yisra’ĕl by the hand of Mosheh in the desert plains of Mo’aḇ by the Yardĕn of Yeriḥo.
Destroyer is coming from the North!
(Jeremiah 4:1) “If you do return, O Yisra’ĕl,” declares יהוה, “Return to me. And if you remove your abominations from my presence, and cease straying, (Jeremiah 4:2) and shall swear, ‘As יהוה lives,’ in truth, in right-ruling, and in righteousness – then nations shall bless themselves in Him, and they shall boast in Him!” (Jeremiah 4:3) For this is what יהוה said to the men of Yehuḏah and Yerushalayim, “Break up your tillable ground, and do not sow among thorns. (Jeremiah 4:4) “Circumcise yourselves unto יהוה, and take away the foreskins of your hearts, you men of Yehuḏah and inhabitants of Yerushalayim, lest my wrath come forth like fire and burn, with none to quench it, because of the evil of your deeds.” (Jeremiah 4:5) Declare in Yehuḏah and let it be heard in Yerushalayim, and say, “Blow the ram’s horn in the land. Cry aloud and say, ‘Gather yourselves, and let us go into the walled city.’ (Jeremiah 4:6) “Lift up the banner toward Tsiyon. Be strong, do not stand still! I am bringing evil from the north, and great destruction.” (Jeremiah 4:7) “A lion has come up from his bush, and the destroyer of nations is on his way. He has set out from his place to make your land a ruin. Your cities are laid waste, without inhabitant. (Jeremiah 4:8) “For this, gird yourself with sackcloth, lament and wail. For the burning displeasure of יהוה has not turned back from us. (Jeremiah 4:9) “And in that day (Hebrew idiom for Jacob’s Troubles or Day of the Lord!) it shall be,” declares יהוה, “that the heart of the sovereign shall perish, and the heart of the heads. And the priests shall be astonished, and the prophets wonder.”
Friendships with the world and its culture – More than we love Him- Yikes! Having a FORM of Godliness with NO POWER- from such TURN AWAY! (2Ti 3:1) But know this, that in the last days hard times shall come. (2Ti 3:2) For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, thankless, wrong-doers, (2Ti 3:3) unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, haters of good, (2Ti 3:4) betrayers, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of Elohim, (2Ti 3:5) having a form of reverence1 but denying its power. And turn away from these! Footnote: 1See v. 13, Isa. 24:5-6, Mt. 24:12, Rom. 1:30-31, 2 Thess. 2:3-11.
(James 4:1) Where do fighting and strivings come from among you? Do they not come from your pleasures that battle in your members? (James 4:2) You desire, and do not have. You murder, and are jealous, and are unable to obtain. You strive and fight and you do not possess, because you do not ask. (James 4:3) You ask and do not receive, because you ask evilly, in order to spend it on your pleasures. (James 4:4) Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with Elohim? 1 Whoever therefore intends to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of Elohim. Footnote: 1Mt. 13:22, Luke. 4:5-6, Luke. 14:33, Rom. 12:2, 1 John 2:15-17. (James 4:5) Or do you think that the Scripture speaks to no purpose? Does the Spirit which dwells in us intensely crave unto envy? (James 4:6) But He gives greater favor. Because of this He says, “Elohim resists the proud, but gives favor to the humble.” (James 4:7) So then subject yourselves to Elohim. Resist the devil1 and he shall flee from you. Footnote: 1Or adversary. (James 4:8) Draw near to Elohim and He shall draw near to you. Cleanse hands, sinners. And cleanse the hearts, you double-minded! (James 4:9) Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to dejection. (James 4:10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Master, and He shall lift you up. (James 4:11) Brothers, do not speak against one another. He that speaks against a brother and judges his brother speaks against Torah and judges Torah. And if you judge Torah, you are not a doer of Torah but a judge.
Father has shown me we are not to judge one another- we are not allowed to sit in the Lawgivers Seat! Hehe- He is quite capable!
(James 4:12) There is one Lawgiver and Judge, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another? (James 4:13) Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow, let us go to such and such a city, spend a year there, and trade, and make a profit,” (James 4:14) when you do not know of tomorrow. For what is your life? For it is a vapor that appears for a little, and then disappears – (James 4:15) instead of your saying, “If the Master desires, we shall live and do this or that.” (James 4:16) But now you boast in your proud speeches. All such boasting is wicked. (James 4:17) To him, then, who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
Loved One, you know that as you press in for others, Yahshua presses in for you and your loved ones! Thanks you for your heart felt prayers of BELIEF and TRUST! Let’s USE our authority! (Luke 10:18) And He said to them, “I saw Satan falling out of the heaven as lightning. (Luke 10:19) “See, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and none at all shall hurt you. (Luke 10:20) “But do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names have been written in the heavens.”
Truth Seekers, we have studied and reviewed much about the coming darkness and fiery trials we can expect in the days ahead. Please do remember the Scriptures declare this next Exodus will be a far greater deliverance than even Moses and Israel crossing the Red Sea. Thank you for your prayers and intercession! My final prayer is that we look seriously at our relationships- especially with our King and Elohim- and humble ourselves in submission to His word and Instructions (Torah) and receive the engrafted word of LIFE and become DOERS of His Word and not hearers only deceiving ourselves…let’s truly seek His power and walk as He walked!
Shalom to your home,
Thurston
